Possibly genni, I'm just a little sad that she said I could have one and has now changed her mind :(

DoctorDonnaNoble · 27/01/2015 14:58

I'll let you know what they say to me treacle but that does seem a bit mean!

NatalieBee · 27/01/2015 15:16

Thanks for all the luck girls! Grin scan was fab! Measuring 9 weeks exactly! There was a heartbeat and a baby wiggling on the screen Shock I've added a pic for anyone who can see it Smile

P.s the circle to the left is the head Grin took for the midwife to tell me lol!!

misssmilla1 · 27/01/2015 15:28

Natalie, that's great news! I'm off for an 8 week scan in 2 weeks so am hoping we get the same positive picture.

Currently feeling like crap as battling a horrendous cold and having to avoid usual home remedies such as mega vitamin C and Zinc tablets and hot toddies. On the plus side I'm working from home so I can be a snot monster in comfy trousers and a hoodie instead of putting on a work face!

Choccyhobnob · 27/01/2015 15:29

Wow been catching up with you all. So sad to hear spuds news. Alien and kittykitty I am in Kent too Smile. I'm 6+6 I think and still waiting for symptoms to really kick in! Apart from giant boobs and nipples like cows udders Confused I've only really been starving and lightheaded/dizzy when going from sitting to standing. 8 days until our early scan, I'm so nervous and can't get excited until then really.

itssangriaoclock · 27/01/2015 15:36

Had a scan, I'm exactly 7wks. Little heartbeat going strong. All looking good.

Having waves of nausea but not been sick yet.

Lots if good news today.

Snowflake15 · 27/01/2015 15:41

Girls I'm so happy to see all the cute scan pics and good news!Smile

sauv good for you, I've decided to put all my energy into being super productive at work (at least trying!) I think I still might do a scan at 8 weeks, but holding off until a bit nearer the time to book I thinkSmile

Lauramum23 · 27/01/2015 16:06

Awww lovely to hear all the scan news! Can't see your pics unfortunately maybe cos of the app?
Just out of interest how do you book your early scans?
Amen to the comfy trousers sister! I could literally live in my jogging bottoms I have to force myself to put some jeans on when I go out! I find jeans uncomfy at the best of times never mind when pregnant lol

sauvblanc21 · 27/01/2015 16:12

Hurrah for super news!
Yep same here snow, I'm gonna decide closer to time Smile xxx

butterflycats · 27/01/2015 16:27

Had midwife appt, she was really nice! Consultant led care which I was expecting though.
Decided to go for a private scan as my scan will be at 12+4, only a few days before we go on holiday, so want to rule out a mmc sooner if we can.

brickiemum2 · 27/01/2015 16:47

Lovely to see the scan pics Grin I hope to be able to add my own on thurs night. I'm having a panicky day. Felt SO pregnant and sick yesterday and today nada.

gennibugs · 27/01/2015 17:10

I love these all scan pics. Thank you for sharing. Glad there's been good news today for many of you.

I still can't decide whether to get am early. Think I'll wait and see - can't imagine I'd have to wait too long if I did decide to get one.

Boodlymummy · 27/01/2015 17:16

Such a lovely boost to hear about and see the scan pics, thanks for sharing. Good to have some nice news. My boobs are still sore and getting mahoosive, plus some cramping and maybe v mild nausea. I am happy to have some symptoms again. Going to try to wait a fortnight for early scan but will prob cave next week.

Jackieharris · 27/01/2015 17:18

Treaclepie19 · 27/01/2015 17:20

Thanks doctordonna, I'm thinking of going to the epu tomorrow. Just sneezed and had the worst pain in the left of my lower abdomen.

DoctorDonnaNoble · 27/01/2015 17:31

If you're worried Treacle, I'd call them. It can't hurt.

Spanielpuppy · 27/01/2015 17:40

Not very clear but my 7wk scan. Having a good day, now to revise for an important exam I have on fri. Can't concentrate, I do wonder why

Hello Ladies, looking for a bit of advice and sorry if its tmi! Have just been to the loo and found pink/red when I wipe.
In the details I have been given it says to contact gp for any bleeding before 20 weeks but due to time of day what would you suggest?

Treaclepie19 · 27/01/2015 18:08

Yeah ill ring them tomorrow doctordonna.

Lovely pic spaniel :)

I'd just ring 111 mrsdos to put your mind at ease. They'll be able to advise what to do.

ShootTheMoon · 27/01/2015 18:21

Treacle, the sneeze pain is most likely round ligament pain - it is excruciating at times. The exact same thing was what made test - a definite pregnancy symptom for me!

Loving all the scan pics, it's put a smile on my face after a really horrendous day. I woke feeling a bit under the weather and generally very emotional, went to work and found that HR are trying to do me out of seven weeks pay regarding my redundancy. I had to spend some time in the toilets crying. Sad Had a meeting with the big boss who doesn't want me to leave but can't offer me any deal to stay, I had him in tears too. Blush Told him I was pregnant and he is going to use that as leverage to get my pay sorted. I know that sounds awful but desperate measures! He thinks the company will be incredibly nervous about my situation. So I'm hoping for promising news tomorrow.

I'm in desperate need of a hug but DH is in work till 11pm Sad so I'm stuffing my face with Oreos instead.

alien11 · 27/01/2015 18:24
