Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 23rd grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 40th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

The stats sheet is here

So, roll call below please, viroids!

Hooya Bat. Stop it!

laurenamium · 06/03/2015 20:25

What time is the scan bat?

batfish · 06/03/2015 20:44

2pm - so only 13 hours to wait! (I'm 4 hours ahead of UK)

Thanks wil I def need a hooya!

TheBooMonster · 06/03/2015 20:56

lemon if you're worried about your weight, with the midwifes permission you can join Slimming World, they just adjust your allowances so you don't lose weight quite so rapidly, and you have to get the midwife to sign your permission slip every time you see her. I looked into it but am just going to join after I've had the baby, as I'm enjoying the gorging on crap far too much, and with DD's growth issues the midwife probably wouldn't sign a permission slip anyhow :/

any news pis?!?!?

oh indigo if DH was foolish enough to say he'd have nothing to do he would find himself piled high with everything needed for bum changes, laundry and cook books!!

We had our antenatal class on labour last night and scared the newbies a bit... Also, who said waxing didn't hurt that much? I still have an achy foof from the barbaric torture that was my everything wax yesterday O.o

LaLaLaaaa · 06/03/2015 21:03

Hi!!! I need to read back properly but just checked to see what's happening. Hooray for movement indigo!

Gentle hooyah bat, it's so nerve wracking in first tri

I'm in a speakeasy!

willywallace · 06/03/2015 21:15

Have you gone on a weekend to the 1920s La?

KatoPotato · 06/03/2015 21:27

Haha! It's all dames and moonshine for La!

Who is conversely in trouble for putting naked in the thread title and therefore blocking me at work!

Wankbadgers is fine seemingly! But naked or nude and I'm blocked!!

gaggiagirl · 06/03/2015 21:30

Prohibition sucks eh la?

I've just eaten an entire pot of ben and jerrys chocolate fudge brownie Sad no one was here to stop me. I didn't want any tea. I should have had tea Blush

gaggiagirl · 06/03/2015 21:33

Hi kato! Hows the bump?
I want to see all the bumps again. Can we have bump update?

KatoPotato · 06/03/2015 21:36

Prffft don't stress Gaggia! I just made The silly mistake of reading the kfc thread in chat. Now I just wish I had a colonels bucket and gravy!

Purpleball · 06/03/2015 21:59

I had a kfc last night. It was disappointing Sad

Just read a thread about underwired bras. I'm reassured that I don't have to get rid of mine or have a pair of sandbags for knockers

TheBooMonster · 06/03/2015 22:31

mmmmmm gaggia chocolate fudge brownie!

Here's my bump! took it today (34+6), please excuse the teenage ninja mutant turtle knickers if they're visible Blush I only got part way through dressing today...

teejayem · 06/03/2015 22:40

Anything from pis? Hope everything's okay... C

We could do bumpathon on FB gaggia?

I had twister ice lolly and walnut whip for tea. Too uncomfortable for actual food still :(

LaLaLaaaa · 06/03/2015 23:10

21+3 with added 3 course meal and cocktails!

Scuse the pants. Too bloated for clothes!

OP posts:
DulcetMoans · 06/03/2015 23:36

That is impressive if anything gaggia! What do you have for dessert if ice cream is the main??

Try limit the googling bat, only another few hours to go! Then you can google the next thing to worry about.

Sounds like a fun thing to test kato - what words can make it past your swear filter!

I think I felt the bubble movement before 12 weeks too indigo so very possible! Exciting times!

Lovely bumps viroids!

Something happened to my bump today and it just popped all the way out by the time I was home. DH came home and said 'you look pregnant'. I feel massive! We had a meal out at a pub quiz too so feel stuffed so doesn't help.

Pisghetti · 06/03/2015 23:55

Nothing to report Hmm

Will do a bump pic update in the morning. I am a whale!

willywallace · 07/03/2015 00:20

I bet you all look lovely.

I've been eating utter shite through being tired and am so fat. Can't even claim there is a baby inside mine.

batfish · 07/03/2015 05:55

What should I be asking the doc at this stage (9 weeks)? Last time I went he said ooh you must have loads of questions. ....and I didn't have any at all so I wanted to appear a bit more enthusiastic this time haha Grin

LaLaLaaaa · 07/03/2015 07:17

Morning viroids! Last night I was in food coma so no energy to post. Had a lovely day - travelled to Bristol, checked onto hotel and went exploring. Of course we ended up in brewdog bar (favourite of dhs) so I had a nanny state beer yum! (Nae alcohol). Went for lovely Italian dinner then cocktails at a speakeasy - you have to know where door is and ring bell to be allowed in. Coz of our cocktail bar background we love visiting new bars. This one was amazing. I was very full and tired though by the end!

pis how are you doing? So excited that your plug came out, you're on your waaaay!

I'm loving your attention to grooming in anticipation! I'm so pissed off about my new bikini wax, it's wonky and got wax stuck to me.

lauren I'm fx that there's no infection but potentially we could have your little one arriving this week also?

wil no wonder you're getting fed up with folk saying 'positive' stuff - it is well meant but still...you'd rather she didn't have it I'm sure! Have they given you further options yet? It's rubbish you're so tired.

Fatty! Glad everything is going well Smile

OP posts:
LaLaLaaaa · 07/03/2015 07:28

Thought I'd post in chunks rather than mammoth one!

Oops - next week Lauren not this week, just re read induction post.

My dh looked at me like I was a nob when I mentioned Mother's Day. Apparently I'm not a mum til baby is born. I've told him this is complete shite and mums are mums from the second they start incubating. I'll persevere...my usual line is 'my forum girls say so' so he can't argue with that!

pis your cooking sounds incredible!!!

mountain I've got visions of you pushing a carriage pram through an orchard wearing Victorian bustle dress, with child wearing a bonnet Grin

indigo hooray for movement! Minila decided to wake up last night and had foot under ribs during dinner. Then jiggled about hilariously for the rest of the evening. Now kicking away. Can anyone else feel baby heartbeat in their foof? My baby is very far down apparently and I have a fast pulse in my bits that I can feel!

kato thread title was me, apologies! But how come you can open threads mentioning jizz and piss but not naked? Love the reasoning!

I did indeed go back to the 20s. I sat under a taxidermy stag head and drank Shirley temple while dh had a corpse recover no 2!

OP posts:
DulcetMoans · 07/03/2015 07:30

There's not much I asked at that stage I think bat. Doc mainly talked us through food, we had a conversation about peanuts that was inconclusive and talked about flu jab. You could ask that - when should you do your jabs?

Bar sounds amazing la. Love a good cocktail - even a non-alcoholic one! Glad you had a nice break after the stress getting there.

Come on pis, get bouncing! Or eating lollipops? Our yoga midwife lady said that's one too as there is a pressure point in the roof of your mouth that stimulates labour. And you get a lolly!

LaLaLaaaa · 07/03/2015 07:33

bat I would just ask about any tests you want it will have, any anxieties you have. I don't think I asked a lot at 9 weeks I was just relieved there was something there and I wasn't making it up! Good luck!

Ok we came up with a name yesterday but again it might be dodgy with surname. Max. What do you think? Those of you who know my surname (please don't post it) is it too dulex? We can't decide what it would be short for though - Maximilian or maxwell. Maxwell just makes me think of coffee. Other thought was Jackson (jack)

OP posts:
batfish · 07/03/2015 07:42

Yeah I think that will be me too la - won't want any chat when we get in as will just want to get on with the scan and then if all is OK I'll be so relieved I won't care about anything else except when I can next see my baby!

Max and Jack are cute names - great baby names but also good grown up names too. Jack with your surname would be a famous person but am sure you know that and it shouldn't be a problem! I definitely don't think that Max would sound like a paint Smile

LaLaLaaaa · 07/03/2015 07:44

Yeah the jack one would be annoying too, but I'm such a huge fan I could pass it off as that!

OP posts:
DulcetMoans · 07/03/2015 08:02

Ooooo name chat! I like both, prefer Maxwell to Maximillion but prefer Jackson to both of them!

How do you feel about having two one syllable names? That's what I'm not sure about for us. Baby will have DH name so that's one syllable and one if the names I think I like is one syllable and worry it sounds... Abrupt?

(Over thinking, I know!)
