Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 25th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 42nd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

The stats sheet will be linked to by our stats hero La (can't do on iPad sorry!)

So, roll call below please, viroids!

Crapness for you la but exciting that we know someone famous! Which station?

Fleurchamp · 08/04/2015 15:29

Ha, is it about the albino snake la?

I have a massive fear of snakes, even down to not being able to look at a picture of one. I was emailed a photo of one once at work (as a joke) and I had to get someone else to close it down Blush

Pleeeeease tell me this is not common? Or I won't sleep ever again Sad

LaLaLaaaa · 08/04/2015 15:53

Definitely not common don't worry! And how did they go from coming out of toilet to up bum? That's a jump only a jser could imagine!!

Yes and no fleur - one earlier was about that one but it's leucistic not albino.

This one is a different story - a lizard Grin

Fleurchamp · 08/04/2015 16:03

I have lived in a house where I found a rat in the toilet. It was jumping up and hitting the loo seat trying to get out. The joys of being a student!

DulcetMoans · 08/04/2015 16:10

In the toilet?! Why are all the animals in the toilet la?!

Welcome JC! Come on in for what I am sure will be a stressful few weeks, but we can help!

Leek in a sandwich?! I had a McDonald's. I am a bad person.

Understand the appeal of a bath in our current state chat but would love a wet room!

How about a wig tee? Might work! Cat sounds cute, and psychic... Unless she watched you do it that morning. My old boy announced his presence at the crucial moment once, was very off putting...

WilHarlot · 08/04/2015 16:21

A merkin??? That really might make the midwives fail to take you seriously. Or do you mean a head wig Dulcet?...

Fleur that is rank. I never lived anywhere with rats as a student! proper posh, me

Fleurchamp · 08/04/2015 16:26

But could you imagine if the merkin fell off at the crucial moment giving the baby a fetching wig?

gaggiagirl · 08/04/2015 16:27

Welcome JC really lovely to see you here.
Where is lemon? I had an ingrown fanjo hair today and i wanted to share the joy with her.

DulcetMoans · 08/04/2015 16:46

I meant for the head wil but that is an amazing idea! Just for the shock value and the look on a midwife face.

freshstart4us · 08/04/2015 16:53

Too many animals in toilets! We currently have a mouse issue (which DD is loving btw) having caught two juveniles and released two over the weekend. I think my lovely but now slightly deaf 15 yo girl has brought in a mummy mouse who has now bred. Bloody annoying b

freshstart4us · 08/04/2015 17:00

Oops accidents unfinished post! Anyway cat brought in old mouse, now we have young mice too fast for her. Have taken 2 out to the allotments behind us, telling DD they will make a new home when I suspect they'll just end up in a faster cat's tummy. Hmm

I only have 16 working days to go. Eek!! And yes La the 25-35 weeks seem to fly. Goes back to dragging after that!

PixieChops · 08/04/2015 17:00

Oof ingrown fanjo hair, that must be uncomfortable!
Congrats JC and lovely to see you here Smile
I had a cry before and was met with "what are you crying for?!" Cut a long story short DP is being a twat and annoying me, he's playing a team sport all summer that's every Saturday and lasts all bloody day. On top of that im due in June and don't know how I'll cope on my own 6 days a week (as he works mon-fri) with two under 2s. Tie that in with sports training and meetings because he's captain and Ive become a sports widow. Anyway I wanted to just spend the day with him on Friday but he said he was going to the sports club all day to sort stuff out and I just had a mental breakdown! I called him a twat and that I'll cry if I want to as Im pregnant and full of hormones!

freshstart4us · 08/04/2015 17:02

Sorry for multiple posts, on train/phone. Welcome JC!

And re psychic cats. To quote our wonderful, recently departed Sir Terry, "Centuries ago, cats wee worshipped as gods. Cats have not forgotten this."

WilHarlot · 08/04/2015 17:09

Pixie that's fucking ridiculous that he's made that commitment. I would be seriously unhappy about that.

Fleur that's hilarious. That would be the only occasion where a video of the birth would be acceptable.

freshstart4us · 08/04/2015 17:27

Pixie I second Wil's comments. He is completely copping out. Weirdly my DH made a similar commitment shortly before I got pg with DD, but had the sense to pull the pin before she arrived! He needs to rethink it.

Fleurchamp · 08/04/2015 17:33

pixie that's rubbish. Is it cricket? I remember being a cricket widow with my ex. Drove me mad.
So selfish, you would think he would know better with this being #2.

daisyspice · 08/04/2015 17:36

I second those comments altho my oh seems to be taking it to extremes if I fart the wrong way he wants to phone an ambulance give me strength Smile

Booked in for first midwife apt 21st April eek! Although may be arrested for indecent exposure as my nips have taking on a mind of their own out and proud trying to poke people's eyes out Blush

Purpleball · 08/04/2015 17:37

Pixie that's ridiculous!

Talk of animals in toilets has given me the heebies

Massage was lovely, shame they don't do them on prescription.

Midwife was uneventful today. Do others get to hear the heartbeat? My friend thought I should have.

Trauma when I went to the chemist to pick up a prescription for baby aspirin that DoomDoc had prescribed. It was for dispersible and they wouldn't give me ordinary. I asked if I could just buy it to be told that they can't sell it to pregnant women as it's risky! I had to take the prescription back to the GP to get redone. Then came home and checked and aspirin can cause miscarriage and placenta abruption so now I don't dare take it Confused I've got really stressed about it. DoomDoc didn't tell me any risks, he just said he was putting me on aspirin to prevent blood clots. Midwife couldn't advise me either. So now I don't know what to do - they said that he wouldn't have prescribed if I didn't need them but there was no discussion of risk and lifestyle. I didn't feel that he knew what he was talking about as he ummed and ahhhed a lot. I'm too scared to take it Confused

Hospital have chased up the 18 week heart scan so hopefully I'll get a date soon.

Work has been very stressful today and I wish I could have wine

Purpleball · 08/04/2015 17:38

Oooh welcome JCandy, glad to have you with us Smile

I was wondering where Lemon was too

KatoPotato · 08/04/2015 17:38

Sorry, speed post but how long would a food wax last? When should I get mine done? 4 weeks til c day!

Mamas and papas have a good sale on, a £15 gift card if you spend over £30 and have ewan the dream sheep for £15

Purpleball · 08/04/2015 17:46

Kato the c section leaflet I got said don't get it waxed or remove the hair yourself! It didn't say why. I'd do it as near to the date as poss as you don't want re growth getting in the way and meaning they still need to shave you

WilHarlot · 08/04/2015 17:52

I'd go for two weeks before Kato. Any later and you run the risk of popping early and not having the chance.

Hope you're ok Lemon.

Jcandy · 08/04/2015 17:52

Thanks for the welcome everyone Smile still very much trying to come to terms with it! But then I'm that tired and feeling nauseous that the test can't be wrong Confused

What is ewan the dream sheep? so much to learn!

ZylaB · 08/04/2015 17:59

purple the aspirin is to reduce chances of pre eclampsia, or help hold it off as long as possible as diabetics are much higher risk of it. I dread to think when mine would have kicked in without it. My consultant is a specialist in preg diabetics, does research and is an associate professor on diabetics, pre eclampsia etc and she prescribed it for me form12 weeks. It's a tiny amount, 75mg?? So not like skint normal strength aspirin.

I'm not trained though, talk to your doc if you're unsure x

ZylaB · 08/04/2015 18:00

Skint = like
