I'd be up for that, Boobs! (Lol). Nice idea. Probably not until 12 weeks + for me personally as am being really cautious but after that for sure. I'm sure that way a lot of us will find out we live in similar areas too! Smile

So sorry for your loss RT. Hmm Look after yourself. xx

HariboBrenshnio · 15/04/2015 01:45

I just fell down the stairs going to get milk for DS. Now laid in bed crying convinced I'm going to lose this baby Hmm

toadierocks · 15/04/2015 01:56

ah Haribo you poor thing, try not to worry just take some deep breaths. did you hurt yourself? is someone there with you? relax as much as possible and I'm sure everything will be ok. Have you got any cramping or anything? A sticky bean will be well stuck by now, try not to worry, if you have any nasty symptoms tho, call the GP in the morning but I'm sure you and the bean will be fine. thinking of you x

Thanks Toadie. DP is dealing with with DS, he's not a happy bunny tonight. I fell on my bum and have carpet burns along my legs and feel sore but otherwise okay. No cramping as yet. I'll see how I feel in the morning and call the GP though I'm not sure what they can do so early on. Urgh feel so silly!

afloat · 15/04/2015 07:27

I'm so sorry for anyone going through a hard time. I hope you have support and can take time to grieve. I met my best friend last night who had a mc at 10 weeks last year, every one is tragic. I wish we could talk more openly about the whole thing but I guess it's taboo... Forums are great to get over that.

I'm also looking forward to a Facebook group :)

Namechanged101 · 15/04/2015 07:29

Rtfairy thinking of you :(
Been a horrible few days on the bus :(

Welcome to the newbies hope everyone is good- like the idea of a secret FB group that sounds good.

Has anyone announce their pregnancies in the last week? I'm only about 5 weeks but think I'm going to tell my mum at the weekend

Namechanged101 · 15/04/2015 07:31

Haribo just seen your update- are you ok? Give the maternity assessment a call if you're worried even if you're not booked in yet- I called mine from where I had dd and spoke to them about spotting Etc and they were lovely really helpful

goneswimming · 15/04/2015 07:34

I'd definitely be up for a fb group. My husband has retrograde so we were referred straight away for fertility treatment, so basically its been a long path without us actually being able to do anything active on it for most of the time. Seems like waiting, being patient, and letting things be what they will be, is a theme!

ineedsomeinspiration · 15/04/2015 07:44

Morning all,

Hope you're ok haribo?

I've got to do lunch for the management meeting at work but feeling yuck and don't want to. DS is complaining of a tummy headache this morning, not sure I can cope with any vom if it appears.

Wishful80smontage · 15/04/2015 07:53

Hi sorry to be a pain for to stats but I've changed from namechanged101 to this username instead - I'd only swapped to post something anon on another thread and had been to lazy to change back until now thank you :)

Sparkle I've been on edge a bit too- last night I was thinking about a time my dd had an accident and banged her lip- I've always blamed myself as I brought the toy in the she slipped on. But last night kept thinking about it and how stupid I was and generally feeling shit think its general stress creeping through

WhatsForYeWontGoByYe · 15/04/2015 08:50

Haven't posted for a few days but just caught up on the news.

So sorry morecake, alpha and rtfairy, and fingers crossed for daisy. Wishing everyone all luck Flowers

Hi to all new ladies - there was a proper flutter of new BFPs over the last few pages! Congratulations all.

Another one here waiting for my booking appointment through the post...according to LMP am already 7+3 so should be soon!

Main symptom at the moment is tiredness. I keep having to get up to pee overnight and then wake early and can't get back to sleep. Also - so thirsty! Can't get enough water in me.

Up for a FB group, but agree it might be better towards the 12 week mark. Think most people should be around that by June, so could aim for then?

afloat · 15/04/2015 08:50

wishful we have not told anyone yet, but I have such a strong urge to. I was chatting with my mom yesterday on the phone (I'm from another country).. "Any news?" ..."...no...", it felt so weird to lie! We are going to tell my family in late May (assuming all goes well) when we go back for a birthday party and everyone will be there.

afloat · 15/04/2015 08:52

Also I should hear this week about my first appointment. I self referred directly to a hospital near wok for ante natal care (Central London), they say it's usual for them to give ante natal care to people working in central London and for women to give birth in their local hospitals. I can almost see the hospital from my office window :)

tessiegirl · 15/04/2015 09:08

Hello ladies, please can I join?

I got a bfp on Saturday and have been nervously testing every couple of days since! Confused So worried about something going wrong but it would be lovely to hear from others going through the same thing! My EDD is 16th December Smile

NicNak22 · 15/04/2015 09:51

with a little how did you hey an early scan? Is it private?

I'm 4+3 (really really I know) first baby, first pregnancy ttc for 8 months and I just can't believe that is really in there...

Anyone else really cold all the time too...?? It's, like, the hottest day of the year so far and I'm wearing a jumper and shivering like a loon Hmm

dojo123 · 15/04/2015 10:59

Tessiegirl Hello waves

dojo123 · 15/04/2015 11:01

WhatsFor Yep, I'm sleeping with a blanket on over the duvet and I am wearing a thick cardi in my office which is supposedly 'like a sauna' today! Haha

HariboBrenshnio · 15/04/2015 11:06

I'm just waiting for a call from my Gp. I'm sure it's fine but would just like to hear my GP say it's fine! After my MC in October and I'm a worried mess.

FB group is lovely but also agree I'd rather wait until after my scan. I don't like tempting fate too much. I'm also always cold, I sit under a duvet with the heating on! I remember it being like I had my own personal water bottle attached to me though once I hit 20 weeks and then spent the rest of the time sweating.

HalloweenDuck · 15/04/2015 11:11

Hi Ladies, welcome to all the new ones and loving thoughts to all of those who have had bleeds.

Can I be added to the stats page please.
I am 33, this is dc4, and EDD is 10th Dec ( my dads birthday!)

I am still in abit of denial as still no symptoms, I am fatigued anyway as I am anaemic and had glandular fever over xmas.

Starting to get excited though, I am so excited about telling my other 3 dc. I had 3 children in 3.5 years and my youngest will turn 7 1 week before this one is due. They will be over the moon. Will have to tell them before we go on our honey moon though as I wont be able to go on the rides etc as normal ( Disney florida)

Just fingers crossed it sticks and all will be ok.

Got first docs today to try and work out what medicines I am allowed to take, I have an infection in my jaw bone and cant be seen until 8th May, was popping 30 pills a day until my bfp, now cold turkey is hard as cant eat or sleep. hoping there is a compromise I can do.

Well hope your all enjoying the sunny day. x

Sweets27 · 15/04/2015 11:15
