Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 25th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 42nd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

The stats sheet will be linked to by our stats hero La (can't do on iPad sorry!)

So, roll call below please, viroids!

RhiannonElward · 04/04/2015 11:22

Well, there's a line in the first one, but like you say it could be an evaporation line. Definitely grounds for an exciting retest tomorrow.

However, in the beginning I was getting better results in the afternoon than the morning and I know this because I tested every time I pissed for over a week

Fattycow · 04/04/2015 11:37

Ooh, fingers crossed for a nice strong line tomorrow, lil.

gaggiagirl · 04/04/2015 11:37

Me too rhi my lines were non existent in the am but in the pm they were much stronger.
lil I cant see anything sorry but then you're only 10dpo. I've got everything crossed for you.

RhiannonElward · 04/04/2015 11:40

oops, strikethrough fail!

lildottie · 04/04/2015 12:18

there will be no testing tomorrow! I'm going to try and hold out until 14dpo like a good girl!

RhiannonElward · 04/04/2015 12:27

Lil, you're a better person than me. Testing next planned for Wednesday then? I'll be sure to check on here nice and early :)

lildottie · 04/04/2015 13:02

lol, don't be getting your hopes up rhi!! think I was just having a moment of weakness last night as dhs cousin posted 21wk scan pic on fb last night. we should only be 10wks behind them. it would've been my 12wk scan next week so feeling a. bit delicate.

batfish · 04/04/2015 13:30

Aww fingers crossed for you lil - must be hard having the first milestone coming up with what would have been your scan - would be lovely to have some positive news before then. But at same time totally understand you not wanting to get your hopes up, I always border on pessimism as can't bear the disappointment with things that mean a lot to me.

Can I ask a stupid newbie haven't got a clue question? Are prams and buggies different? Or do they have different attachments so you start with a pram and then it turns into a buggy? And where do car seats fit in?!

RhiannonElward · 04/04/2015 13:34

Lil I'm not surprised you're feeling delicate, it's still very soon after your loss of your little beans and it must be especially hard when you've got a reminder of what could have been in those scan photos from dh's cousin. As for POASing, do it whenever you're ready, I didn't mean to sound pushy but having reread, that is definitely how my post came across and I'm sorry for that. I meant to convey excitement, I will be thrilled when you get your bfp because I genuinely know of nobody who deserves it more or has worked so hard at it Flowers

lildottie · 04/04/2015 13:46

no rhi excitement was well conveyed! bkess u fir being so invested in my elusive bfp! I am going to start putting my energy into an instant pg test that can be done at 7dpo and see that something has implanted! I'll be a millionaire! its all the waiting I can't stand!Grin

RhiannonElward · 04/04/2015 14:32

Oh you would definitely be a millionaire with that Lil, and I really think that if men had to twot then instant pregnancy tests would have been invented years ago, because the waiting is very shit and I developed some sort of neurosis by the end of week one. I used 24 internet cheapies in the process. Yes, for the record, I am deeply ashamed of myself.

The process is so soul destroying that anyone who's been trying a long time gets a lot of respect from me, I don't think I could handle what some of you have been through and I very much respect the courage and strength it takes to keep going.

Pisghetti · 04/04/2015 15:38

Absolutely everything crossed for you Lil! There's definitely something there in the first pic.

Congrats to Daisy and 5hell!

Bat I would term anything with an upright seat a buggy and everything else a pram. We have a chassis which takes a car seat, a carrycot and a seat (not all at the same time!). The seat can lie flat (suitable for newborns) or be upright as the baby grows so it's a pram which can turn into a buggy. Not sure I've cleared up any confusion there really! The terms are sometimes used interchangeably but I would say pram for a newborn, buggy for an older baby. We only use the car seat and the carrycot at the moment.

Dulcet sleepyhead pic. Basically a fancy overpriced baby pillow. As you can see she sleeps wonderfully in it in the daytime. She managed 5mins last night but she was generally cranky all day yesterday. As soon as she sussed we were trying to fool her into thinking she was being cuddled she screamed the place down Hmm DP yet to be convinced it was a good purchase! She's been in it on the dining table for over three hours this afternoon.......

You should definitely invent that Lil, give you something to do during the TWOT too Wink .

Wow Pis they're quite pricey, but if it works, worth every penny. I wish we had some kind of baby beanbag or something. Our bouncer chair is pretty rubbish but she's not a fan of being flat and I'm running out of places to put her.

What Pis said about the buggies. You can basically get prams (flat for babies), pushchairs (a fixed unit with a seat. Normally for older babies/toddlers although plenty recline flat for babies these days) or a travel system (chassis where a carrycot, seat or car seat can be attached interchangeably). It's a whole new world to get lost in!

RhiannonElward · 04/04/2015 16:28

Pis, your daughter is completely gorgeous :) The sleepyhead does look lovely, but I don't think I can pay that amount of money for a pillow, I'm tight by nature :)

Purpleball · 04/04/2015 16:43

I like the clevacushion and have added it to my list. It can be a feeding cushion and used for the baby to lie on

Pisghetti · 04/04/2015 16:43

The resale value on them is excellent - on ebay they were going for not much less than you get them for brand new (especially when you factor in P&P) so I figured it's an investment. As you can see I've spent time developing this argument Wink and don't let the little beast fool you - she may play the 'lil miss innocent- butter wouldn't melt' game but she's a party animal at night.

Ah Pis I now feel very rude as I assume babyPis is in the photo and I haven't commented om her gorgeousness but on the app so couldn't see it and googled instead. Shall bounce over to website later for a look.
