Aww that is fab news kyz so glad it went well!!

I have been getting such low kicks today! Right above the pubic bone. Don't know whether it's cause I am sitting upright and making her squashed or am I just being silly?!

cuphat · 12/01/2015 15:23

Glad your scan went well Kyz.

Just back from my 20 week scan and all is well! Very relieved. The radiographer was lovely and let my husband come in with our DD which I wasn't expecting.

leanne963 · 12/01/2015 15:34

Another Congratulations to you Cup :D

Save it for a future present Tori, that's what I would do, saves you having to post it :)

Great news about your scans kyz and cuphat :)

Threesoundslikealot · 12/01/2015 15:47

Hurray for more good scans!

Tori, another voice saying no need to be embarrassed. And it takes very little blood to look like loads in water. A couple of weeks ago I was passing clots and the bathroom looked like a murder scene, and it's improved from that by itself, so it really is nothing for you to worry about.

bradders85 · 12/01/2015 16:24

Wow lots to catch up on! Firstly congrats mslad thats great news.
Also great news on todays scans Smile pleased everything went well. I made another ebay purchase this weekend - a bright starts comfort harmony baby swing thing!! £22 bargain whilst they are on sale for £70 and it's in excellent condition!
Kitty - hope your lesson obs went well, hopefully I don't have any creeping up on me any time soon!

mumxof3x · 12/01/2015 16:24

Congrats kyz and cup, lovely news :)

Blondie87 · 12/01/2015 17:15

Tori hope you managed to get a GP appointment- blood in the loo is always a shock.
Apple very neat lovely bump!
Mumof3 hope it goes ok- once that little bundle is here your parents will be smitten!
Congratulations on the scans Kyz and cup- such an uplifting experience.
Hope your lesson observation went well Kitty. I don't know about you but even after having loads I always get really nervous!

shinyhappyone · 12/01/2015 17:40

Can't believe how much there is to catch up on here after last looking on Saturday. So pleased about your news MSlad. Congratulations!
Loving the babymoon talk. Definitely signing up for one of those in the next school holiday! We went to the Maldives for our honeymoon last year and there were lots of young families and babies. The long haul flight seemed fine for most - there weren't too many stressed out faces. I wonder about the transfer to your island though. All flights land in Male and then you either take a boat or seaplane to your resort. I'm not sure I would have fancied that with a baby!
Keep the information coming on the sling thing. Have been looking at the Moby wrap but am definitely going to explore the other suggestions on here.
Tori- Hope you managed to get an appointment and they have sorted you out! Kitty - Hope the lesson obs went well. I have one next Monday :-(

I feel like a washing machine today. He just keeps swooshing and turning around. Bump is very achy. I'm hoping this is normal with the amount of growing happening and the amount of new movement I can feel.
Monday is done folks! xx

KittyVonCatsington · 12/01/2015 19:03

Brill news on the mortgage Turquoise!

mumxof3 - so understandable waiting to tell your news but I have to say how romantic it is you will have 4 beautiful boys with your first love!

Tori please don't be embarrassed or worried, my toilet bowl water is regularly completely red and have been told by midwife, GP and EPU nurse it is normal for a lot of pregnant women. Def mention it but don't panic, however horrible it is to see and be prepared they won't be able to give you much other than a different type of stool softener xx

Love the bump apple!

Lesson observation went well-maybe they took pity on a pregnant lady Wink

mumxof3x · 12/01/2015 19:27

Thanks kitty, it is pretty strange that we are still together over 7yr later, proved everyone wrong lol. Hes 2yr older then me so 19 when we met, I obviously wasnt his first partner but his relationships before me were all short.

Glad your lesson observation went well :D

Well me n dp have booked to go to london today on the 1st of feb, as I currently have a medical negligence claim in process and it has been ordered that I go and see a consultant in london. Although at first I was pretty angry as its a while away I am now looking forward to it as I have never ever been to london before :)

Does anyone get times where baby feels really hard and really heavy and low. At least once a day I feel like it's tensing up into a ball and feels like I have a rock in my stomach? Just rather uncomfy if trying to walk, doesn't last long tho then goes again. Weird!

cuphat · 13/01/2015 07:39

Thanks everyone Smile

Sunshine- yes had a full day of that yesterday. I cant remember if this is your first or not? But you are describing what sounds like braxton hicks. With this one been my 4th I get them alot...somedays mine remains tensed and hard for ages and ages.

Bean just for the night, we get there sunday at 2.30pm and we have booked premier inn near kings cross station, then monday we travel from kings cross to crayford and then back to kingscross...then train home at 6pm I think. Ive never heard of them before, do you just wear them? Lol x

leanne963 · 13/01/2015 10:04

sunshine yes I get that sometimes! Feels like she is pushing her back right up against my stomach! Then feels softer a little while later!

tori oh that sounds so fun! I would love to do that I might see if there any classes nearby!

Just thought I would jump in with a bump shot too.....
