New thread time all!

Exciting hearing about all the furniture and prams.. We only had to get dd a bed which we did on the ikea trip 2 weeks ago and made the cotbed she was in back into a cot.

Chookford, its a shame ur not on fb, there are afew ppl from here on there who have set up fb profiles just for access to the group?

jazzy yeah I may have to join up now as I miss out on a lot! Not only on here but things for my dd's school etc... I will get my arse in gear and join and then let you know when I have!

Baby brain + pg hormones almost resulted in dh getting a rocket tonight. The long and the short of it is that apparently I can't tell the time! Fortunately I realised my error before bollocking him!!

I check here most days but obviously haven't posted in a while as the thread slipped off my "threads you're on" list. Must try harder.

Kyz can't believe some of is are so far on?! I'm only 22 weeks and feel so far behind. Seem to have a reassuringly busy baby so with take comfort in that. Will be happier once we get to 24 weeks.

I have got the Icandy peach... Looks amazing and have heard nothing but good things about them so am confident have made the right choice!

I'm 27wks now and time is really flying by....anything before you know it you will be 30wks!

Nice pram chookford, think one of the others girls has gone for the peach aswell.

Anything - some of us are late may edd's which is why we have some at 26/27 weeks already.

I'm sure you'll love the peach, chook (that's what we've gone for - if anyone still doesn't know ). Currently have the strawberry which we love - so easy to manoeuvre (it is easier than the peach to deal with as it can all be folded in one piece - we will miss that as you do have to take the peach apart before you can fold it but I'm sure it won't take long as it's so easy).

I'm 26 weeks today! Was originally a beginning of June due date but brought forward a few days at my scan and decided to stay here as I like you lot (I also post in the May group)!

Thanks cup I wasn't going to spend too much as we are moving but thought hey ho may as well get something that will last and I know icandys sell on very well so that's also a good thing! Just have to get a cot now and all the big things are done!

That's the thing, I'm sure it will work out to be quite cost-effective as they do last until children no longer need a pushchair. A lot of people buy travel systems but end up moving onto a separate lightweight pushchair, or buy one they're not quite happy with and buy another to replace it etc (people who push DD are always surprised at how easy it is to push and steer, compared to others they have tried). I'm pretty sure you won't want to do either if you have an icandy . And JL lady did tell us that icandys sell very well second hand.

anything technically I am due in may (28th) but I thought my earliest EDD put me on 5th June originally so I started out in here and asked if I could stay, as there's a chance baby would be late anyway and I had gotten to know people in here as well as on the May threads :) I am at the back of the May bus and feel like a straggler on there compared to on here lol

Don't worry - I understand why we spread such a number of weeks and I wasn't suggesting we hold an eviction! 27 weeks just feels such a long way away to me. Time is passing slowly at the moment.

Hello all. Ok to sneak in? First baby due in the 3rd June ?? 25 weeks now, only really started showing at about 20weeks. Starting antenatal group in a couple of weeks feeling a bit nervous!
