Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 26th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 42nd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1oLJqpadAb2givKYq8OJfGCti3s6xzsTGlI-GoaBfM_M/edit?pli=1#gid=0

And la- how you doing?

minimooo · 16/04/2015 16:44

tee genius cooking implement improvisation! I totally get the magnum thing - nothing else will stop the craving for proper good old magnums. I've just checked freezer and only have 1 left Shock Definitely need to go out tomorrow to Iceland to stock up.

Glad you're getting checked la. Hope you're not kept waiting too long.

How exciting could! Your little one will be here in a few days! I can't wait to meet my lo now. Seems like I'm so close to the finish line, but there's still potentially a couple more weeks to slog through.

Sorry about the hurty fanjo splodge. I had terrible fanny daggers the other day, but they seem to have disappeared now. Would a bath help to ease them?

Boo to baby jabs wil, poor little mite. Hope she recovers quickly.

Well done on the shopping toast. There's nothing quite like a new comfy bra Grin

I've just been offered a Phil and Teds carrier by my sister - anyone know if they're any good? Apparently it's for 1+ years and it's backpack style. I'm tempted to grab it while it's going spare and stick it in the loft until lo fits into it.

ZylaB · 16/04/2015 17:01

la hope everything's ok!

wil at the next lot, tell the nurse about exploding arse again and then when she says it's not because of the vaccination, give her the nappies to change after when microwil's bum goes wild!

WilHarlot · 16/04/2015 17:45

Ha I'll try that zy.

Is it an Escape Mini? If so and you do any proper walking, I'd snap it up. Although maybe it's not as sure you can use that with younger babies. Don't know anything about other ones.

Lemon that's interesting. And worrying.

Hobbit19 · 16/04/2015 17:59

Afternoon Viroids!

Hope you are okay La? Flowers

Having weird womble pains here, like someone is poking the front of my uterus, but from the inside! Presume that this is par for the course though. Bit bloody terrifying being preggers though isn't it?!

If I make it to next week okay I am going to call the docs and buy a book about how to be upduffed. Any suggestions would be welcome!

Hobbit19 · 16/04/2015 18:00

Didn't mean to sound that negative! Womble 'pains' don't really hurt, the are more just sensations really, weird but not bad (I don't think!)

LaLaLaaaa · 16/04/2015 18:20

Womble pains are normal pud Grin as long as no severe cramps or bleeding there should be nothing to worry about

Just back from hospital - as I suspected baby is fine and measuring bang on apparently - woo sticks two fingers up at everyone who says I'm huge

But suspected uti and also got told to slow down as I'm 'obviously doing too much'. Results on uti due Monday.

Baby was hilarious and kept kicking off the monitor pads. I felt strangely proud!

Fattycow · 16/04/2015 18:27

Glad to hear, la.

Great news la

pud I actually found the first few weeks' womble pain quite, well, painful! No one warned me about that.

I have not got the magnum craving, in fact I am off food this week. Meeting DH for dinner tonight and the thought of eating makes me want to hurl. I am back to the bread, cheese and crisp diet of the first trimester Confused

Hobbit19 · 16/04/2015 18:33

Yey for baby La!!!

Thanks for the info too, it's amazing how much is going on down there, I guess there must be loads of changes etc which it figures out that it has an actual job to do.

Fattycow · 16/04/2015 18:35

I had quite intense womble pains in the first weeks, especially after a shag...

LaLaLaaaa · 16/04/2015 18:47

I agree - I found the womble pains really uncomfortable, particularly through the night! It was quite worrying, but they do pass. Drinking water will help them so would recommend that - in fact, you should be trying to keep hydrated as much as possible from now on.

The pains are stretching as your uterus is expanding, ready for baby to grow.

ZylaB · 16/04/2015 18:47

Also had terrible womble pains at the start, coughing or sneezing were agony and I had to curl up!

la glad babyla is good, now you can tell people 'actually my baby is the correct/perfect size, what were you expecting?' And watch them not know what to say! :)

LaLaLaaaa · 16/04/2015 18:48

I've added you to the stats sheet pud and JC but you can make changes to it whenever you want yourselves - just click on the link. You need to be on a PC to do it

Fleurchamp · 16/04/2015 18:50

I got asked if I was having triplets (a joke which is not funny to a pregnant woman!) and my bump was compared to a football.

In my search for zen like calm I thought at least it's not a beach ball Smile

LaLaLaaaa · 16/04/2015 19:18

ha fatty yes, zen is good!

Hi rm! Was wondering how you are, glad to hear everything's going ok :)

LaLaLaaaa · 16/04/2015 19:33

OH god. I forgot to tell you the mortifying thing that happened in the hospital! I think I blocked it out...

I had to have an internal (eek!). Dr comes in and says 'put your feet together', midwife was behind her. Firstly they didn't close the curtains quickly enough and someone walking past caught a glimpse of my nether regions, bare and ready for examination!

Then dr put the horrible funnel thing up me (I hate it!) and had a good look around. She took it out and said 'all finished with that, I'm just going to examine you with a finger'.

I was so relieved at no more funnel thing my response was:

"oh that's fine, I don't mind the finger bit, it's much nicer"

Mr La was shaking with laughter in the corner and I was completely mortified! The doctor just gave me a look that said 'oh dear' and smiled...

Hobbit19 · 16/04/2015 19:52

OMG ha ha ha oh dear La, that's so funny! Not looking forward to various people that I've only just met poking me in the fanjo. You'd think they would buy you a gin and tonic first at least.

Ooh you've made me feel a lot better about my womble. It does really feel like it is stretching La. Thanks for adding me to the stats too, I feel proper important now!

Fatty, I'm too scared to dtd! I get cramps after an O pre AF so I don't want have one (I am not going to be holding out for all 9 months though, that would be terrible!)

Jcandy · 16/04/2015 19:59

Pud I'm having womble pains too. They are pretty scary aren't they! Been a bit emotional today and burst out crying at a course I was doing Confused

Glad baby la is OK bet you feel much more reassured now la! and it gives you a good comeback to those bump haters

ZylaB · 16/04/2015 20:13

snort at 'I don't mind the finger bit, it's much nicer'

Hobbit19 · 16/04/2015 20:16

Just a bit JC, think you are only a week ahead of me, it's nice to have someone going through the same things! In a way I like feeling my uterus doing stuff, it makes it feel real. Sounds like we need to get used to tears!

Jcandy · 16/04/2015 20:20

Yep I think we do! It's nice to be able to compare symptoms and these guys have been great so far at calming me down! I'm pleased to be past the point I got to with the mc. Everything feels much better this time..........

Jcandy · 16/04/2015 20:20

Well la I guess you have to enjoy some of it Hmm Erm.......

LaLaLaaaa · 16/04/2015 20:40

Yes get used to the tears! I just cried whilst eating pasta. No idea why

Fattycow · 16/04/2015 20:47

You will cry about the most nonsensical things. Or you might not even no why, as la with her pasta.
