Good luck Amy and Jen hope the inductions are short and pain free ;) I have been sleeping much better since folded over a double duvet to make a big squishy pillow to sleep on hips much less sore that and finishing work so stress levels way down :)

I've gone from one extreme to the other, sleeping half the morning away now! Too much to do for that, not that I want to go back to 4am wake ups

AM 35+1 and had hospital check up yday. After being so ill at Christmas they confirmed that I've made a full recovery and that there's no need for Bean to come out at 36 weeks after all!! Very relieved...! Those babies of ours are incredibly resilient!!

Just picked up my home birth box from the mw- probably shouldn't have looked in it as I've just found the stick they use to rupture your membranes if you're waters don't go! Meep! Shit just got real!

Bangles... that's quite frightening! There are some things that just should not be poked up there!!

bangles maybe you could crochet a blanket with it

Ha- i guess there's just some things you don't want to be reminded of, and unfortunately mine is sitting in the front room! There was also a package of forceps and scissors. Really shouldn't have peeked in the box! (But blatantly going to have a more in-depth look when i get home! )

Bangles I never thought of them giving you that kind of equipment in advance. I think it would completely freak me out. They are things best not thought about.

Blank great news. They certainly are little fighters, there are few examples on this thread. We had our results for the MRI and it looks baby B's brain hasn't been affected by the freakiness in week 18. It seems such a long time ago now.

Have arranged my c-section date with the specialist for the 19th of Feb so I'm getting there too! How exciting!!

I had my 38 week appointment yesterday and head is engaged.

Feel like DH and I are practically living at Ikea these days, but slowly getting it all ready. Not long now!

why yeah, i was a bit surprised, but actually, i suppose its easier if it's all in situ in advance- From my brief forage in the box, most of it looked like surgical gloves, and a massive blue sack which I'm guessing is to put the placenta in :D

Had mw this morning and baby is still it good position we're 2/5ths engaged. Next app at 38+6. Still measuring bang on dates. She did say my pelvis was very low though. Anyone else have this?

Your pelvis is low? Not sure what that even means. It is on top of your legs, right? Haha sorry I'm sure somebody will know here...

Donkir you got me curious... Check out spinning babies, go to 'start' then 'anatomy'. Maybe you have an android shaped pelvis with a low pubic bone??

Successful Friday here: granny pants bought and preggo strop thrown...as I'm advising Frenetic to have one little I know that metro bank will raise my blood pressure. Trying to pay in a cheque in mine and DH names and the woman tells me I can't cash it as the joint account is apparently still in my maiden name. Ehrm I just handed you my bank card in my maiden name which you issued as I must have shown you the marriage certificate. She says no I can't so I say I'm pregnant and made the journey just to do this. She went again to her manager and it got sorted!
