Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 34th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 34th grads fred is here

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 51st outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Always wanted to make a lemon drizzle cake. Don't have any lemons though, but will get some when I drop off DS at nursery tomorrow.

CarrotPuff · 29/07/2015 13:55

Looking maybe your MW could help?

You can ask the sonographer as they suggested, but the chances are you will be fine. There are millions of things that could go wrong but the likelihood of each of them is tiny. Do yourself a favour and stop googling! Have some of gouda's CakeFlowers

This Fred is not just for later stages of pregnancy Auf so please don't feel like a fraud! We all joined at early stages and once JSers get some more BFPs there will be viroids less ahead than you!

Aufwiedersehenpetrarch · 29/07/2015 14:10

Thanks carrot, jelly, would! I know it's silly Blush. And you're right about everyone being the "youngest" once and about others joining! C'mon, hurry up with your upduffyness Jsingers!
jelly thanks too for the detailed replies. Grin I initially wrote "lick my cat" for some unknown reason. I don't lick my cats by the way. I do let them lick me which is probably what I was thinking. DC has tried to eat the cats the though Hmm

Purpleball · 29/07/2015 14:52

I rocked up here when I got my BFP and never left Grin

Nothing wrong with name changes, lots of us have done them. I used to be a circle now I'm a ball. Thinking I might be a whale next GrinGrinGrin

Anxiety is familiar to many of us. I was on citalopram before starting TTC since then I've struggled but managed not to go back on it. I'm actually mostly calmer mostly since being pregnant but it doesn't take much to set it off - that and pregnancy hormones makes me a joy to live with SmileSmile
Pregnancy anxiety has got easier since feeling movement if that's any consolation

LaLaLaaaa · 29/07/2015 15:00

Hi everyone! I will catch up as soon as I can!

Apologies for being quiet. I had a slight hiccup with induction/birth and was bit shell shocked. I'll post birth story in full soon.

Poor miniLa is battered and bruised but recovering well and feeding fine

I'd love to say I'm ok but I am a tad broken, have only slept 2 hours since he was born and have become a bit famous on the ward because it all went a bit pear shaped!

We are fine though and miniLa is an absolute pleasure. He is just the sweetest thing and recognises his mummy which lights up my life every time I look at him. Mr La is besotted

Have to sleep whenever not feeding so got to do that now. Back soon as I can love to everyone

Indigoblue2 · 29/07/2015 15:21

Great to hear from you la. Sending all my love, no hurry for birth story x

Viroids my friends threw me a surprise baby shower last night! My best pal drove 3.5 hours to be there Shock

jellypi3 · 29/07/2015 15:22

aww la lovely to hear from you :) sounds like you have been through it, looking forward to birth story!

RPopz · 29/07/2015 15:24

Good to hear from you La. Don't worry about catching up, you've got a lot on your plate Wink We'll still be here when you're feeling more human. MiniLa is just scrummy!

RhiannonElward · 29/07/2015 15:24

Awww La sounds like you're having a rough time of it but Minila is worth every minute. Get your sleep and take good care of yourself. We're thinking of you Smile

RPopz · 29/07/2015 15:24

Aw Indigo! That's well sweet. Tell us all about it!!! Grin

CarrotPuff · 29/07/2015 15:28

La great to hear from you, get some sleep, we can wait Flowers

Indigo that's so nice of them, I'm very jealous!

Fleurchamp · 29/07/2015 15:31

Great to hear from you la get loads of rest, we can wait impatiently Grin

batfish · 29/07/2015 16:48

Sending lots of love la - great to hear from you but please don't rush back until you're feeling more normal, sounds like you've really been through the mill you poor thing. Fab that you're enjoying minila, he sounds awesome

Purpleball · 29/07/2015 16:49

Great to hear from you La, look after yourself lovie

Indigo that sounds lovely Smile
Mine is in a few weeks time. I'm dreading the attention but it will be nice to see everyone

ThursdayLast · 29/07/2015 17:14

Bloody hell La! Hope you get home soon you poor thing. It's ok. It does get better Thanks

Well I managed to fake not being pregnant for a good few hours today, but now I'm home I feel dreary again Sad My uterus area feels a bit twangy.

All this blood stuff is very confusing - I can't even remember what type I am!

Looking I think with the levels of anxiety you're obviously feeling, CBT would be an investment in a happier for both you and your baby. Honestly, stay away from Google, that way madness lies.

Did you enjoy it Indigo? I'll admit I find baby showers a rather awkward affair, but how lovely of your friends to make such an effort Smile

jellypi3 · 29/07/2015 17:45

I've already been told I'm having a baby shower for friends, family And work. Yay...

pretzelpieces · 29/07/2015 18:29

la so sorry things went a bit tits up with the birth situation. Take care and come back when you're ready. Don't bother catching up on it all, that's bonkers! We can always fill you in Grin

pretzelpieces · 29/07/2015 18:30

And indigo! That's lovely of them. Can't wait to hear more about it. I'm not sure I'll get one as it'll be Christmas... Hmm

pretzelpieces · 29/07/2015 18:34

looking it's worth asking your GP about cbt as most areas have quick access stuff and being pregnant gives you bonus points to get seen sooner. CBT is the one treatment you're likely to be able to access! they like it cause it's cheap Grin

BeforeIChangeMyMind · 29/07/2015 18:54

La the outside world can wait, lovely. Hope you're being as well looked-after as I was.

If it helps, I felt utterly and completely broken. When B was 3 weeks old I couldn't walk properly, I was still in feeding hell and I was in despair. He's now 7ish weeks old and I feel like me. Tired, yes, but like me. You will feel better.

Enjoyed putting all my tired old maternity clothes in one of those charity bags that comes through the door and watching as they were chucked in the back of a van this morning. I'm done :)

RPopz · 29/07/2015 19:42

Agree before - it does get better. The newborn period is crazy but it doesn't stay like that forever. Walking like John Wayne for at least a month is par for the course too Grin.

Lookingforadvice123 · 29/07/2015 20:21

Thanks all I will try and see my doctor again about CBT. I wish it were as simple as just trying to relax Sad I'm a massive catastrophiser unfortunately and I get so anxious I get dizzy and panicky.

oneyorkshirepud · 29/07/2015 20:39

I agree Looking my dear, see mw or gp for some help with the anxiety. General pregnancy worries are bad enough as it is! Keep talking to us on here if it helps.

Big loves to the La family. Don't worry about us La, just focus on you and minila for now. Hope you feel better soon. Your birth story sounds epic and reinforces my opinion that giving birth is a ridiculous idea and they should just teleport the baby out of you in the same way that they move people about in star trek

Think bump may have doubled in size overnight and I am now a bit scared that I will have a giant baby!!

Indigo what a lovely idea from your friends, hope you feel spoilt!

pretzelpieces · 29/07/2015 21:09

looking it's really hard, I know I've struggled with anxiety. I've just finished a long term therapy programme which has really helped with my mental health problems and I'm going to be under the mental health midwives team. I'm sure lots of us have or have had mh problems, it's so common. You're not on yer own we're all mad here Wink

jellypi3 · 29/07/2015 21:13

I feel for u viroids with mental health issues. My friend in work has come back after a month off with anxiety. She kept having panic attacks. She said it was horrible but now she is so much better. She's doing cbt so it's worth a go.

Got my downs test back today, low risk. 1 in 4566 apparently.
