Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 26th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 42nd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1oLJqpadAb2givKYq8OJfGCti3s6xzsTGlI-GoaBfM_M/edit?pli=1#gid=0

Wil I was a bit confused

I'm 18 weeks today :-)

Hobbit19 · 21/04/2015 21:11

Ooh you can feel movements as early as 18 weeks? That's exciting! I will be 17 weeks when school breaks up for the summer and that doesn't seem too far away!

WilHarlot · 21/04/2015 21:17

What do you teach pud?

deeplybaffled · 21/04/2015 21:29

Jealous of movements, purple - nearly 21 weeks here and haven't felt a damn thing! Or if i have, I'm too clueless to recognise it...

Purpleball · 21/04/2015 21:35

Could be how your placenta is positioned

I wasn't expecting anything yet. Until today it was very faint, I could almost have imagined it. Today was bubbles moving up my lower abdomen. It only happened once though

DulcetMoans · 21/04/2015 21:44

I would also like to see the pineapple tee. You should get Costco commission - if this pineapple is impressive enough I will sign up tomorrow!

Weather lovely if you can be outside wil, horrible in my office. I want two temperatures really as I want the weather but not to melt at work.

Hobbit19 · 21/04/2015 21:49

Science Wil. Any other grads teachers? There were a few of us on undergrads.

teejayem · 21/04/2015 21:50

Pineapple on Facebook as requested. I've included a lemon and a digestive choc biscuit to demonstrate the sizing. Was going to hold it next to my face but I'm between mouthfuls of industrial apple pie....

Purpleball · 21/04/2015 22:22

Anybody had more styes since becoming pregnant?

I had one a few weeks ago, now getting another in the same eye. I don't think I've had one as an adult before! It could be the same one I suppose

gaggiagirl · 21/04/2015 22:23

Industrial apple pie Grin

gaggiagirl · 21/04/2015 22:31

purple no but I do have eczema on one eyelid. That combined with my rosacea, port wine stain and face scar make me very attractive without make up. Oh I have that funny nose bridge blister again too. Thank fuck for modern make up

ChatEnOeuf · 21/04/2015 22:36

Mountain Grin I reckon it's all DD - even now when she decides she wants something, it has to be right now. Either that or I subconsciously couldn't hack being in labour with colleagues knocking around so got it over and done with quickly! Fingers crossed it'll be another swift but safe affair this time.

In all honesty I've no idea how the practicalities are going to work out...especially when they expect a four day stay as standard here.

Loving the epic pineapple and apple pie, please keep us updated Grin

teejayem · 21/04/2015 22:38

Done about 2/3 of the apple pie.

Fuck me, I've got wicked heartburn.

LaLaLaaaa · 21/04/2015 23:09

Hi viroids! How are you all?

Fleur are your builders still alive?

Tee that is a fine ass pineapple! I've never been to Costco but I'm tempted! I love aldi, it rocks. I also love the random shit lidl sells - beans, coffee, ham, a boat. I had a makro card but it expired.

Lost temper with dh this eve. He's had today off and done sfa to help around the house, grrr...

Sil is now ok - staying with a friend. It's v sad - I can't help thinking perhaps it's a spill over of emotions from the mc but she insists she's been done with him for ages in her head and was too worried to admit it. She told him she wanted space to see where her head was at and go stay with her mum for a week. He said no and that if she was going to do that then it's over . He then kicked her out of their new house. He's a lovely guy normally, I can only think this is a massive shock for him and he's very hurt and upset. She's safe though.

You ok purple? Have some chocolate and Brew.

How you feeling mini? Are you able to say what business you run without outing yourself? Don't worry if not

Really shit day at work today . Somali s has put in complaint about a piece of work we did and it's going to mean lots of meetings and explanation, which I just don't have time for right now! Why do people have to be so silly?

Can we call minimini moomin?

Not a teacher but I am a scientist?

Fell asleep whilst writing this. Can't remember anything if was going to write

WilHarlot · 22/04/2015 01:46

La I took both girls out for the day last week and MrWil did f all in the house. Then two days later moaned about it being a shithole Envy .

Tee maybe pie isn't the best idea with your heartburn issues. What's the symbol for italics on here?

I used to be pud. Zyla is. Anyone heard from Lauren?

LaLaLaaaa · 22/04/2015 05:06

Hellooooooo 5am again! Grin

ZylaB · 22/04/2015 05:18

waves at lil

pud I used to teach physics and atm I teach maths, but not in a school, (boo for no summer hols!)

LaLaLaaaa · 22/04/2015 05:22

I'm not lil but I'll wave back! Hi sleep deprived mums!

I miss sleeping well. It disappeared again a few weeks ago.

Wow the birds are noisy outside, it's nice Smile joys of spring n all that

WilHarlot · 22/04/2015 05:25

God I'm knackered. This bundle of joy has woken up every two hours since 9pm. You really wouldn't think sleeping was that difficult to do.

LaLaLaaaa · 22/04/2015 05:37

:( wil it must be hard work. I'm not looking forward to that bit

One thing you could do - Log the hours and then present them with an IOU when they are older and have money to send you on holiday.

My bump now changes shape and ripples as baby moves. It's entertaining. Getting impatient now though - 12 weeks to go

LaLaLaaaa · 22/04/2015 07:19

Purple was it you who said they had a Which? subscription and said they could look stuff up for us?

Would you mind checking reviews for me on baby monitors please? I think I'm plumping for the angelcare movement and sound AC401. But I just wanted to check if it's any good as it's expensive at £99.

LaLaLaaaa · 22/04/2015 07:28

Ooh found it for £80!

PixieChops · 22/04/2015 07:31

Sorry to hear about your SIL hopefully it's just a flash in the pan thing and it blow over. I've never had a Mc but can imagine the strains it puts on a relationship, being pregnant is strain enough!

I too was fuming with OH last night, he moved the sofa out to get some biscuits from behind it that DD had posted before bed, I was sat on said sofa with a very hot cup of tea.. OH roughly put the sofa back with me still sat on it, I wasn't ready and hot tea went all over my legs, he found it funny and I cried. Bastard! He was very apologetic but didn't think the tea was that hot.. I offered to poor it on his balls at this point which he declined.

Had a lovely day yesterday sat in the garden with DD hoping for the same today, got physio this morning and I was feeling ok up to last night when I now think I have sciatica as well as SPD. I haven't been doing my exercises, I forgot, but I have been wearing my bump brace. Only problem is I can't put it on in front of DD or take it off as she screams the place down, she doesn't like Velcro, very strange child.
Wil I feel your pain, I remember those days all too well. Even now DD sleeping through is a one hit wonder. She gets herself into all sorts of weird positions at night in her cot and wakes up crying. Last night she was sideways with her legs hanging out of the gaps in the bars and woke up crying at 1:30am to be rescued. She's taken to waking up at 6am as well. It's killing us!
Looking forward to my break this weekend where I go away on my own from Friday until Sunday but know I'll miss DD (and I suppose OH) like mad.
Going to have to join more mum/baby groups and try and make new friends Hmm all the girls that I usually see have all finished their maternity now and are back at work Confused it took me 5 months to make those friends! Need to convince some of my (old) friends to get upduffed!
Currently watching Chuggington on CBeebies. If you don't watch it now trust me in a few months you all will be. If I were you I'd get acclimatised to it so you can switch off the programmes that (are fucking irritating) less educational.

Purpleball · 22/04/2015 07:33

La there's no review for it Sad I looked up baby monitors and the reviews were all 2+ years old so not current models

Try Revoo

teejayem · 22/04/2015 07:33

I know wil but when the pastry craving takes me I can't help myself. It's shocking.

Only woke up three times last night, hilarious how this would be considered a bad night this time last year, whereas now I'm like woohoo! Heartburn wasn't too bad, but just had croissant and the last two fondant fancies , so am sure it will take me again any minute. Mr tee still stewing after yesterday's work blowout, dropped him at station and he said casually threw in that he could be back for my hospital appt. this afternoon. He knows I've made arrangements with my mum. Hmm guilty much! Well, I'm not rearranging, she's bringing my discounted raspberry magnums over!!

Ripply bump is cool la! Mine goes bananas if I lay on my left side, you can feel limbs and all sorts....
