Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 34th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 34th grads fred is here

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 51st outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Second - Downs risk factor screening uses nuchal measurements from your dating scan plus levels of certain hormones in your blood. The bloods are usually taken on the same day as the scan, but its not essential. Needs to be done between 11 and 14+1 weeks otherwise you'd have to have the quad test done instead which isn't quite as accurate.

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 28/07/2015 20:02

Congrats to la!

Another one who can't update spreadsheet... Edd 26 March, have DD5 already, 36, London, thinking it is a girl again. Help a sister out? Grin

pretzelpieces · 28/07/2015 20:44

How to get baby to sleep Grin made me chuckle.

WouldRatherHaveCake · 28/07/2015 20:45

CountryGal4 · 28/07/2015 20:54

jellypi3 · 28/07/2015 20:56

Indeed we do! It's been 4 days since my last, I needed it.

jellypi3 · 28/07/2015 20:56

CountryGal4 · 28/07/2015 20:57

On the subject of poo, I always worry that if I push too hard (ie at all!) the baby might come out Blush trust me I'm embarrassed to be writing this down as I'm 17+3, I'm a 27 year old and I actually DID go to school but...is this possible?

Toast85 · 28/07/2015 21:54

Common sense tells me no, but I swear the last two times I've been I have thought the same!

Jcandy · 28/07/2015 22:22

7 in March is loads!! What's scarier for me is that I'll have a 2/3 month old at that point Shock

gaggiagirl · 28/07/2015 22:31

Don't be scared jc you will be awesome!

indigo all viroid eyes have swivelled towards you now. You are next. Hows your cervix? Ready? I'm so excited!

Purpleball · 28/07/2015 22:33

Haha I used to think that too not anymore he's nearly the size of a newborn

Are cold boobs the worst thing ever? They fecking hurt! probably not the worst thing ever if you had SPD or went through labour etc

oneyorkshirepud · 28/07/2015 22:37

Hee hee Looking you can't poo your baby out mostly because it doesn't come out of your bum. Grin

Seriously though, if you think of all the effort that goes into getting your cervix to open (ask La if you are unsure!) then squeezing out a turd is sadly not enough to make this happen. You could considering the constipation good practise for pushing though?!

Tea, that is definitely a 'different' approach. TBF they seem to be quite good where we live so had the booking appt at home at 9 weeks and then scan and bloods were arranged for the same morning but we're in different departments so I guess they could just organise them separately. Bit annoying for you though. We also happened to decline the Downs screening though so it could have been different because of that. Different areas seem to do things quite differently so I wouldn't worry too much.

deeplybaffled · 28/07/2015 23:01

purple - ooh, if you now have a date for section and I'm a little late, you could have promoted yourself into second place on the list!
indigo - had another go tonight, but still far from confident that I'm measuring it right, despite video. Do you measure the circumference and then use the chart to convert it or measure the diameter? If the latter, do you curve the paper round it or do it flat, with the very edge of the balloon touching the 0cm bit?
I'm really feeling quite clueless about it all ( as you may just have noticed...)

5hell · 28/07/2015 23:06

sneaks in and whispers
maybe 8 in March
runs out fearing jinx

deeplybaffled · 28/07/2015 23:08

Tentative, non-jinxing welcome, 5hell!

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 28/07/2015 23:18

I'm 5 weeks 4 days and I think its a girl. I felt really wrecked with DD and this is all very familiar...

MrsTattoo · 29/07/2015 00:56

country I phoned my local birthing centre as GP doesn't deal with appointments now despite the appointments being in the surgery Hmm, they took details and I got a letter through with a date a couple of days later. My booking appointment is when I'm 8weeks exactly - so 2 weeks today! Grin

Sorry to the ladies who think you can poo your baby out, you made me laugh alot!
