So here we are with the third thread, hope you all find it!

So sorry Adventure, the waiting must be hell. Thinking of you and really hope the scan goes well x

Oh adventure hot water bottle, paracetamol, get comfy get some mindless tv on. We will be here.

Just wanted to second the advice of mindless tv, chocolate and support from here if you need it adventure.

I'm sorry for asking but what does the pain you get with a mc feel like ? Is it constant or comes and goes in intense waves ?

adventure I had no pain at all at for the first 24 hours just heavy bleeding then I had an hour or so of stomach cramps in waves that felt like contractions. How is your pain?

Yeah that kind of sounds similar. Intense waves but still no heavy bleeding. Just spotting as I wipe. I'll never work it out will I so I may as well just get as comfy as I can and try to sleep til I go for scan in morning. Thanks for all your support ladies and I'll let you know how I get on in the morning - good or bad !

You get some sleep. Put a big pad on. Sleep well.

Still waiting for scan. Ended up going to A&E last night with severe abdominal pain and bleeding. Was having like a contraction every 3/4 minutes for about 20 seconds in agony. Ended up giving me gas and air to get thro it. Pain/bleeding stopped around 4.30am and was moved to antenatal and seen by a dr. Was told cervix is closed but could have miscarried then it closed back up. Only way to know for sure is the scan so that's where I'm waiting now x

Oh adventure that sounds absolutely awful I hope you're feeling better now. Did you have a friend with you? Bet you are counting down the minutes until your DH comes back. Keeping everything crossed for your scan.

adventure how are you feeling in yourself? You poor love.

I'm just exhausted more than anything !

Jeez adventure, that sounds awful, really really hope everything works out ok for you and the baby. How far along are you? (Sorry if you've already said somewhere). Awful gory oh to be going through this :( xx

Glad you're being seen adventure, this morning sounds like it was horrendous Everything crossed for you sweetheart, I really hope it's all going to be ok for you.

Bad news I'm afraid. Baby's heart stopped beating at around 9 weeks. I have to decide between letting nature take it's course or having a D&C under general anaesthetic. Feeling a bit numb right now xxx

I'm so sorry, really can't imagine how awful it must be. And what a terrible decision to have to make. When's your DH getting back? I hope you have the support you need there, please know we're all here for you too.

So incredibly sorry Adventure. For what it's worth, I found the erpc to be a simple, quick way to move on from my miscarriage, rather than waiting for more pain and wondering when I'd be okay again.

Remember the intensely awful feeling so well. Look after yourself and take it one bit at a time. Big hug x

Oh adventure I'm so so sorry, can't believe it I have no idea what I would do in that situation but I'm sure that those who also sadly have been will be able to give you some advice. Look after yourself and I hope you will be OK, such sad news

Adventure I am absolutely gutted for you sweetheart, and I'm so sorry your dh wasn't with you. I really don't know what to say but sending you huge vertual hugs (( )) Such a sad time for you. I hope you've had support from your friend. Let us know what you do xx
