We are already nearing the halfway point! Some of us have already reached the 20 weeks, the rest will follow suit. Let the countdowns begin!

Here is the stats list, please update them with your scan dates and the sex of you baby (if you know it):

charliej, are you on Facebook? There's a really good group on there for carriers and slings and there's been a few hawks for sale I've seen. I think we will be getting an ergo 360 but still to decide. Have you had/tried an ergo before?

ohlordyplordy · 03/04/2015 10:31

Morning boody, what's the name of the fb sling group please?

Clstow · 03/04/2015 10:59

Thanks for all the reassurance, feel much less worried now. He's definitely wriggling away so will try not to compare. You're right about social media broodi but I wouldn't trade you lot Wink
I'm going to the pub for dinner with some friends so will try to remember to eat fish, today's my only day off over the Easter weekend so gonna make the most of it! Hope everyone has a good one - yay for easter and all the chocolate Easter Grin

Charliej86 · 03/04/2015 11:22

Seems like he was just having a lie in. He's kicking away nicely now. I am on Facebook what's the group broody? I tried a baby born with dd but wasn't impressed, so didn't use it much at all.

Fattycow · 03/04/2015 13:16

Yay, 27 weeks today!

DH is painting in the nursery this weekend. Excellent use of the extra days off!

fatty that sounds great, I am going to be doing our nursery. Dh is off working for the next couple of months! Confused

broodylicious · 03/04/2015 17:43

lordy and charliej, it's called affordable baby slings for sale or swap. I've learnt a lot just by joining them. We had a caboo and Bjorn last time but I know I'll be doing more carrying this time with dd running here, there and everywhere so I need a carrier that's way baby hip friendly (hence the ergo).

ohlordyplordy · 04/04/2015 08:24

Thanks broody, I've found them and requested to join.

Fattycow · 04/04/2015 11:36

I did help a bit in the nursery, but I'm trying to avoid the paint fumes as much as possible.

Also, I hope it is Tuesday soon. Think of all the chocolate that will be discounted...

Just made a grave mistake and ate some chocolate. I give it 15 minutes before it's up and out of me again...ConfusedBlush

Fattycow · 04/04/2015 15:55

Your stomach expels chocolate? Shock

How did it go Broody? Easter was the first time I could eat chocolate (a lindt bunny) with dd but that was an October baby. This time it is one of the only things I can reliably eat. Hope you kept it down.

Jenbird5891 · 04/04/2015 17:52

Jmojo- just interested what your DH does for work? Will he be away solidly for that time? I'm in a similar boat! My DH is going away in a week and will be gone until June. Might be back for a day during that time! We've got most things organised in advance so he can have input but I do have concerns about going into labour while he's away! Have u got a 'back up plan'? Xx

broodylicious · 04/04/2015 17:57

It does, fatty, yes - this bubba really does not like it one little bit. purple, I've felt horribly sick ever since but managed to keep it down. So far anyway....

MissTwister · 04/04/2015 20:11

Yes fx although its posterior which is apparently a bit harder to move.....

Aretepetite · 05/04/2015 08:02

Hello & welcome Twister

Broken sleep city here, has been for past week now. Every 2 hours I'm up for the loo ! This is my body prepping me for what's to come.

Hope you all have a lovely day. I'm taking ds2 to an egg hunt later and have some eggs ready for decorating Easter Smile

broodylicious · 05/04/2015 08:12

Aah twister, we didn't find out sex either - dh will be telling me what flavour it is once s/he has popped out, like he did with dd. Such a lovely moment for dh after seeing me in labour for hours!

Happy Easter everyone. May you all eat my share of chocolate! Think we will do a little egg hunt for dd as she has just got into chocolate and will probably love it!

MissTwister · 05/04/2015 09:16

Hi all, I'm not sleeping much either but not due to loo breaks - I have dreadful hip pain....

Am currently sat in bed eating a rolo Easter egg!

Have lovely days all!!

Xxx
