Vroomer so sorry for your loss Flowers

Tiredoftiredness · 02/06/2015 19:30

Hi
Can I join you please? Just found out I'm expecting DC2, got DS(4) already and not sure how I'm going to cope with 2!
Still trying to get my head around it all and slightly scared, have been thinking recently how nice it is now DS is older and I don't have to plan every little outing to the nth degree! Oh well, he will adore being a big bro I'm sure.

Also slightly weirded out as EDD is 8th few, and DS was due 9th feb-is it possible I only ovulate once a year?! Been trying for about 6months.

Raffertys · 02/06/2015 19:34

So, so sorry vroomer. Please take care of yourself Flowers The ladies on the mc board are INCREDIBLY supportive.

Hope everyone else is ok. Welcome to the newbies and congratulations on your bfps.

Everyone had a good day?

Also, question: orgasms are ok in early pregnancy, yes? asking for a friend

rallytog1 · 02/06/2015 19:46

Nope. Not allowed Raffs Grin

I'm impressed you your friend has the urge though. The thought of anyone touching me makes my skin crawl.

rallytog1 · 02/06/2015 19:47

(totes fine btw - you can just sometimes feel a bit of camping afterwards though, so don't be too concerned if that happens to you your friend).

Raffertys · 02/06/2015 19:47

Too late then rally. I'm extra horny. But seriously, I'm not going to break the baby am I?

rallytog1 · 02/06/2015 19:48

CRAMPING.

Sorry. You shouldn't feel camping afterwards unless you're, ahem, al fresco.

Raffertys · 02/06/2015 19:50

Grin Grin Grin

I'll let her know.

jellypi3 · 02/06/2015 19:50

I'm quite horney but worried about shagging :(

Brummiegirl15 · 02/06/2015 19:50

Well Raff I had one Blush at weekend and hated how I felt afterwards. It was too intense and I felt really crampy and it scared me. So steering clear for a while

Raffertys · 02/06/2015 19:55

how do you feel now, brum?

Boobear1983 · 02/06/2015 20:05

Interesting to know..i was wondering this myself!

Incidentally i might be a little further along then i thought. I did a digital test today and it said 3+ weeks. Best book an appointment with my gp!

Mawsymoo · 02/06/2015 20:17

I'm not feeling too great this evening - I have cramps. I haven't had any before now so I'm a little worried. I think I'll try to get to bed soon.

purdiepie · 02/06/2015 20:18

Chin, I'm so sorry your hcg appears to be low. You really need to test again 48 hrs later to check it's doubled, although the hcg stops doubling after a certain number of weeks. What CD are you now?

Raffertys · 02/06/2015 20:24

Chin I'm sorry love, I missed your post as I was scrolling to catch up. Fingers crossed you ov'd late. As Purdie says - do you have a follow up booked to see if they're rising? Flowers

Brummiegirl15 · 02/06/2015 21:31

Oh I'm fine now Raff it eased off after an hour or so. It was just too intense and whilst I wasn't cramping. I just felt uncomfortable and that made me worry

Brummiegirl15 · 02/06/2015 21:31

Chin i missed your post too. Fingers crossed, hopefully they'll keep going up Flowers

jellypi3 · 02/06/2015 21:33

I've had loads of cramping. Mr jelly just made me a curry but did too much curry powder. It was so spicy it's made me feel sick

firsttimenewbie · 02/06/2015 21:47

Wow, it's been crazy few days and just had the first chance in a while to check in- this thread has been BUSY!
Good luck with the repeat test chin will keep fx for you.
We told my mum at the weekend- she was massively shocked. Made it all seem a bit more real but still trying not to get my hopes up as still spotting.
My symptoms atm all hit me in the evenings. Apart from sore boobs dot feel pregnant at all during the day to the extent I start to worry it's all gone wrong. But then in the evenings I am exhausted, freezing and a little nauseous. All good signs I guess.
Very impressed and jealous of all the girls with appointments already. I am still jumping through hoops to get registered at a local gp so really worried all my appointments will be delayed and I will miss something important :-(

brummie that's useful to know about the fluctuations, thanks

chin Hope you can get a second test and it shows an hcg increase Thanks

Can someone recommend me a pregnancy multivitamin that has low or no iron and doesn't smell/taste absolutely foul. jelly did you mention an iron free one? Thanks Biscuit. I think I need to order online as I haven't found one in the shops that I've got on with.

Raffertys · 02/06/2015 22:21

Why iron free, pretzel? Sorry for being nosey. Just curious.

Drunkendonut · 02/06/2015 22:46

Boo. Bleeding a fair amount tonight and cramping so fairly sure I'm out.
I'm ok, it's very early and it's happened before, guess it wasn't meant to be.
Good luck with everything ladies xx
