Hope you're feeling better today, Sleepless? Just to echo everyone's comments, you'll be fine. The weekend before my BFP was pretty boozy (after so long TTC I'd given up thinking about booze in the 2ww). All my friends (with perfectly healthy babies) did it too.

Been feeling a bit up and down the past few days, i'm 14 + 4 now and don't really feel pregnant anymore (which i'm pretty sure is normal!) but its still freaking me out slightly! My hormones are all over the place too (pretty sure this is also normal!) I just feel like i need to vocalize these things to make me feel a bit better!
In other news, my pintrest board is now full of nursery funiture and travel system prams!

I have my 16wk midwife appointment tomorrow, so hopefully will hear the heartbeat! Still no bump or anything here, so it will be nice to know there's something in there! (the scan only convinces me for so long )

Hope everyone is feeling good and getting over all the nasties of first trimester.
Tiredness here too and difficulties getting comfy at night. I'm already sleeping with pillows under bump and only 14+5.
Have a consultant appointment tomorrow and hopefully scan too, so if all is well, I won't have to hide my bump anymore (just as well as it's getting bloody difficult!).

Blueblink I'm also rather symptomless at the moment, it's a bit disconcerting.... I couldn't fit into my skinny work trousers this morning, so maybe a bump will come through soon, but it could as easily be the double choc cookies I stuffed my face with on the weekend.... It'd just be nice to know it's still in there, if you know what I mean!

Morning ladies! I've just returned from having a consulatants appointment after previous c-section. They look at me like I'm barmy when I say I want to try for a vbac this time! They basically tried to coerce me into reconsidering, even made me another appointment for when I'm 36 weeks so I can change my mind at the last minute! I feel like asking them if they're going to come look after my kids while I recover from surgery then?! On the up side, I did get to (eventually) hear baby's heartbeat, it took the nurse ages to find it, I was beginning to panic a little, but Hubby who's a nurse said he could hear it when she first put the doppler on my belly but then she moved it and the baby must've wriggled away!

StAlphonso I am soooo pleased everything is fine after all that waiting, if you're anything like me you'll go and have a relief vomit now after a good cry haha!

So glad others are struggling with tiredness. I finished with last charge, one ten weeks and sleeping eleven hours in a row at night. But tomorrow I start with a seven month old who will be jet lagged so not expecting much sleep, am hoping to nap when she does. I'm just so tired and am getting headaches in the late avo if I don't nap. Midwife next week and I hope she does the heartbeat and consultant the week after who I hope does a scan. My tummy feels hard but no bump.

Dear all - thanks so much for kindness. Made appt with midwife for tmrw who was absolutely lovely, v reassuring - feel so lucky to have nhs and you are all fab too. EDD (going with one I like most!) 15.11.15

Bowies, I know what you mean about scans only reassuring you for so long.

After discussing it with DH we're going to wait to tell the dcs (and others) until after my 16wk scan. Hopefully that will give more confirmation that everything is okay, and maybe even reconfirm the sex (no idea why I am doubting the DNA results, but I am!! Maybe it's because I can't believe my luck that its a girl when I know that's what my dd wants!).
