Tanny was the sweep painful? I'm on tenterhooks to see gives birth first, you or Babie :)

Tiny well done, I wish I had your willpower! I'm usually so good with my eating during the day. It's when I'm at home that I start eating junk :(

Shetland · 03/03/2015 10:11

smiling you're in a kent trust aren't you? My friend had a high BMI and no other complications but they never let her hear the end of it. They also seemed permanently surprised that she had low blood pressure.

tanny sounds like you're nearly there :) Happy due date!

london I've also put on 1.5 stone nearly - and I have 8 weeks or so to go. Reckon I'm in line for 2 stone total - and I still can't stop eating.

tannyLoo · 03/03/2015 10:14

London it feels a bit like a contraction. Not too bad at all.

There's nothing like a bit of a race to get you going!

TeaandHobnobs · 03/03/2015 10:46

Wow tanny 3-4cm is great! Well on the way Grin

So exciting!

Thinking of you for tomorrow Babies Smile

tannyLoo · 03/03/2015 11:52

In labour! Contractions are 5-7 mins apart and getting more painful. We're not going anywhere for a while, as I've had it all stop before, but am quietly hopeful... Grin

TinyTear · 03/03/2015 12:06

Go Tanny! Go Tanny! 3/3 would be a nice birthday!

smilingthroughgrittedteeth · 03/03/2015 14:22

So excited for you tanny good luck x

shetland my trust is medway, they've been great in every other way but the whole BMI thing is just getting boring now.

Have been out for coffee and a catch up with a friend this morning and am now completely exhausted. No contractions today but I have lost my mucus plug so hopefully beanie will make an appearance soon.

tannyLoo · 03/03/2015 18:33

The contractions have eased off Sad. Babie it's back to you xxx

smilingthroughgrittedteeth · 03/03/2015 18:57

Oh tanny it's so frustrating isn't it

LittleBairn · 03/03/2015 20:09

London I hope you are ok after your fall.
I've known woman who gave delayed induction by insisting that they come in a few times a week to be put on a trace monitor to make sure everything is well. But that isn't always practical for everyone.

tanny damn contractions! Still it sounds like you are nearer to meeting your baby.

I can't believe there are going to be more thread babies born before mine after all that early drama she seems happy now to stay put she will end up needing evicted!
I had a sizing scan today baby is estimated 4.2lb. I had a trace done too her HB was perfect, my pulse on the other hand was high but its been out down to being out of bed, my urine was clear.

smilingthroughgrittedteeth · 03/03/2015 20:54

london I somehow missed your post, I hope you and baby are ok x

little I'm so glad your doing ok and if your little one needs evicted then that's a good thing :-)

tannyLoo · 03/03/2015 20:56

I know, its a bit mad! My contractions have picked up a bit, but I almost don't want to admit to it for fear of jinxing them away! Hope you get some sleep tonight, big day tomorrow, maybe for both of us...Grin

tannyLoo · 04/03/2015 03:43

Pff, gone again. I'd forgotten how frustrating this phase is. I think I just need to remind myself that last time I had a couple of days of this and then had a 4 hour labour, so did loads of the dilating at this stage without too much pain.

Just would rather not have to go through this stage with a grumpy 3 year old for company. DH will have to go back to work tomorrow if I'm not in established labour.

lila35 · 04/03/2015 06:50

LIG1979 · 04/03/2015 08:08

Good luck babiecakes. Will be thinking of you.

Thought I was in labour early this morning. Woke up with strong intermittent period pains but it seems to have gone now. Never had anything like it with dd so not really sure what to expect but hoping for a slower start to labour a bit like that.

LondonSuperTrooper · 04/03/2015 08:52

Thanks all, I'm OK and Bunny is hanging in there after my fall :)

Babie best of luck with your c section. I hope everything goes well and that there will be a photo on FB today Grin
