Congrats bazza. Another team blue.

Congratulations Bazza. Team Blue edge further into the lead Grin

Its all very exciting! Even more so after a dull day at work.

Chookford · 07/01/2015 17:24

fructose will you be finding out?!

FructoseTart · 07/01/2015 17:55

I will be finding out yes. Only because it's so much easier to buy for. I'm not keen on the neutral colours. Who is keeping it secret?

Chookford · 07/01/2015 18:27

I'm not finding out but think there may be a few that are keeping it quiet!

ememsmum · 07/01/2015 18:44

We're not finding out. DH got to tell me we had a daughter when she was being cleaned up after my c sec. It was lovely!

Jackiebrambles · 07/01/2015 18:46

We're not sure still. Like Ems my DH was the one to tell me that Ds was a boy and it was such a lovely moment. Plus I kind of like the surprise!

But DH is quite keen to find out thia time so I'm not sure. Got about 4 weeks to decide!

Chookford · 07/01/2015 19:03

jackie and emem that's why I'm not finding out my dh told me last time and I want him too this time... Plus I love all the is it a boy/girl guessing not knowing creates.

Bazza2 · 07/01/2015 19:14

The jumper is 3-6 months so he can wear it a bit later.

That's a lovely outfit bazza there's some gorgeous clothes at the moment.

I wish I had the restraint to wait until June to find out if blue or pink but I am a typical Gemini, I like to know. Plus my older brother has an acquired brain-injury, so it is actually easier to tell him the news if we can tell him boy or girl, so he gets his head round it.

Mummymathsteacher · 07/01/2015 20:26

Congratulations bazza! That's a really cute outfit too! Desperately counting down til my scan now.

Does anyone know when they start measuring/monitoring how big the baby is? Absolutely paranoid about having a giant baby at the minute

ChatEnOeuf · 07/01/2015 20:44

Surprise here too, I loved not knowing last time too. I'm the same with 4D scans: for me, they ruin the moment you meet for the first time. I like the mystery :)

Tranquilitybaby · 07/01/2015 20:45

Aww lovely news Bazza, it's such fun buying outfits isn't it?

So how many girls vs. boys do we have then?

Hexy your video is insane! Ive never seen that much movement so early! Amazing. You're going to need a grobag for bedtime or covers will be kicked off! Wink

jazzyjenbo · 07/01/2015 21:17

Ahhhrrr stats have been completely mixed up! Think sum1 has clicked to sort in alphabetical order, but this has mixed the 2 lists and all dates up! Thinking i'm getting abit ocd!
Here i go again re organising again!
They will all be in DATE order... You can change nethin but please dont click on the filters (i think afew ppl mite not be with us anymore hence why i split the list)
I realise i sound like a witch, i'm not honest just like it all in order. Lol

Neway.... I will add all of todays updates later on...yay on another blue bundle bazza

Elizabethnaylor1980 · 07/01/2015 21:18

mummymathsteacher I have the same worry, my cousin's wife had a 10lb baby girl on Christmas Day, I am hoping my jelly bean isn't as big as that.

bubalou · 07/01/2015 21:20

Hi all,

Haven't been on for a while but have been keeping up with the facebook.

Hope all are well. It's so nice to see the growing bumps and the people going the blue and pink team. Can't wait to find out now on the 20th!!!

Smile
Tryingreallyhard84 · 07/01/2015 21:36

As jazzy, sounds like me and some of my spreadsheet at work! Grin All well and good til someone clicks something or, even worse, adds rows in without thinking how it impacts formulas and conditional formatting. Wink

I think you're a saint for even attempting to look after the stats, let alone all the stuff you've done to them.

Mummymathsteacher · 07/01/2015 21:37

elizabeth I was 12lbs when I was born, so I'm petrified! Never had a baby less than 10lbs in our family!!

bubalou · 07/01/2015 22:22

I wanted to have another surprise like with DS but DH really wants to know and silly as it sounds I think it will help him 'bond' and get more excited about nursery, clothes etc.

Also DS is 6.5 and that's quite a long time to be a dad to just a boy. He has openly said he does hope this baby is a boy as he is scared of having a girl.

Bless him. Not that he doesn't want a girl - he doesn't mean that. Just a little scary the unknown.

I'm the same. I'm quite girly in that I do my hair and make up and I like clothes etc. However I also have the mentality of a man and love football, darts and hate shopping. Very used to just being around my male household with my muddy car, going to football practice, digging for worms and bug hunting when he was smaller.

Think I will struggle with a girl too. Blush

Oh I can't wait wait either way!

jazzyjenbo · 07/01/2015 22:29

(Wipes brow)
Fewwww.... Order is restored!
Lol, sorry mini panic attack here!

Girls - 5

Newbees added, welcome.

Babalou - i thought u were team yellow? Added u to the finding out bunch.

Good luck with your scan tomorrow spoteatingthatmud.... Anyone on friday?

Was woken with baby hiccuping last night... Love these milestones x

newbie6 · 07/01/2015 22:31

Hi all

Had a check up at hospital today and got to hear baby's heartbeat which was lovely! Have my 20wk scan next Tues so looking forward to seeing them again. Can't believe we are all almost at the 20 week scan stage, where does the time go??
My bump has suddenly appeared too! Seriously it wasn't there 2 days ago and all of a sudden it's like HELLO you definitely have a baby in here!! Xx

Elizabethnaylor1980 · 07/01/2015 22:44

Wow boys really are in the lead. I am hoping for a girl (altho still thrilled if a boy), I think after losing my mum in 2013 having a girl would be amazing. I am a huge girlie girl, love doing my hair, nails etc, my OH already has a girl so he is a dab hand at doing ponytails, bunches and an expert nail polish putter onner as his little girl is super girlie but also bit of Tomboy at same time.

mummymathsteacher 12lbs !! Wow!. I was 6lb 8oz, but I doubt that would determine how big our baby was.
