Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 25th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 42nd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

The stats sheet will be linked to by our stats hero La (can't do on iPad sorry!)

So, roll call below please, viroids!

Morning all Smile Got pregnant 2-3 weeks on a digi this morning. Makes me feel so much better! last time I did a digi it said not pregnant and it signified the start of my mc

Ooo milk crust how nice! Think I'd have the urge to pick it too!

Fleurchamp · 10/04/2015 09:10

dulcet you only just got your first "are you pregnant"? Whaaaat! You are due before me aren't you?

I am on to the "how long have you got left" comments.

Trying out the Cantaloop band today, so far so good. Feels nice on my lower back.

Please don't tell me that's milk, too soon, surely?

It's all becoming a little bit too real!

LaLaLaaaa · 10/04/2015 09:12

I'm with you fleur - have had 'how long do you have left' since 20 weeks!

DulcetMoans · 10/04/2015 09:17

I know! I expect there were questions between them but the first person to outrightly ask me. I was very strategic in clothing for work - I wear a lot of baggy stuff! At home it was a lot more obvious, as you've seen in photos.

JC, this is a warning - stop pissing on stuff now! The line will go fainter, you will panic and it will make you feel horrible. I speak from experience! (but congrats on the 2-3 weeks! Grin)

splodge77 · 10/04/2015 09:25

Thanks for the meditation recommendation tee listened to Andrew Johnson last night in bed - thought at first it wouldn't work as I have a thing about Scottish accents - find em super-sexy heh heh! But Lo & behold I did fall asleep to his dulcet tones. Hurray. I've got a bit of nipple-crust too. Lovely.

Purpleball · 10/04/2015 11:15

Nobody at work today has mentioned my expanding waistline. Maybe as I'm fat anyway they haven't noticed Sad
I've provisionally discussed maternity leave dates with my manager. Looks like I'm finishing on 17th August which is a Monday - haven't got enough holiday to finish the week before

KatoPotato · 10/04/2015 13:32

Its called 'caked colostrum' I've had it since about bloody 14 weeks!

Once you start picking you can't stop!

Fleurchamp · 10/04/2015 15:13

It's going to become my new hobby. I do recommend giving it a go after a bath or shower Grin

That's a bit rubbish having to go in on a Monday purple but I am sure they won't actually make you do any work, will they?

Less than 2 hours to go until freeedom!!! Roll on the weekend!

LaLaLaaaa · 10/04/2015 15:21

Purple I'm the same! My last day is a Monday too Grin

Purpleball · 10/04/2015 15:23

I've got a client booking in the first week in August, 200 miles away. I've said no more after that and I'll be working at home til mat leave starts so it's ok.

I need to figure a way to do 25 hours a week with only 3 days of childcare, when we do 7 hour days. Ideally tues/wed/thur plus 4 hours additional, alternative is to work alternate Friday's if mum will do extra childcare

teejayem · 10/04/2015 15:34

I have the nipple goo too! AND it's oozing from where I had my piercings as well as front of nips!

Had a 7 minute appointment with midwife. Baby is head down but sideways. So I actually have feet in ribs and head in left hip. Everything else is fine, she couldn't seem more disinterested. Apart from when I said we aren't doing any classes. I got a Hmm. I've not seen her before so she was grilling me on why my notes were so thick already. I was a bit 'Erm, read them then??!'
Aww good stuff splodge really glad it worked :)

Pisghetti · 10/04/2015 15:41

Have you factored in your bank holidays too Purple? That enabled me to finish on a Friday.

I also posted yesterday and it hasn't turned up :-/ I have the Hauck Jay changing bag in black and red plastic patent leather look to match the pram. DP has the boots freebie Smile it's not bad for a freebie though.

Pooing since the birth makes me cry. The birth itself didn't make me cry. I think I had piles (nothing to see/feel externally though) while pregnant and they weren't as painful so a tear sounds likely. Not sure how I managed to break my bottom while keeping my fanjo intact Shock maybe I did actually poo my baby out....

Jcandy · 10/04/2015 16:19

But Dulcet it's so addictive! Surely I can pee on another digi in a week to show 3+? Then I'd definitely stop I promise! Grin

ChatEnOeuf · 10/04/2015 16:23

Ooh, congrats on the 2-3 JC - now stop! It's honestly not helpful.

Yep, crusty colostrum here too, of course it gets picked at! What else could you possibly do with it?!

Anyone having a bet on the National tomorrow? I've been cajoled into a sweepstakes with our AN group and got The Druid's Nephew. I know nothing of horses but his odds look good and I like his name...hope he gets round safely.

Had my latest appt today - growth scan as predicted: big head, slightly smaller than average belly and length; lying breech/oblique, kicked the USS probe. DD referred to the baby as 'she' throughout as she is now doing routinely. Going to be a shock if it comes out otherwise now!

La that sounds entirely reasonable. I was given a Cadbury's buttons egg by my mum (to share with DH). It is not my problem that he returned to Belgium two days before us, and that there is no room in the suitcase to take it home, is it? No, thought not Grin

Purpleball · 10/04/2015 16:59

I'm really hoping I don't get leaky boobs before the baby is born but I did buy some breast pads just in case

There's only Christmas Day and Boxing Day to factor in which I've done. Just worked out I have 18 weeks left to woekSmile

LaLaLaaaa · 10/04/2015 18:39

I feel left out - where are my leaky boobs??

Chat what do you think you're having - girl or boy?

I got upset with my mum tonight. She's normally so sympathetic. But I told her I've been bit down lately because my family and friends are nowhere near and I'm spending a lot of time on my own. I said I felt a but isolated. She laughed and went 'oh la!' As if 'don't be silly' :(

I told her she'd hurt my feelings and she said to not be so sensitive. But not listening when folk tell you they are down or feel alone is bad IMO as it can be sign someone is depressed. I don't think I'm depressed, I'm just struggling to deal with being so far from my pals. People here are nice but they don't go out or socialise as much and I feel a bit lonely. I used to use horse or bar work as social time but I can't do those anymore and it's left a bit of a void.

Good day at work today. I'm feeling better now that big project is over, and a bit like I'm on home stretch now to mat leave. My work diary has been packed for 3 months but now it's looking nice and empty :)

LaLaLaaaa · 10/04/2015 18:44

Stawp, candy, stawp!!! No more peeing!

I'm not a big fan of the national chat (occupational hazard). Don't mind flat racing but I hate the large jumps in the national and that there are too many runners. That's why so many horses die/get injured, it's overcrowded and the jumps too big (although they've lowered them so it's much better than it was).

I love going to races for flat racing though!!

I'll still watch it tomorrow to see what happens but I cry when the green tent goes up :(

DulcetMoans · 10/04/2015 18:44

Crusty nips all round then! Oozing sounds worse than crusty. I prefer crusty.

Need to get on the boots freebie thing, sounds like I'm the only one not in the cool kid gang!

7min appointment tee, what a joke! Was she just a stand in?

JC, maybe one more. The line will get lighter though, don't freak out!

I am wiped out, in the last hour I've gone right down hill and I am only good for laying down now.

Fattycow · 10/04/2015 18:54

I have crusty nips as well!

LaLaLaaaa · 10/04/2015 19:24

Is anyone else getting excited about the bumper grads-baby-thon at the end of this month? We have:

mini due 24th,
could due 26th,
Mrs due 27th (although we've not heard from her in a while...),
splodge due 27th
and Catsofa (on facebook not here) due 30th

We could do a Grand National style commentary - 'Who's going to be first past the post - mini's currently in the lead but could is coming up strong behind her, with Mrs and splodge not far behind...!'

Fattycow · 10/04/2015 19:41

Excellent! I love seeing birth announcements!

WilHarlot · 10/04/2015 19:44

I never needed breast pads before baby arrived. Only little bits came out when squeezed.

How exciting all these new babies. Someone is bound to be early?

I've spent all day outdoors before the rain comes tomorrow and now I'm knackered.

LaLaLaaaa · 10/04/2015 19:57

That sounds nice tho wil - what did you get up to? I was stuck in office today but came home after work and sat in the garden for a bit. It was lovely!

DulcetMoans · 10/04/2015 20:02

It's sad she didn't appreciate what you were saying la. Have you not met anyone at baby classes you can start socialising with? Hope you do soon.

That is many babies! Heaped at the end of the month though.

Turns out we have friends with a horse in the national tomorrow. Might put a pound in to support them, she's very excited!

What you been up to wil? Did seem nice, if a bit hazy.

PixieChops · 10/04/2015 20:15

Never knew what that dried weird stuff was! I had it when pregnant with DD but nothing at the moment. I thought my waters had broken one night near my due date and realised that in fact my t-shirt was soaked in milk!! I woke up wet through! Was quite funny. I rang triage and was like "I think my waters have broken, my t-shirts wet.
Is your underwear wet?
funnily enough no! Hmm Oh maybe it's just my boobs! Confused
