Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 27th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 42nd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1oLJqpadAb2givKYq8OJfGCti3s6xzsTGlI-GoaBfM_M/edit?pli=1#gid=0

Hello! Knew it would be a girl :)

Hope you're ok mini wherever you are.

Just had a 2 hour nap. Anyone else find the tiredness from first tri returned in 3rd tri? I'm shattered, went for massage then coffee with friends and I'm totally wiped out. New duvet I ordered arrived so I'm under that and it's going to take a lot to get me back up!

Sil who left fiancé and lost baby is coming tonight unexpectedly. She was due to arrive Friday but texted today to say things had gone wrong and come she come Monday. I said no coz we are away for our anniversary on Monday and I am too tired to have someone staying all week especially as we've no spare room anymore. So we agreed she could come thurs.

She's just messaged to say that she's booked into hotel down road tonight because she went to see friends in Exeter but they weren't in so she is feeling isolated and wanted to be near us. So of course I've said she must come here tonight. I've said it's only for tonight though, as we go away tomorrow for our anniversary and as selfish as it sounds I don't want those plans ruined.

Poor thing I do feel for her :(

But I got big lecture from mw about taking things slower and not trying to be everything to everyone so as bad as I feel for her I can't have someone on my sofa all week when I'm trying to cope with work as well.

Massage was lovely she was very nice

LaLaLaaaa · 02/05/2015 17:58

Course you can tori! Welcome and congratulations!

DulcetMoans · 02/05/2015 19:04

I always thought there was something regal about mini, I think it is her you know! Excellent point pud, I just had baby school this morning where we learnt about all the leaking and tearing and bad stuff and didn't think about her doing the same - feel bad for her now!

Ah well, maybe we can guess the name right wil! Ill go with Chardonnay. I forgot you were over the border, bet there's electioneering 2.0 up there so even worse. Nearly over though, thank god! We are quite political and it's a tiring time. Just done some super slow delivering, not sure how much help I am!

Shame the laptop spazzed out pis, I love a good UKIP rant! Our local UKIP candidate is hilarious to listen to, just makes no sense!

Glad you are feeling better tee, take Mr Tee with you to bollock her. Although sounds like you might not see her again. What colouring book did you get? Is it rude?!

Defo to 3rd trimester tiredness la. I am wiped out in the afternoons. Some days worse than others, I'm half planning a nap now! What will you do with SIL there tonight? Is it just company?

Welcome tori, get in here! You'll leap frog a few of us on the stats list now!

WilHarlot · 02/05/2015 19:36

Hi Tori, welcome Smile

Haha to x-rated colouring books. Have visions of Tee concentrating really hard on the "shades of labia in pregnancy" page. (Somebody was saying they were darker down there right? If not, I accept that's a very random reference).

Hope your night isn't stressful La.

I'm just putting micro to bed then have to find some way of cramming half a chicken into an already full fridge. Whilst being slightly jealous of my friend who is on another night out despite having a baby two weeks after me. Not that I really want a night out, more a night off Grin .

Ooh yes Tori add yourself to the stats it'll push the rest of us down a bit and stop us freaking out

Won't be stressful tonight, I just think she needs a cuddle and family. A month ago she was engaged and pregnant, now neither. I've got a big glass of wine waiting for her.

Did you SEE Kate/mini on the steps of the hospital, bless the poor woman - earrings sparkling, hair freshly blow dried and HIGH HEELS! She must've been knackered and sore and I felt so sorry for her! Baby looked gorgeous.

Friend from daisy class just posted up pic of her new baby - with slogan 'birth was traumatic but here she is!'. Oh god, things like that make me start to worry...why was it traumatic??

Im ignoring a lot of the election bollocks. My neighbour has a fucking huge UKIP poster in his window. Me and dh call him 'BNP man' coz really it's the same, no? He tried to recruit us and we just laughed at him. We come from a multi-cultural city and most of our mates are either immigrants or 2nd generation immigrants. I fucking hate this town, it's so white middle class - very Tory. I hate Tories. Sorry, needed a bit of a rant there!

I'd love to vote Green as their policies match my thinking most, but it really is a wasted vote. I don't like Miliband but I'm probably leaning towards Labour just now. Still need to make my mind up.

I have to say I don't envy you though wil I'm not a fan of the whole SNP crusade when living back home. I do like Sturgeon and I don't mind the SNP at all, but it just all gets a bit much.

tee my mate who just had her baby at 37 weeks was told baby was engaged from 31 weeks - she was terrified, but actually he popped back out again at least once before finally making an appearance.

I was also addicted to fruit pastille lollies in first tri, then magically couldn't stand them from around 14-20 weeks! Now it's just chocolate, ice cream and sweeties.

I was a mess when I arrived at massage this morning. Printer wouldn't work this morning to print off the health form you have to take, which made me late leaving house to go and feed my friends cats. Then key wouldn't frigging work in lock of her house and took me 20 mins to get in the frigging door, by which time it was almost time for massage. ARrived 5 mins late for massage in floods of tears because I was stressed having driven like a maniac to get there in time for my appointment and so disappointed that I was late because it's the thing I've been looking forward to for weeks!

Masseuse was lovely - told me she had no client after me so I'd still get my full hour and was then wonderful and made me feel all floaty light and happy because she made the hurts go away. :) My feet especially feel like I've got a new skin!

Good god, cashmere foof pads. What a wonderful thought...

splodge when do you next see midwife? will you have a sweep, or is that already done?

Naps are definitely underrated. I feel brand new.

LaLaLaaaa · 02/05/2015 20:34

Did anyone see which car seat the royals had? Bet it was a Maxi Cosi...I don't have them down for funky Cosatto types

KatoPotato · 02/05/2015 20:48

Yay Tori! If I'm not very much mistaken, were you not on the ummm 'eventful' April ttc boards?

Fleurchamp · 02/05/2015 21:07

Ha! I so zoomed in on the photo of the princess to see what car seat she was in Smile

Cot decision made, car seats chosen - just to order the damn things now.

Exhausted.

KatoPotato · 02/05/2015 21:16

So wHat have you decided Fleur?

KatoPotato · 02/05/2015 21:16

What did you decide then Fleur?

KatoPotato · 02/05/2015 21:17

Answer me!!!

My iPhone hates mumsnet

DulcetMoans · 02/05/2015 21:43

Nap complete here too. Although so close to bed time I might has well have gone to bed!

Also want to know what you chose fleur? Probably less than kato but still interested!

I imagine it like karma sutra with colouring in wil, all positions. To save your skin colour pencils they are in different locations though like in the woods and under the sea!

DulcetMoans · 02/05/2015 21:44

Stressful day then la but perfect way to recover! Will you have another one? Will have to look into that here!

Fleurchamp · 02/05/2015 21:59

Ha! We have decided to get the stokke sleepi Grin it's probably just style over substance but we like it more than other cots and the option to make it into a junior bed.

Car seat, we got as far as a maxi cosi pebble and 2 way family fix base. We decided to leave the pearl until we actually need it.

So tiring.

I want to hear what kate and will are going to call their baby.
One of the names being touted is on my list and I will be gutted if they use it

splodge77 · 02/05/2015 23:03

Has anyone else in 3rd tri got a numb patch on bump around the belly button? I'm a bit disturbed by it. Will I ever feel my tummy again? Yes La, I'm booked in for a sweep next weds & induction the Monday eve after if that doesn't work. Hoping not to get to that. Come Monday I'm gonna start some serious bouncing/walking/nipple twiddling etc. DP might even get a shag ha ha!

KatoPotato · 02/05/2015 23:07

Yes Splodge! I do! And it feels hollow? This is our last weekend as a wee family 3unit... It's weird.

WilHarlot · 03/05/2015 05:35

Aw Kato, massive change coming, but all in a good way. How are you feeling about imminent arrival?

La don't think of it as a wasted vote. I think too many people think that and that's how we end up with a two party race between Dumb and Dumber. I would vote Green but we have no candidate. Was never an SNP fan before the referendum but I like Sturgeon and now to be honest, they are by far the best choice for us - because they give a shit, not to do with independence.

Humph my baby is not showing signs of wanting to go back to sleep.

DulcetMoans · 03/05/2015 08:17

Hope everyone is getting lie ins today - maybe you got back to sleep wil?

Are you all prepared kato? It's becoming a three way race now! Babies everywhere!!

LaLaLaaaa · 03/05/2015 08:25

Morning! Fleur good choices!

Kato it must all be a bit surreal for you just now knowing that you're having a baby this week Grin I think I would be a bit weirded out too but it's going to be v exciting. Are you all packed and ready?

Splodge - bounce bounce bounce!!

BFp on jsers thread this morning what a lucky thread this one seems to be!

It's pissing down here and we are heading to londinium at lunch. Sil is coming with us to meet family for lunch but is then going to head off after lunch. She was v understanding about why I didn't want her staying all week. Think it helped that we couldn't pull sofa bed out because lounge too small which illustrated my point! I gave in and said she could come back wed instead of fri though. I'm too bloody soft.

Wil I'm still on the fence. If I were still in Scotland I think I'd vote snap but here the 2 front runners are Tory and ukip?? I live in hunting toff area. Massive ridiculous 4x4s, pools in back garden and horses everywhere. No one likes foreigners or anyone who's not them.

Purpleball · 03/05/2015 08:32

Morning viroids. It's pissing down here too and I don't fancy a long walk to watch cyclists in the rain

Fleur good choices, glad you're sorted.

Splodge keep bouncing Smile

La I'm glad it's gone ok with your SiL, hope you have a lovely lunch

I'm definitely getting some kicks now Grin it's lovely - I might not still be saying that in a couple of months time though

Farage is on Andrew Marr if anyone wants to annoy themselves!

Dreary here too, regretting not finishing our outdoor chores yesterday!

WilHarlot · 03/05/2015 09:48

How lovely Purple, it's a great feeling.

Ah I see La, sounds scary!Shock Wink Wish we had nice enough weather for outdoor pools though which would be bigger than my garden. Enjoy London, what are you going to do there?

I maybe got a bit of a doze Dulcet. Find it hard to go back to sleep at that time.

KatoPotato · 03/05/2015 10:18

First time SNP voter here. It's all weird now, I voted no to Indy and my family were staunch labour voters but it's all changed now.

postal vote sent off and imagine I'll spend Thursday night not sleeping anyway so watching results.

It is strange knowing the very day we'll be meeting ds2. I keep getting asked 'when you due?' In asda etc, and it's odd saying 'Friday.'

ChatEnOeuf · 03/05/2015 10:38

Grey here too, though not raining yet. Mustering up the energy to get out after lunch but not feeling it, still full of snot.

Welcome Tori, that's a lot of lurking Wink

Glad you're sorted Fleur - on to the next decisions Smile

Hope you're both ok Splodge, Mini! Eek Kato, not long at all now
