I'm feeling so happy the Christmas time, the most ever. My little neice is here too. And I'm even more excited about next Christmas.

Had my scan yesterday. Seeing an active little creature dancing around in my womb was the biggest gift I could wish for this Christmas. My EDD is the 28th of June, so I'm at the back of the June bus =)

A friend of mine has started commenting on my size this week and asking if it is "normal" for the bump to be so small. I'm only 15+3, I'm not sure what she is expecting?!

Well, the ham is cooked, the presents have all been dropped off. I've opened the peanuts and have our traditional Christmas Eve walk to go on later to "judge" the surrounding areas lights (I award points based on full use of space, effort, colour co-ordination - my husband thinks I'm mad but its become a real tradition). Then home to a brie and pate-less Christmas Eve buffet. However, I have enough to stuff to make up for their absence.

Sun - hope you feel better soon. You can't spend Christmas Eve with morning sickness. I've been feeling squiffy all day. My stomach just won't settle.

It seems as my sinusitis eases my migraines are making a return. But I've finished work til Jan 6th, I've cracked the codeine back out, DP should be home by 8pm and I may sneak a glass of red wine tonight to make the wrapping I can no longer put off a little less painful!

I've never been as unorganised as I have this year, roll on Christmas on mat leave next year (I totally will not be saying that when surrounded by a 4 year old and a 6 month old and the related chaos but let me pretend for now!)

Eeeeeeek! Can't stop thinking how different next year will be. Just got back from Mass where DD was a proper handful. Not sure how well manage it with two!

Congratulations smug, hexy! I have just reset my password so I can post- only have my phone here and it wasn't logged in. Will have to go back and make notes on those baby equipment lists, it did make me look up bouncers and realise there are other things I need to look up good /bad features and try to make a good budget decision, rather intimidating! We are renting an unfurnished apartment from feb so are planning to hit jan sales for everything, I'm not sure how much decision making I have in me...

I'm sure it is Sun! I did think "yes, thanks for that, idiot" at the time. I know she meant nothing by it but it made me grind my teeth a lot bit.
