Thanks ladies. I started using non bio for ours too. Let's see how messy she's going to be as the different temperature might come to it at some point.

Minichuch · 04/02/2015 14:38

Thanks for wishes - defo thank goodness for presentation scan - I was 36+4 - all been a bit blurry last 24 hours - baby Wilson has finally got a name thought Noah Sebastian, even though I keep calling him junior as that was his nickname throughout pregnancy

Memphisbelly · 04/02/2015 15:58

Mini ah his name is lovely, glad you are ok, no wonder it is all a blur!

Washing we have a big drum machine so keeping his seperate is a no no, i do ds1 white polo shirts in a half load so now add babies white and light colours to that but we all have non bio and comfort sensitive anyway.

Had health visitor this afternoon she was actually lovely, ds has out on a bit of weight but is 25th centile, she said he is very long and lean which is why he looks so skinny because he is tall (god knows how as we are short)

Memphisbelly · 04/02/2015 17:03

Ticktock bleeding has been minimal for me. I was also worried about bleeding due to injections but apart from the big clot yesterday I haven't lost any or even saturated a pad at all.
WhyO they said 6 weeks after for me too but then said just one week once we went into hospital

Grinningcat · 04/02/2015 18:18

Well ECV was a success and baby was turned around on the second attempt Grin. Have had loads of movement since so I guess baby is okay with it all. Feeling pretty worn out now and DH is cooking us (!) chicken nuggets chips and beans for tea. Generally the whole experience was fine. The actual procedure was uncomfortable, but I must admit my first use of gas and air made the biggest impression on meGrin. Also had another anti-d injection and more bloods as I am rhesus negative so I feel a little like a pin cushion, but I can live with that as long as LO stays head down.

Memphisbelly · 04/02/2015 18:26

Grinning fantastic news! Lets hope baby stays put now!

Bangonthedoor · 04/02/2015 18:42

Yay that's great grinning!

GeekyHybrid · 04/02/2015 19:14

Yay for turning babies grinning

Now I just need mine to behave. The top of my bump is actually bruised today from where it's been sticking its foot all day. Little so and so, definitely my child ;-/

Yay baby grinning

PeppermintInfusion · 04/02/2015 19:20

Glad it worked Grinning Grin
It's surprisingly exhausting isn't it?
My baby never started wriggling yesterday but seems to have calmed down today. Keep worrying he'll flip back but me assured me it would be very obvious at this stage!
Fingers crossed they're both staying this way!

Surf25 · 04/02/2015 19:37

Great news about the successful ecvs, hope those babes stay put now! mini love the name you have chosen for your son!
Hope other folk waiting aren't getting too frustrated or uncomfortable...the end is in sight...here's hoping! Excited about meeting the little one now...
Still liberating over names but think we've settled on a choice for each sex...we've known before what we were having unlike this time so feels very different!

Bangonthedoor · 04/02/2015 20:07

In the end my midwife still got back to me and confirmed no pre eclampsia for me which I'm relieved about.

I'm sat on the sofa having quite strong back ache, hoping it turns into something although doubt I'll be that lucky! Wink

Hoping that baby gets into a better position for you geeky

BanglesSpangles · 04/02/2015 20:07

Great stuff grinning

Pretty nothingy day for me- went or for lunch with my mum and nan and peered around the shops. Stomach muscles are still sooo sore though- no idea what I've done or if it's some kind of pre-labour limbering up that my body's doing or something- anyone else had the same?

postitnotes · 04/02/2015 21:48

I've got really sore stomach muscles too - feel like I've got a stitch on my right side.

Wish me luck! Gearing up for last (sleepless) night before baby eviction tomorrow. Really hope I am first/early and don't have to wait around bricking it all day. Can't believe I'll be meeting my baby very very soon :)

Will update when I can but the reception is terrible in the hosp so it might be a while.

Good luck everyone, hope those babies behave and stick to their birth plans, haha!! X

Memphisbelly · 04/02/2015 22:00

good luck postit hope the eviction goes well

longbottom · 04/02/2015 22:04

Can't believe more babies have been born, I want my turn!
I'm hoping for some sleep tonight, feeling shattered but restless.
Baby is having a good wriggle around tonight, I can feel it very low down and can no longer walk without waddling and legs apart!

longbottom · 04/02/2015 22:05

Good luck post it, I'm jealous Envy

WhyOWhyWouldYou · 04/02/2015 22:05

Good luck postit and little postit.

Bangonthedoor · 04/02/2015 22:13

Ah good luck postit! cant wait to hear the news Grin

blankfornames · 04/02/2015 22:46

Best of luck Postits!

Can you believe the Oct 2015 pregnancy bus is up and running! where did the past 38 weeks go?!

Seems like last week when we jumped on our February 2015 bus!! Shock

freneticfox · 04/02/2015 23:47

Good luck postit, can't wait for updates!

I keep thinking 'this time next week...' and then getting all excited. I want to know what colour his hair will be if he has any, want to gaze into his eyes (betting they'll be blue), want to give him cuddles...

Yes I'm getting all soppy ;)

JacktheLab · 05/02/2015 02:31

Good news grinning and good luck postit!

I'm doing middle of the night feed with DH snoring beside me, so thought I'd say hello :) he knows he'll be giving me a lie in in the morning though ;)

Mimosa1 · 05/02/2015 03:59

Hi everyone and congratulations on the new arrivals! I'm officially a week overdue today and getting v impatient to meet my LO. Just woken up and been sick (sorry for tmi) and hoped it was starting but a couple of glasses of cold milk and a chocolate brioche have sorted me out.

Katsand · 05/02/2015 05:42

Congratulations to all new mums.
I'm 39+2 and have now decided to not take children out on my own until baby comes ( oldest 3 years 4months) as lady at nursery scared me telling me how her water broke in the middle of street. Asking me what I would do with the little once if it got started. I know it came from a good place but didn't really help to calm me down lol...
Husband doing last night tonight so shouldn't have anymore nights on my own until after baby has arrived. I am not scared about labour just worried about the organisations around it regarding my two little ones. Got friends on call but realistically it prob will take 60-90 minutes for them to arrive. Just praying my process will be "normal" speed.

GeekyHybrid · 05/02/2015 06:04

Morning all. Good luck today postit and fingers crossed it kicks off for you soon mim. A friend dropped around a nursing chair last night so the nursery really is ready to rock now - hint to little one!! Once OH is awake I can get moving but it's a book on the sofa for now, must watch posture Hmm
