Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 34th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

I have no idea how much I weigh or have put on. I'm not even being weighed at appointments. Is everyone else being weighed regularly by their mws? I'm in Wales so maybe things are slightly different in my neck of the woods. I was weighed at my booking just to work out my BMI but that's all.

Only ever been weighed at booking Rhi, never again.

I used to have to wear pants in bed, even under pj's or I'd just feel like I needed to wee all the time! I managed to wean myself off that but since I've been pregnant I've had to wear a support top for the ever growing boobs and a top without pants just feels weird! Bought some really cheap short sets from primark and go through new shorts every night and change the top every other night

Weight wise I fluctuated in 1St trimester but ive been steadily putting on weight since. 8 pounds up on my starting weight now at 20 weeks. I'm actually quite glad that I'm looking less gaunt! The vomiting didn't sit well with me

When I weighed myself last week at 29 ish weeks I had gained 24lb - not so great when I read that I should apparently gain max 25lb as my BMI was a bit overweight at the beginning! Am lying around the pool this week feeling like am absolute beached whale especially when mr bat has to help haul me up off the sunbed......and I'm really unimpressed that there is a really skinny tanned preggo girl here also who looks exactly like I have always wished I would look when pregnant! Unfortunate that I appear to be 3 times her size with a shit load more cellulite. Have also burnt my forehead and scalp, sexy!!

V excited by the la updates, come ooooon minila!!!

I weighed myself near the end of my last pregnancy at the MW. She almost didn't let me, I think her personal MW opinion is that it doesn't really matter a jot! I reckon I put on approx 2 stone (DS was 9lb) but I didn't weigh myself throughout.

I really hope that she's still working at the same surgery - I really really liked her.

Bat I think all us upduffed ladies feel a little unsexy
at times, that skinny one included. You are growing a person and while that's not always glamorous it is amazing, and you'll be back to normal soon, the whale thing is temporary

Bath before bed and clean pants always! Unless I'm not wearing PJs, then I wouldn't wear just pants

I put on about 2st each pregnancy. I was told they were anal about weight gain here too, but I was never weighed once. My doc took me at my word for pre-pregnancy weight and I clearly didn't balloon up so no-one cared. Even in the NHS I was only ever weighed at booking.

Ah thanks rhi - can't believe beautiful preggo pool goddess could possibly feel unsexy but I guess you're right that she could do, I'm sure she is grateful for my appearance if she is as will be gleefully showing her hubby how much worse it could be haha. Let's just hope you're right about the whale thing being temporary!!

I'm in wales too, wasn't weighed at booking in only at my 12 week scan appointment. When I had a massively full bladder as instructed, so unfair clearly I would've been heavier than usual! And to top it off the woman inverted my weight and height in my file so it now looks I weigh 170 odd kilos at 60 odd cms tall

Oh and pants to bed....sometimes! I love PJs but can't fit in any of mine at the moment, sometimes I wear mr bat's! So I do end up in just pants mostly, if they're uncomfortable ones I'll go naked but have to be careful in case it gives mr bat any ideas
