Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 19th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 36th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

We have this monitor www.mothercare.com/Angelcare-Movement-and-Sound-Monitor-AC401/994539,default,pd.html#q=monitors which works really well]]

People say it goes off when they move off the sensor pad, Elijah is a total wiggler and hasn't set it off that way!

la you will be fine without the nct classes, I planned to just have the nhs ones and even missed out on those as he came so early and it was fine! You can do it :)

Pisghetti · 14/01/2015 09:14

Start by getting dressed wil (assuming you're not already) once you're at that stage you haven't much more to do to walk out of the door!

Not gonna lie - I shit myself. Could 'feel' the car righting itself though. Mine would have just gone into a spin!

I'm on my own in the office today and most of the cakes I bought haven't been opened. Time for a coffee! Grin

DulcetMoans · 14/01/2015 09:43

And a cake pis! Shame to waste them!

At least it's done la, you know he will be happy and cared for and you can see him again soon. And with NCT, it's so personal! There is no right and wrong. If you have plenty of support then it might not be of value as NHS courses cover similar content. My friends found it useful for support more than anything which is what im interested in.

Hope you're up be now wil!

We have to be referred mountain. I had to chase my referral after two weeks as heard nothing but they are two midwives down. They normal aim to do booking in between 8-10 weeks I think.

Glad I'm not the only one not interested in curry for breakfast. I am looking like a proper Brit abroad I am sure - just been having hash browns and beans then fruit! I just can't get my head around it. Plus, they eat so much more for lunch! Hot food and lots of it. Feeling stuffed.

Fleurchamp · 14/01/2015 09:51

I have my first pregnancy yoga tonight. Looking forward to it. I love yoga and before pregnancy I would go to a class once a week and do it at home a couple of times a week too.
I am hoping once I go to a class and learn what I can and can't do I will practice at home more.
I was just getting to grips with my handstand too Sad

teejayem · 14/01/2015 10:07

Envious of those with snow, we just have cold....

So last night my belly button escaped :( Mr Tee was rubbing my stretch mark jollop in and I coughed, and it popped right out. I had a huge outie when I was a kid too, it is just about being held in by Mat tights at the moment, but I think it will probably be making a perm bid for freedom soon.

I had a millionaire's shortbread for breakfast. That's totally okay, right?

Think we've settled on travel system and Snuzpod, but Mr Tee wants to go and get hands on with a lot of the stuff whereas I just like the nice funky colours, so we're holding off until after the baby show next month (And Hoping for a bargain or two).

lildottie · 14/01/2015 10:10

hi all. scan was fine, all as it should be. sleepy ovaries and 0.3mm lining - perfect apparently. new drug tonight!

Fleurchamp · 14/01/2015 10:15

Great news (I believe!) lil

So what's the next step?

Pisghetti · 14/01/2015 10:32

Great news Lil!

Which baby show are you going to Tee?

Dulcet the hotel I use in London has noodles on the hot buffet. They do have a lot of Asian guests though.

ZylaB · 14/01/2015 10:48

lil glad scan was good!

la sounds hard with the horse but if you know he'll be happy and you can visit then it sounds like it's the right thing, even if it's not nice for you x

Scan was really good, she's measuring smack bang in the middle which is ace for a diabetic. Blood pressure still high though so I'm starting drugs today and have to come back for monitoring on Friday (with a bag for in case it's not working eeek) and then see consultants again on wed next week.
Assuming it comes down we're working towards induction at 38 weeks or there about which is 20th feb but she wouldn't book it in cos of my blood pressure!

teejayem · 14/01/2015 11:06

It's the one at excel near the end of Feb Pis - going with my SIL.. not sure if it'll be worth it, but I've heard some good things about freebies and stuff, plus I'm hoping certain companies have a range of bits to look at in the flesh, rather than the limited selection of things at our local mothercare etc. Also on the lookout for cool gadgetry/clothes things (Like the starwrap!)

Lovely news on scans Dot & Zyla fx your BP plays ball... x

lildottie · 14/01/2015 12:07

excellent news on measurements zyla, not on the bp obv but at least its an excuse to carry on putting your feet up. (my phone auto corrected bp to bfp! lol)

ooh a baby show, now that sounds fun!

lildottie · 14/01/2015 12:09

fleur now I start the drugs that grow all the eggs, hope for lots and go for another couple of scans to monitor them. all being well I'll take hcg trigger shot weekend after this and have egg collection around 26th Jan! I could be pg by the end of the month (won't know until Feb obv but!)

Fleurchamp · 14/01/2015 12:14

Oh wow! Good luck lil get those eggs growing.
Are you still injecting?

LaLa5 · 14/01/2015 12:40

Wow lil it's all getting very real now!! I can't believe you might be pg by end of this month, that's fantastic :)

Zyla brilliant news (except for bp), not long left before Hannah is here Grin

Tee - ooooooh!!! Thank you! Just seen it's the weekend my mums here so I could go with her! Which day are you going?

They have a load of the products I'm interested in so it looks great

Dulcet in Sri Lanka I had cereal, toast and fruit, definitely not curry!

LaLa5 · 14/01/2015 12:42

Tee - belly button made me laugh Smile

EssiesInvisibleLlama · 14/01/2015 12:52

Yay for good scans viroids, thats lovely news.

Wow lil, really hope it all goes well, great that all is looking good so far.

OMG, might that actually happen to my belly button! Shock That's horrible!

Midwife just rang me to move my booking app which was meant to be this arvo, she can't see me for two weeks. Sad I really could have done with seeing her after the last couple of weeks, though I am feeling loads better today. We have the viability scan tomorrow though so as long as all well on that then I guess I will feel reassured.

We went to India a few years ago and DH had curry for every meal, I could hardly bear to sit at the same table as him for breakfast! Even when I lived in Asia for a few months I couldn't cope with anything other than toast for breakfast. My stomach is delicate in the morning!

No snow here but apparently a tornado in the town my Gran lives in! I rang her to check she was ok and she didn't know anything about it. Grin

ZylaB · 14/01/2015 13:24

la saying not long until she's here could be right!! Been talking to my SIL who says if my bp doesn't come down they may deliver her any time after 34 weeks! Which is a week on fri!!!!

I'm obviously hoping they work though, 38 weeks sounds better to me, or even anything after 36 :)

willywallace · 14/01/2015 13:32

Fingers crossed for you zyla, you're really brave about all this.

Essie that is beyond shit of your midwife, good job you have the scan booked really.

Ooh feeling like I've done too much this morning. Have a friend coming for lunch so plan to chill for the rest of the day. Have stabby fanjo.

teejayem · 14/01/2015 13:33

egg collection makes me think of a very tiny wicker basket dottie - such exciting news!

La - we're going on the Friday (20th) figured it would be all nice and first day shiny, and maybe not as busy.. (Crowds give me rage at the moment)

Yeah, with the belly button horror, plus the constant unwanted hair, plus my once-quite-decent tattooing, I don't think I will be exposing my unclothed bump to anyone ever. :(

laurenamium · 14/01/2015 15:04

Excellent news lil and zyla . Nice zen like thoughts and lots of relaxing for that bp zyla Wink

I just came on to say I hadn't felt wriggler move since this morning which is very unusual but he's awake as I type Smile what's the rules on reduced movements? Given that the consultant sat for 40 minutes she didn't mention how much reduction I should be looking out for/ worried about!

Pisghetti · 14/01/2015 16:31

I think anything unusual should probably get checked out Lauren

Pisghetti · 14/01/2015 16:32

Great news Zyla Smile

ChatEnOeuf · 14/01/2015 16:52

Great news Lil! Very very exciting times :)

Keeping my gingers crossed for you Zyla, glad her growth is normal. I presume they will throw some steroids at you and mess up your beautiful sugars if your BP is still misbehaving. Eek.

Tee - Shock at your belly button! Bless you, no-one gives a monkeys what your bump looks like in reality though so worry not.

Glad the horse will be happy and well cared for, La. Hope you're OK. Re: NCT, it sounds like with mummy fitness, daisy wotsit and NHS classes you have all the info and support you need. If they're all bad people, you can always meet new friends at postnatal groups...

Essie that's annoying for you. As you say though, it's the scan that's really important.

Mountain I self referred to EPU in the UK, GP insisted on seeing, but then told me to 'go to reception and book a booking appt'...I supposed it helped him catch up, he was running very late Hmm

laurenamium · 14/01/2015 16:53

Thanks pis he's wriggling loads again now, ill keep an eye on it over tonight I think and ring tomorrow if he goes quiet again!

ChatEnOeuf · 14/01/2015 16:54

Yes, any change in movements should be checked out - up or down.
