I'm 27, this is #1 with EDD of 4/08/15 making me 11+1.

I've got my scan next Tuesday and just feel like it can't come soon enough!

Is anyone else suffering with insatiable hunger? I don't think there's enough food in the world right now!

Hi chocolatron are you actually me? At 11+2 and scan is next Tuesday too. For the past couple of days I have felt loads better and been stuffing my face. So there is light at the end of the tunnel those that are a couple of weeks behind . I am now always starving, after being so sick over Christmas and smugly feeling great I haven't put on much weight, it's coming back to haunt me.

Hope the Dr could offer you some reassurance isabeau

Thanks guys. No real news. She told me to keep an eye on things. Contact her if things get worse and if they did she'd refer me for an early scan. However since my scan is next week they'd probably tell me to wait for it anyway.

My first thought was ectopic but she didn't think so, so I guess I'll just bide my time and keep my fingers crossed.

I'm sore tonight. I've had a a fall and hit a wall on my way down. Currently at A&E to get baby checked out but I've just been told they probably won't scan tonight but I'm better to go private again. Do they think I'm made of money? What exactly is the NHS for? Grr!

Oh no doodles! That sounds awful! I do hope you are ok, and got someone with you. Unfortunately sonographers do knock off, so out of hours might be difficult. Hope you get sine reassurance and feel better soon.

Nothing much happening with me just soooo tired and morning sickness ramped up! Had blood test yesterday to check for diabetes etc counting down until scan now its so far away

Bit of a tough week here, dd still suffering with a bug, finally got her back to nursery today but dh and I got the bug last night so a quiet day here, will pick her up early I think.

Also found out yesterday I have group b strep and a UTI. Trying to keep antibiotics down today and not Google the strep as it is terrifying.

Hi guys, no news as of yet. Thanks for letting me freak out here.

Spotting got the tiniest bit heavier last night. Back to my GP this morning. She referred me to the EPU (didn't even realise they existed over here - shows how green I am) and they have me booked in for a scan tomorrow afternoon.

I have half resigned myself to the worst in the hopes that if it does happen I won't be too devastated. This is a true example of hope for the best but prepare for the worst.

Hi all, can I update my details? EDD 17/08/15, and I still basically have NO symptoms.

Had one week of feeling slightly off colour, but even my boobs aren't that sore. Would genuinely LOVE to be feeling sick, just for reassurance, despite scans at 6&7 weeks. Got viability scan and blood taken for Harmony test on the 22nd, and sitting around trying to prepare myself for the worst again, not helped by the fact that it's scheduled for pretty much exactly the same time (10.5 weeks) that I had the scan that said I was losing the last pregnancy.

Someone please tell me that the anxiety lets up?!

I do hope so hedgehog i am terrible, worrying about every little thing. As my first I have nothing to compare anything to. Today i have terrible pains in what feels like my bladder. Also need to pee frequently but when I go very little comes out, then ten minutes later I feel like I need to go again. Tested negative for a UTI so not sure whats going on. Anyone else experienced this?

I had my booking appointment today and got my 12 wk scan date..... 10th Feb! Ages away!!! I'll be 12+3 by then.

Tooth I have scan wed at seems like forever so know how you feel!

Had meltdown last night...everything got to me! DH was fab!

As long as everything ok at 12 week going to asda baby event next week :)

Baby event sounds exciting, August. Not sure I'm quite ready to look at the shops yet... But I have done a mental inventory of what stuff I left in my ex partner's loft! I know there is a really good car seat up there! Think I gave most stuff away though.

It's our first guy do have nothing! Not buying anything big though.

It's nice to get a first little thing, I hope you find something nice!

Thank you ladies. I have been scanned this morning and there's a healthy baby measuring ahead of my dates at 11+1 it was giving me a few good kicks as well! So I'm bruised and battered by my fall but baby is fine
iamhopeful I have recurrent UTI's in pregnancy, currently on my second set of antibiotics and I have Strep B. Unfortunately with my DD they didn't realise until I was giving birth, which meant a 2week stay in hospital after birth, a lumber puncture for DD and special care. Both of us were on IV antibiotics. This time they are confirming my Strep B at 36weeks and can give antibiotics before and during delivery. It means I'm under consultant care but hopefully I should only have to be monitored 24hrs after birth. Don't google it! My DD is strong and healthy!

I will be also 12 weeks on the 10th Feb tooth. It's my dad's birthday so I'm hoping we get the scan as close as possible so we can surprise him with a grandad card, all being well.

I'm getting quite anxious about our scan on Sunday. So scared of it not being ok. I have my first midwife appt tomorrow morning. Not looking forward to having blood taken. They always struggle to find a vein and I end up with bruised arms.

I have just out done myself by being sick all over the stairs I've always managed to get to the loo, or a bin, or a dog poo bag before. Not nice!

P.S. Welcome newbies and I hope everyone's upcoming scans show wriggly happy babies! I'm consciously trying to relax about the lack of symptoms, it sounds very common and my mum had zero symptoms in all her pregnancies too so that's reassuring.

northernlassy OH MY GOD I TOTALLY KEEP GETTING THIS. I've had it in the past before pregnancy and they said my bladder was irritated.

Also keep getting pain when bearing down to pee or poop. I asked about it and they just said "yep, that happens". The pain at least seems to have eased up this week. :/
