Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 34th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 33rd grads fred is here.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 51st outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

auf thanks for the lovely birth story. I'm tempted to try for a home water birth even though it's my first because hospitals stress me out. MW says it depends how things go cause of pre eclampsia risk.

Imagine the baby's head as a skew-if olive (nicer than a pumpkin, yes?). We measure obliquely along the long axis for head circumference (occiput, at the back, to forehead in the front). It comes out lengthways so the narrowest diameter comes through the pelvis.

Lovely birth story, Auf. Hope this one is just as nice. My birth with DD was a good one too (until the unnecessary suturing).

Aufwiedersehenpetrarch · 22/07/2015 20:06

phew puts on stay-on-Fred-slippers

Thanks for reading! It's been more than a year I think since I last said anything to anyone, properly.
Can I give you her address indi and you can swing by with the cunt-message? I didn't have the guts and felt too guilty. Also my car was a write off so that wasn't fun anyway. Fucking karma my ass. Drivers talking on their mobiles more like it!
pretzel it would be great if you can. I discussed with the mw and said that if she feels at any point that I should definitely not do it or if at any point having started at home she feels we need to transfer to hospital, I won't fight it. I think that made them feel a lot more relaxed too. Really hope the preeclampsia stays as far away from you as possible! Is it a strong likelihood?
chat did you tear but they should have left it? Sorry I don't think I've read you mentioning it before?
Is la pushing we think?
dulcet you were mega-brave, to quote my niece. Flowers

Jcandy · 22/07/2015 20:13

I am so pissed off!! My parents have been burgled! They took their passports and they are supposed to be going on holiday on Friday. There are such scumbags in the world! Grrrrrr

teejayem · 22/07/2015 20:13

Tiny tee wasn't chin chest either. He was flipped round looking up. I couldn't push him out without ye olde Dyson.

Do we think la is doing a baby......? So exciting!

batfish · 22/07/2015 20:14

Gaaaa pregnant holiday packing is about as much fun as pregnant trying to look good on a night out. Look enormous in everything and not in a cool pregnant way - maxi dresses all look like tents and I swear my arms are the size of a normal person's legs!

batfish · 22/07/2015 20:15

Oh no jc that is so unbelievably shitty!! Being burgled is just awful anyway but to take their passports when they are about to go on hols!

Jcandy · 22/07/2015 20:16

And breath...........

Hugs for you la, I hope you had a good sleep

Made it through a shift on the ward today, feeling tired and pretty achy now after being on my feet for 8 hours but day off tomorrow for my scan so hopefully will recover.

So much to catch up on with everyone!

Auf you can stay Smile Lovely birth story

I'm planning in making DP watch obem but he's refused before.....

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 22/07/2015 20:16

Star for la wherever she is. It is hard work sometimes getting a baby out. I've got a stubborn child too.

batfish · 22/07/2015 20:17

Not being a stalker or anything but la hasn't been around for 6 whole hours, could this be it?! Really hope so or she will come back here and think we are such fuckers for being 'those people' that constantly need to know what's going on and if you've done a baby yet!

Indigoblue2 · 22/07/2015 20:26

Ha ha bat that's what I was thinking!

So chat does you cervix max out at 10cm then?

WilHarlot · 22/07/2015 20:31

Auf your friend is a dick for saying that. Everyone should be allowed to share stories, good or bad. Hope you have as positive an experience this time. I found the aftermath much easier second time round.

ChatEnOeuf · 22/07/2015 20:33

Give or take, Indigo.

Auf, the MW reckoned it was only a vulval graze that didn't need suturing, the doc disagreed. Think she did more harm than good with the old needle and thread (and the local didn't take, so I felt every bloody stitch). Ended up with a massive haematoma. Birth was good though (and speedy).

Indigoblue2 · 22/07/2015 20:40

Thanks chat and everyone. Got a better understanding now. Here's hoping for a good head presentation, I know it doesn't always go to plan Confused

Indigoblue2 · 22/07/2015 20:42

Ooh ouch chat, that's not nice. I remember you referring to being butchered and I can see how that would describe it Shock

ThursdayLast · 22/07/2015 20:44

Oh no tea! MS is the pits, try crackers or rice cakes to nibble on? I need salty carbs at all times Smile

Auf I've never heard anyone complain of hearing a positive birth story before! I don't share mine because it IS a bit of a horror story. Yours sounds as lovely as giving birth can.

pretzel what makes for high risk for pre-eclampsia? I had increasing BP last time, then traces of protein in my urine, but by that point I was overdue. Confused

Pom Pom waving for La!!!

ThursdayLast · 22/07/2015 20:46

Ooh x-posts with chat. Unnecessary suturing. Oft. Wince.

CountryGal4 · 22/07/2015 20:54

chat you've really been through the ringer pet Flowers grab yourself some waffles

auf thanks for sharing . I've only ever heard horror stories. I think it some ways people (some) enjoy frightening women with them. Lovely story and so positive

jellypi3 · 22/07/2015 20:57

Oh no jc that's terrible. Are the police involved?

auf that's a lovely birth story. although I'm opting for mlu for birth I hope mine is as relaxed as that!

la gx your doing a baby!!!

RPopz · 22/07/2015 21:05

Oh jc that is shitty Sad What use are they to them anyway! Hope your parents can get something sorted and still go away. I'm sure you can get emergency passports or something ?

Am wondering if La is having a big rest and mn break? But hope she's doing a baby for her sake Grin

oneyorkshirepud · 22/07/2015 21:07

Auf, lovely story, that is pretty much the birth I want but in the MLU. and without the placenta. Don't fancy delivering one of those so I will just miss that bit out.

JC, how horrible for your parents. Brew for you.

Is it silly that I go to bed early so I can feel Christmas Pud wiggling. I know this is vom inducing but it is amazing!!

ChatEnOeuf · 22/07/2015 21:07

On it, Country. And that was in the UK, with no language barrier, midwife delivered me...should have been straightforward. Angry And I'm still not over it. Here with Tiny we had a rapid vaginal breech (never in any draft birth plan of mine!), episiotomy without discussion...and yet I harbour no ill will towards them at all. Needs must and all.

Jcandy · 22/07/2015 21:10

Yeah police are involved but they are unlikely to find them. They are hopefully getting emergency ones done tomorrow but it's not what they need just before going away. They were in a travel document holder so we think they thought there might be money in there.

RPopz · 22/07/2015 21:20

Not vomit inducing pud - lovely Smile

mountaingirl01 · 22/07/2015 21:40

JC that's awful! I'm so sorry, what a horrible thing to happen
