New thread because the last one was giving me "Sorry, this thread is too big to accept new messages".
Onilly - sorry, yes I am sure it's due date - see here - "the Regulations apply to women expecting their babies on or after 1 April 2007.... If an employee's 'expected week of child-birth' falls before 1 April 2007 the old rules will apply."

OP posts:

Penny - you're just living up to your new name luvvy . Seriously, we all behave like screaming harpies when we're hormonal

Aime - congrats on the poo

Kitty - yeah, posts the links on here when you want some comrades to join in a fight with you. I generally agree with you 90% of the time and can easily pretend for the other 10%

Diva - you got it re. the yummy mummies. A friend of mine calls them "loud mouthed high achievers"

Whoowhoo - have to confess I've let DS and DD run riot in Starbucks, but its always full of pompous stuck up ejits anyway, so am quite happy for my little monsters to ruffle their feathers a bit. Last time I was in there I did try and make an attempt to look all sophisticated and grown up, until DS, who had gone to the loo, opened the toilet door and shouted really loudly down the entire length of Starbucks, "Mummy, I've done a poo - come and wipe my bum!"

I generally have the worst behaved children an any given situation [bluh]

Jaykillandhide · 16/10/2006 20:58

This is my second, have a 9 month DD, they are going to be about 14mths apart!

Need to read up on the rest of the thread now....!

evilanniedividedin2byalargeaxe · 16/10/2006 21:00

Jaykill, there are 13.5 months between dd1 & 2, it is manageable, and while you're changing 1 dc in nappies, you might as well be changing 2!!

They will be in consecutive school years too, which is lovely.

foxinbubblesletsmaketrouble · 16/10/2006 21:12

Jay - that's so lovely A little brother for DD and they'll be playmates

Which side do the legs come from? I mean which side of the family?

kittythescarygoblin · 16/10/2006 21:13

Great news Jay, I think you are the first to find out. Thought of any names yet?

Jaykillandhide · 16/10/2006 21:19

well i am 5ft 9. DH is 6ft 4. Most of the Grandparents are tall also, so i guess it was going to be inevitable. DD is also really tall for her age but has more of a long body than legs ( which i am sure she will love when she gets old..... not!!)
Can see pics on our website here if you like

RabidZombieAmie · 16/10/2006 21:21

Congrats Jay!!! Are the male bits really that prominent? I guess it depends on where and how the LO is settled in there at the time of the scan!

evilanniedividedin2byalargeaxe · 16/10/2006 21:22

Oh wow, how weird to put a face to a name! I have just snooped all your pics, even scan ones!!

kittythescarygoblin · 16/10/2006 21:25

OMG Jay how organised are you. Lovely pics. Who's organised the fab website then and who uses it? Do you have alot of family who live a long way away?

foxinbubblesletsmaketrouble · 16/10/2006 21:27

Jay - love the ones of DD's trip to London. So independent and at such a young age

Jaykillandhide · 16/10/2006 21:27

We thought of Isaac but it was the name we had for DD before we knew she was a 'she' so i think we are going to re visit some just to see if anything else grabs us!!!

foxinbubblesletsmaketrouble · 16/10/2006 21:29

I love the name Isaac

foxinbubblesletsmaketrouble · 16/10/2006 21:30

Please don't call him Cosmo.

Jaykillandhide · 16/10/2006 21:31

Kitty, DH is a PC whizz ( please feel free to read Nerd!!!) so he organises it. He had it before we met, mostly for his cars....but that soon changed!! we have some family far away, but we like to capture bits and pieces all the time, and you cant always share what happens as it only happens once, so we stick it on there and everyone can see it!!

evilanniedividedin2byalargeaxe · 16/10/2006 21:31

Have you bagsied that then, fox, or do you not like it?
