For all those lovely bumps incubating until last few days of Oct and all November, spilling possibly over to December for the super comfortable babies- come and chat, rant, vent, chant, glow, sweat, watch nails grow whilst doing antenatal pilates/yoga/sleeping/eating/navel gazing and over analyse to your hormones content!

Optional - FB group is up and bumping, PM me with email to be added.

Argh! Am up in the middle of the night having a no movement panic! Am telling myself baby has just changed position but am actually feeling quite worried. Have just had a bar of chocolate and glass of water. Now to stay awake to try and feel something...

SnozzberryPie · 22/07/2015 10:11

How are things this morning takestwo?

TakesTwoToTango · 22/07/2015 12:02

Panic over! I managed to wake her eventually and she seems to be moving normally this morning.

AbbeyRoadCrossing · 22/07/2015 12:15

Good news TakesTwo

TakesTwoToTango · 22/07/2015 15:24

Thanks both. I'm still feeling nervous as movements are a bit different but I spent a lot of yesterday swimming so I think that's why.

roughtyping · 22/07/2015 16:39

Hope you're ok tango. It's all so scary isn't it!

TakesTwoToTango · 22/07/2015 16:59

It is! I had been feeling quite calm this time around but I'm clearly having a hormonal day!

flyingsprocket · 22/07/2015 19:29

Doh, totally forgot to ask for my MatB1 form at the midwife appointment today. The appointment was pretty much a giant waste of time really.

AbbeyRoadCrossing · 22/07/2015 19:39

I got my form but forgot to print the one from work to post off to HR. I think I was supposed to submit it all last week, hopefully it'll be OK.

austengirl · 22/07/2015 22:03

Hope things are ok now Tango. I was freaked out when mine stopped moving (or I stopped noticing) last week but things got back to normal within a day.

At the weekend I finally got DH's hand in the right spot at the right time to feel baby move. Smile I think he thought it was both really cool and a little freaky.

lemonwildflower · 23/07/2015 08:55

My little girl has also been a little quiet these last couple of days and I have been feeling exhausted.
This is by far been the worst month so far in terms of mood, hormones, hunger...

That's so lovely that your DH managed to feel the baby kick - I know that feeling - right place at the right time... I keep trying with mine but it's really hard unless you have 4 hours to just sit there and wait.

How's everyone coping with fizzy drink cravings? Eg I really crave Coca Cola. But I know it's not good for the baby so I'm really restraining myself. And what about tap water?

Unthoughtknown · 23/07/2015 17:59

I'm craving flavoured fizzy water... Bought 10 bottles on Tuesday. I don't seem to get much movement at all...literally a couple of movements in the day and then a short active stint when in lying in bed. Laziest baby ever?

Babsthebunny · 23/07/2015 19:30

doomclaw · 23/07/2015 20:03

Blimey! Just seen that there is a group going for April 2016 babies now - ours will be here before we know it at this rate.

Welcome babs - no need to feel alone, just come and chat here (or on our Facebook group).

stace1986 · 23/07/2015 20:04

Hi Babs! :) welcome!

cryingbabymess · 23/07/2015 20:05

April? Jeepers! That's mental!!

Alittlebitofeverything · 23/07/2015 20:15

Hi babs,

Welcome to the group, do you know if you're having a boy or girl?

I keep forgetting to check in here and seem to spend most of my time on the Facebook group.

Heather101 · 23/07/2015 20:29

Hi Babs! Everyone really friendly here lovely! Hope you're doing ok x

Unthoughtknown · 23/07/2015 20:34

Hi babs, welcome. April 2016, omg!

Frescoed · 23/07/2015 20:35

Hi Babs hope it's going okay for you so far.

doomclaw it's all happening very fast now isn't it, I've got just three months left in work and a to do list that'll make me weep!

Unthoughtknown I think we've got a lazy/sleepy one too, get little flurries and not much else really at the moment. Hoping the sleeping will continue after the birth!

Laura7010 · 23/07/2015 20:45

Hi ladies, this keeps dropping off my threads I'm on which is very annoying!!
Welcome babs :) do join us on Facebook, toots will sort you out on there.
I'm a little worried as my movements seem less these past few days. I'm sure she's just in a different position but still worrying. Saying that OH has felt her kicking quite a few times now which is really lovely.

tootsroots · 23/07/2015 20:46

OBEM.. rant rant rant.. that program just wound me up on catchup.. no tears, no awww, no cute baby, no sighing.. just overwhelming the feeling that the families irritated me.

First time i have watch since expecting, so perhaps more aware of the support of the men, family etc, but ugh. How boring.

Also, as i mentioned on FB, why are they all lying on their backs... strapped down? and how over emotional and childlike is the man who recovered from an illness? I felt stronger and more empowered once i had a bad thing happen, he obviously feels needy ( and she mothers him.. hmmmm i don't normally judge age gaps but his manner made me judge)

Perhaps its my hormones? off to counteract bad mood with chocolate. Quite medicinal. Good thing i am home alone!

It has even given my irritable uterus a reason to cramp, tense and throb with irritation!!
