How are you doing fab? I saw about your spotting. Fucksticks, its awful isn't it. I had spotting too - it seems to be very normal - but my goodness it's stressful. Fingers crossed for you.

MissHobart · 11/04/2015 21:11

Sorry for being continually crap at posting Confused

Fab - just take your notes to appointments, I was told to start lugging them everywhere from 33 weeks but we live within ten minutes of the hospital so I've not bothered!

Thanks for the varying advice hags, much appreciated. The spotting seems to have gone completely now but I have an extra scan on Tuesday to make sure all is ok. I waver between 'it'll all be fine' to 'but fuck what if it's not' and then rapidly trying to ignore that. Don't need that shit right now.

Unfortunately that never ends! It's all menkul and weird and terrifying and amazing and brilliant! Wink Grin Only one more day before you see fablet again! Grin

I'm in the home stretch and starting to waddle, can't bend over, massively bloated! BR finally having to do stuff for me and my sleep is crap! looking forward to not being pregnant! Shock Shock Shock Wink
We've only had sex once in the last three weeks, I'm just not bothered Confused When did everyone stop? 37 weeks tomorrowand I can't be arsed, no desire and I don't want to kick off Labour! Even though I don't believe that's likely! Hmm

OP posts:
Fabuluce · 13/04/2015 07:52

Dammit I was hoping the menkul might disappear miraculously at 12 weeks no??

My SIL told me yesterday that one of those most important things for her in this lead up time that you're in was to get her hair and toenails done (there was no way she could reach them!) so that's oat birth she didn't have to think about her hair for a while and looking at her pretty toenails cheered her up when she was struggling!

If it makes you feel any better we haven't had sex since the middle of stims (my clinic warns you off sex in the first tri and I've become a bit stressy about it as every time we had sex previously when I thought I might be pregnant or was pregnant I immediately bled afterwards so I've been waiting until post 12 weeks. Poor TWH.

Fabuluce · 14/04/2015 13:10

Brilliant! Grin

I've come down with a stomach lurgy in my last week of work Sad Spending the day in bed with lots of fluids, bump still measuring small today so having a growth scan tomorrow, think all should be ok though, she's well engaged and curled round to the right so bump is not massive on a morning when I get measured Confused Smile

Fabuluce · 14/04/2015 17:43

Yes, massive sense of reliefSmile 12 weeks on Saturday and Nuchal scan next Tuesday - we are getting closer day by day Smile

Oh no, poor you MissHmm what shocking timing! I hope you feel better very soon Hag - no what you need.

TheOriginalWinkly · 14/04/2015 20:55

Brilliant news fab :)

MissH that's rubbish about the bug. So long as it is just a bug and not a symptom of labour about to begin. I know you're down for a CS, so I would keep an eye on that department as it isn't long until your EDD. Is your bag all packed?

FriendofDorothy · 15/04/2015 06:25

I had a pedicure booked in the day I went into labour 3 weeks early. I was so looking forward to having nice painted toenails!

Fabuluce · 15/04/2015 07:41

Thanks Hags Smile

Oh no Dor, how frustrating!!

MissHobart · 23/04/2015 12:29

Fab - How did it go? I'll check the BESH fred too. All well I hope! 12 (well 13 Shock ) weeks already! It's such a cliche but it does really all go so fast (and so so slow!!) at the same time!

So the bug was very short lived, thank god, but my one day (4 hour shift) off sick triggered my maternity leave a week early Hmm even though I went in for 2 days afterwards, which is very very annoying as it'll not count last weeks wages in my maternity pay which would have been the second month after a pay rise so I'll be losing money now Sad BUT if it's counted as non-maternity sick if there's more cuts in a years time or anything it could count against me. Anyways, very boring! And like my boss says, I have other things to think about!

I have ONE WEEK to go!!! Shock Shock Shock Fucking hell! [confusef] Grin
