Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 19th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 36th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

No glow here either, I think it's a myth!

la I have rhinitis too, but it's worst in the mornings for me, always wake up really really snotty and blocked, then it streams for a while...lovely!

juni the comment from his brother was just in relation to the surname I was about to get, not in combination with the first name for the one I'm currently cooking Grin

WigglyBraddins · 05/01/2015 22:09

Congratulations Essie

Dulcet we had Nuchal fold & blood tests done even though I was 14 weeks. They said if i haven't heard anything by tomorrow all is well so I'm pretty sure all is well & I'll be telling work later in the week.

WigglyBraddins · 05/01/2015 22:11

And I'm sure the glow fairy'll arrive to you all soon (although last time it didn't get to me til DS was about 13 months old).

LaLa5 · 05/01/2015 22:12

Nooooooo! The glow has to exist, it must! I can't feel like this for the whole time surely?

willywallace · 05/01/2015 22:17

I had it last time la! This time I am just fat, sweaty and depressed Grin Grin

lildottie · 05/01/2015 23:54

I'm sure you're already glowing la,and the rest of you.

I have managed to get a different acupuncturist. now how do I tell the wacko one I'm not coming back? I'm thinking I'll say its a money issue. looking forward to an appt with no faffing and no ear seeds on Thursday!

RPopz · 06/01/2015 00:59

Ear seeds??

Eurgh La - well done you! I got roasted on there for daring to say I didn't think it was that bad of people put doggy poo bags in wheelie bins... Apparently people don't want poo in their nice clean wheelie bins! Hmm Our litter tray is in the bathroom... there's literally nowhere else we can have it. Downstairs is out as the dog would use it as a snack box... Shock

I think I got missed off the glow list too Grin

willywallace · 06/01/2015 03:09

Why was he a wacko Lil?

And why has the best sleeping toddler ever now got into the habit of pooing in the middle of the night, right before I have a baby? I'm going to be awake at night for the next five years aren't I?

laurenamium · 06/01/2015 07:17

We've got a litter tray in the bathroom here too, again only because there's nowhere else for it to go!

This is far too early to be up! But it's scan day Grin

LaLa5 · 06/01/2015 07:22

Don't worry - it was the kitchen she was upset about!

Good luck today Lauren!

I've just had best sleep in weeks. Wow.

Fleurchamp · 06/01/2015 07:31

Morning all

Good luck Lauren! I have my NHS scan this afternoon.

This is bad but I haven't told work I am going yet Blush. My boss has been away and only gets back today.

It's at 4.30 and it will take me about 20 mins to get there but DH is insisting that we arrive at 4pm Angry I swear he just wants an excuse to leave work even earlier!!

Thing is, I will need to leave early on Thursday too.... Eeek!

willywallace · 06/01/2015 07:39

So jealous La.

Shit Fleur what are you going to do? I wouldn't arrive at 4. Chances are they'll be running late anyway.

RPopz · 06/01/2015 08:23

They'll Def be running late fleur - you'll be getting antsy and bursting for a pee sitting there all that time. I'd go as close to app time as you can. Good luck! And you Lauren Smile

Have you cracked the rhinitis then La? Hooray for sleep!

DS has discovered the boob, big time.... Shock

laurenamium · 06/01/2015 08:38

Good luck fleur Grin my nhs is always early Shock but they were late last time around with DD. I'm no sure if I've just bEen lucky every time or if its because I see a consultant after!

DulcetMoans · 06/01/2015 09:03

Scans for everyone! Good luck viroids! Hope to see some good news soon. I would want to get there for 4pm too fleur. Although they will probably be late like popz and wil says, I would still rather be there. Mainly because the letter made a big shouty point about being on time and if you are late then you may have to rebook. Do your work know about pg? Cos they have to let you go!

Yay for boos popz!

lil I just didn't make a new appointment, said I would call her to arrange once I knew work schedule and never did. She didn't chase... Otherwise, agree money is a good argument. She can't say much about that!

I'm waiting to hear this week as well wiggly, hoping I don't get a phone call but they didn't say when it would be, just if it was high risk (or if they want us to do this clinical trial) then they would call this week.

Its a quiet day in the office today. secretly hoping I can sneak off early as I like bed so much. I have become accustomed to a nap in the afternoon now.

Pisghetti · 06/01/2015 09:13

Morning viroids.

Fuck me I'm tired today.

I don't have a lot else to say.

Good luck to the scanees today! I planned to arrive on time for my scans and that worked out fine. I hate waiting and if DP had made me arrive half an hour early he'd have been getting an earful of shite the whole time. Plus having a full bladder and being kept waiting is not a combo made in heaven when preggers.

Fleurchamp · 06/01/2015 09:33

My letter says in big bold letters that I do not need a full bladder Confused I didn't for my viability scan either.

TBH I guzzle loads of water anyway and so it shouldn't be a problem.

DH now wants to come home first and change Confused into what? A dinner jacket? He has clearly read that he is allowed time off and is making the most of it, it's ok for him there are no repercussions for telling work. Feeling miffed to be female Angry

Excuse of dentist has been given. I feel bad for lying Blush

laurenamium · 06/01/2015 09:39

I love that your DH is getting changed for the occasion fleur! I'm surprised he hasn't just taken the whole day Grin

Pisghetti · 06/01/2015 09:40

Oh ok. Mine said in big bold letters that I did Confused there are also signs on the one toilet in the clinic telling you to sit back down if you're there for an ultrasound! As the person being scanned, I'd tell him what time you'll be there. If he wants to (and can) take the piss a bit that's his own issue. Can imagine Mr Fleur there in a DJ now though Grin

LaLa5 · 06/01/2015 09:42

Mines also said no need for full bladder fleur, I didn't need one last time either and it was external

willywallace · 06/01/2015 09:47

Ha Fleur he's totally milking it. Ooh maybe you have some kind of funky advanced scanner? We had to have full bladder for 12 week scan but not 20.

I'm knackered too Pis! Luckily don't have to do anything much out of the house today which is good. Tuesday and Thursday are going to be my happy relaxed days. Unfortunately have shit loads to do IN the house though.

ChatEnOeuf · 06/01/2015 09:52

Hi Essie and congratulations!

I was always about five minutes early for appts - and was always seeing consultant afterwards. It did hot help them run on time, but it did allow for lots of catching up and gossiping with the midwives :) Good luck for scans today.

Excellent news on boob discovery Popz Grin

Our litter trays are in the utility room, it's where the cat sleeps at night (can't be trusted not to sleep on DH's face if allowed out).

V pleased to hear about the sleep La, hope the rhinitis settles soon. I am still snotty and coughy - no glow here. DD also sick so it's a duvet day today.

DulcetMoans · 06/01/2015 09:55

Mine was a full bladder one too, maybe its down to scan equipment. Much easier for you though! I kind of don't blame Mr Fleur milking it a little - why not?! So long as hes not annoying you!

I can already tell my productivity is taking a dip today. I need to create loads of training documents for my trip next week but I can no be arsed.

willywallace · 06/01/2015 10:16

It feels so weird not working, don't envy you Dulcet.

Hope you and MiniChat feel better soon Chat.

TheBooMonster · 06/01/2015 10:36

fleur they're never running on time (not even first thing in the bloody morning)! if mrFleur is even the least bit impatient i'd refuse to get there before 4:30, myBoo always insists on getting there early then angrily climbs the walls like a raging bull until we're seen, counting loudly how 'late' they're running to the nearest second. Then we have to wait all over again to be taken to the consultant room and then to be seen by the consultant, the whole scan thing is the single most stressful part of pregnancy for me, I'd leave him at home if I could!!

Ours is full for the 12 week and empty thereafter, which is useful, damned hospital keeps stealing my pee bottles so now I pee when I get there and use one of their bottles.
