So BFP this am. Edd 30/1/16 however this is dc4 and the othe 3 have all been at least 2 weeks late.
Starting this thread to preserve my sanity next January. If I join the jan lot I'll be left on my tod so...I'm 35 this will be dc4 if all goes well, cycle 2 of trying so feeling blessed.

I've just realised that the washing machine is coverd in his main course. That's what i get for.going on here and letting him hold the spoon...

Thanks for the welcome everyone. Glad to see its not just me who's bloated, I look about 5 months gone already! Luckily I love peppermint tea, so am ok there. purdie I'll be 44 in July, glad Im not the only "mature" mum. Although I've been through this before, it was 19 years ago, so I feel very much like a first time mum, and the things I do remember are all different!

jelly Oh no. Hm. Rubbing your tummy, ginger tea helps with nausea so possibly that, might be worth asking if you're allowed to take peppermint capsules?

My sis had just bought a new house 30mins away from us (currently 4 hours away) so bean will have cousins nearby to play with. Yay!!!

Peppermints (in mint or tea form) is good for bloating.

I've got my early scan and booking in appointment on 22nd June when I'll be 8+2 I miscarried on the day of my booking in with my last pregnancy so hoping this one is a little happier...

Yup. I am ashamed to admit that i had preggo rage at tesco this avo because they didnt have an almond magnum and i'd been desperate for one all day. I dobt even like magnums ffs.

purdie feel better soon. My nausea has been terrible but is now fluctuating which is much more manageable. I hope you get some pockets of feeling well to get you through.

I can't believe this is real, I can't believe Im actually pregnant!! Hope everyone is well? Sorry to those feeling rubbish and angry and stuff.

I feel so so bloated. Honestly my tummy feels so tender and kinda gassy but not wind if that makes sense. I need to get some porridge tomorrow, I had terrible constipation in early pregnancy last time (this is dc#2) and I thought it would go away on its own but it didn't and after a couple weeks with no poos I was in agony. Finally sorted the problem by a bowl of porridge every morning. Going to start that now this time in the hope it prevents the problem

So what's the best pregnancy tracking app these days?

It was me who recommended the M&S decaf, glad you like it! Haven't ever tried Yorkshire but so many people love it, I'll really need to give it a go. I like peppermint tea, but it took a few goes to get acclimatised. I eased myself in by adding something sweet (honey) to make it more palatable, or drinking the Twinings Buttermint tea. It's basically a Murray mint in a tea bag, amazing!

Yeah I just bought the Buttermint at the supermarket. Have a look next time you're in. It's very moreish.

I was at a party tonight with a bloody free bar! Everyone around me was ordering bottles of champagne, cocktails, the whole works and I was drinking tap water and looking on mournfully. I never get invited to such things as well! The party did also have a free ice cream bar though, which I sampled more than once
