JS viroids are here in their 28th outing complete with exploding belly buttons. There's royal foofs and jiffy bag gifts, but most certainly NOT x-rated colouring books at the VAGINA party HQ!

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 28th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 46th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1oLJqpadAb2givKYq8OJfGCti3s6xzsTGlI-GoaBfM_M/edit?pli=1#gid=0

Ill have to tell everyone at work since I walked past a colleague doing some bank work on reception on the way in. Criiiiiiiiiinge. Got to hear the heart beat again. Now I can feel little gaggia dancing all smug like in my tummy.

Pisghetti · 17/05/2015 00:39

Hooray for incontinence!

Went for dinner at Prezzo with the kids this evening which is in a big shopping centre ( waves at looking we were in St David's) and they sat us right at the front so there was only a low wall between me and a shopping centre full of people and I managed not to show anyone my tits despite feeding through most of the meal. Those breastfeeding covers are ridiculous! Never used a swaddle. I mix it up between sleeping bags and blankets. We don't have bumpers and I think they're not recommended (she's in a Moses basket at home and a cot at DP's but we use the sleepyhead in both). Certainly wouldn't use a humidifier - it's enough of a job keeping damp out of the house! it's hard to know what to get clothes wise as you don't know what you'll be given. I wasn't going to bother with 'first size' stuff but we were given loads and I did use it all before moving to 0-3 things. It's all packed away now as she's too big I have a mix of sleep suits and outfits in 0-3 that we've had bought for us and so many vests they won't all get worn before she outgrows them. The vast majority of gifts were 3-6 though so I won't have to buy anything until September.

DulcetMoans · 17/05/2015 05:56

Yay for pissy pants gaggia! What a relief.

Now, any babies from cym yet?

Good luck today tori!

deeplybaffled · 17/05/2015 06:01

Embarrassing but great news, gaggia - kept thinking about you.

Cymraes17 · 17/05/2015 06:46

Nothing here so far. Contractions seem to have stopped whe im still. When bouncing on ball i get tightnings and back pain, not when i have to stay on bed for monitoring... hmmm

teejayem · 17/05/2015 06:47

Hope you're okay cym

Good luck this morning tori really hope they get you in.

I just snuck downstairs and ate an eclair and the moment I plonked slid back into bed the bloody thing is blow torching my insides. Fuck you heartburn!

Oh my goodness ga that must have been so scary, happy all is OK!

I'm officially halfway today, eeeeekk!

LaLaLaaaa · 17/05/2015 07:56

Shite just lost massive post!!!

Logged on at 3am to see how you were gaggia and I've never been so delighted to hear someone has pissed themselves! Brilliant news!

Cym do they know yet if you're in actual labour or are they not sure? Keep bouncing if it's working for you!

Tori good luck todaaaaaay!!! Hopefully you'll be meeting your wee one soon.

Because there was only 3-4 weeks between my MC and bfp I feel like I've been pg forever! Doctor said that's why I'm feeling quite wrecked- because body didn't get to recover in between. I really feel like baby should be here by now.

Totally recommend fan in bedroom and extra pillow- slept fantastically last night. Fan seems to help my breathing and pillow has stopped the reflux.

Thank you for your help with the questions! So

No bumpers
No humidifier (fuck off Emma's diary clever marketing!)
Lots more sleep suits, body suits
2 more 0-6 gro bags
More cellular blankets

Wil my baby gets scanned as soon as its born because of hip dysplasia risk. They've said it's rare in boys though so he should be ok.

I'm excited about baby shopping today Grin

DulcetMoans · 17/05/2015 08:14

We were told in NCT that wanting sweet things is normal in pregnancy as babies are used to sweet from the fluid they are in. It's not your fault you need an eclair tee! But it is you that gets punished.

Hope you get to stay active more cym as that seems to be working better for you. Bounce, bounce!

Yay for half way bat! Do you get another scan out there around this stage?

People on the July thread are finishing work la. I want to finish work - hit a wall this week I think and completely wilt in the afternoons. Need nap time. Also, I saw a video of a man slapping a cobra yesterday. That's not ok, is it?! He is in a snake pit and it's in another country but just looks so mean!

Hobbit19 · 17/05/2015 08:15

Phew! Very glad that you weed yourself Ga! And we'll done for surviving this with your sense of humour intact!

LaLaLaaaa · 17/05/2015 08:17

Dulcet I've got 4.5 weeks of work! Finish on June 19th.

Cobra slapping def not ok :( but if different country it's hard to do anything as they might have no animal welfare law

DulcetMoans · 17/05/2015 08:22

I finish then too la! Is that how close it is? Trying not to look! Just keep going for now then. Not even sure why I mentioned the cobra slapping, just stuck in my head now! Who would have the cheek to slap a cobra?! Anyway, hopefully he's ok and got his own back later.

Been down to feed cats. One has had a sick everywhere - just biscuits so probably overindulged. Need DH to clear it up before they eat it again, which they did last time as he wasn't quick enough Hmm. He is sleeping though and feels mean to wake him. Might just bounce around a bit...

LaLaLaaaa · 17/05/2015 08:28

Lots of wiggling about, noise, shower, doesn't work on my dh as he's out for count but might work? I need to wake mine soon to leave for ikea...

DulcetMoans · 17/05/2015 08:37

Yeah, I could get him to stir by being active but he will then whine and want cuddles to buy himself more time. Which I will want too so no one goes anywhere! Can you set an alarm to go off at an appropriate time? Then tell him he must have set it yesterday!

In case anyone didn't get the emails, mothercare and babies r us have sales this weekend. Includes the Tommee Tippee sterilisation kit for half price clicky linky

batfish · 17/05/2015 08:51

dulcet they seem to be scanning every month - last one was at 18 weeks so next one is at 22 weeks, guess they will do all the 20 weeks checks at that one.

Jcandy · 17/05/2015 08:54

Oh Ga I'm so glad it was only piss!

Good luck cym hope it continues for you

Also hope they get you in this morning Tori

Looks like the dried apricots each day are doing their thing! Still look ridiculously bloated though.

Can't wait to start buying stuff Smile going to leave it till after the 12 week scan though which is 2 weeks tomorrow

Oh tori lots of luck today I'll be thinking of you.
cym puuuuuuuuuush!

Thank you all lots for your concern last night. It was very scary but hurray for the maternity unit. Apparently they see it all the time so I'm not alone!

la today I too shall journey to Ikea. Cant wait.

Fleurchamp · 17/05/2015 09:24

Glad you're ok ga

Third page of new Fred and I have just found it Shock

I am in the land of ikea Grin off out in search of cinnamon buns soon and grapes which I now realise I
Must.Eat.Every.Day.

The bump went crazy on the flight over here. It moved all over to my
left hand side and was rock solid - quite painful really! Also no one asked for my fit to fly note which reassured me that I do not look like I am about to drop.

Will pop back in when I can for updates on cym and tori exciting! GX ladies!

Niffertiti · 17/05/2015 09:26

Dramatic times on here! Ga, so glad you pissed yourself (iyswim) must have been really worrying. Hope you get yo rest up ikea is not a relaxing place to be surely

Cym good luck, hope you're doing ok. Tori, hope it goes well today.

I have a boob question: how much bigger are they likely to get? Mine are a pretty petite 34b/c (depending on how fat the rest of me is at any given point) but my normal bras are getting a bit snug. If I get nursing bras a couple of sizes up will they do me up to and after? Don't want to end up with a massive collection of different sized bras.

LaLaLaaaa · 17/05/2015 09:37

Niff I'm on bras number 3. It depends on you though I think some people don't grow as much. Go get measured properly and see what they say. I was very sore before I gave in and bought maternity bras. You won't need nursing bra til the end
