Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 17th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 33rd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

Hurrah for all the scan news! Congrats to all Smile

Min - the due date onwards is definitely the most frustrating time! I highly recommend that if you have anything that you've bought to read about babies (DH bought a new parents survival guide!) that you read it now! You won't have time once miniMin arrives! Xx

Fleurchamp · 09/12/2014 10:06

Congrats min!

Pisghetti · 09/12/2014 10:08

Morning Vs Smile

Woke up very groggy this morning for my train but promptly fell asleep and woke up past Swindon! Feel amazing now although I do believe the poor passenger next to me had to endure some snoring. Ah well Grin however it means I've not managed to do any work - need to find out where I'm going when I arrive and what I'm going to talk about when I get there!

I'm having excessively dull dreams so I'm very jealous of you chicken resuscitators and alternative 90s music icon impersonators!

My night lights for night time feeds arrived yesterday. Going to put them out of sight and not think about that for a while....

KatoPotato · 09/12/2014 10:20

Morning!

Sleepy naps are ace, but anyone else found they now snore like a beast and drool like a creep? Even 10 mins on the sofa has me waking in a pool of slebs!

With DS1 I lived off orange Lucozade for 5 months (and malboro menthol), he's now a gifted child so knock your sock off!

RPopz · 09/12/2014 10:30

Morning ladies!

Wil I'm pretty convinced there's a boy in here - mainly to spite me as we have no boy names haha!!

Dulce that is seriously rubbish. I'd get kicking off. Are you still with your clinic? Can they pull some strings?

Over pooing is a good sign Min yes?? The big clear out!! Grin

Hooray for more good scans, sorry to all feeling nasty Sad I slept on sofa last night due to DH's outrageous snoring... Good thing I'm not working now!!

Hello viroids, how are you all?

DH and I have decided on a name for a girl. Smile Now we just need a name for a boy... Boy names are hard, good thing we have plenty of time to come up with one!

ZylaB · 09/12/2014 10:39

fleur our money will all be one pot anyway, so it wouldn't matter, would just be working for not too mich gain for us as a family. I spoke to DH about it last night and he agrees working hard for a few hundred a month (max) after paying fees isn't worth it, (Yes it'd be more if I was full time but shhh!) so I'll be deciding when it's nearer the time.

dulcet if you know where you'll be going for your scan I'd try ringing them and saying you want nuchal fold measurements doing so can they squeeze you in? Worth a try?

mini glad scan was good!

My next scan (28weeks) is wed next week but I want it now, it's been to long for this scanaholic!

DulcetMoans · 09/12/2014 10:39

Right, everyone stop talking about bloody lucozade. I am a recovering lucozade-addict and now I want nothing more than a massive bottle of the lovely bright orange stuff... but I know it will turn me inside out so I must resist!

Congrats on the scan news mini, sounds like an expensive few months now if you are picking out the nursery stuff.

I know lil, it is that LOS again. I might try a cheeky call again today or tomorrow. I don't like being pushy though. But I have to be sometimes, don't I?

Anyone know if you can have scan before booking in?

Exciting times min, hope theres not too much more waiting to do.

Its meant to be my follow up appointment at infertility clinic today. This baby better work out or it will be months before I can get another one!

ZylaB · 09/12/2014 10:40

dulcet I had 2 scans complete with full on consultant appts at the hospital before the community midwife could fit me in for my official booking in... Ring them!

freshstart4us · 09/12/2014 10:45

Morning ladies!

Dulce definitely jobsworthy rubbish. Could you perhaps go for a private scan? There is a clinic in London that does an early wellbeing check for only 39, which would seem like money well spent for peace of mind before Xmas if the NHS isn't playing ball?

I had a look at my notes again this morning, was clearly on drugs yesterday, new due date is actually 9 June so I am 14+0 today. That actually works better for me, as it means we hit the jackpot on our wedding anniversary, very apt! Xmas Grin

Min congrats on arriving at the terminal! Hoping your check-in and onward journey is smooth and trouble free. Xmas Wink

DulcetMoans · 09/12/2014 10:45

Took so long to write that I missed a whole bunch of stuff!

Clinic don't want to know as conceived naturally without medication popz. Should have just told them I had taken it...

Will try that line when I ring them zyla. I was under the impression most people do that now anyway so they might have assumed it anyway. But doesn't hurt to be explicit!

Don't suppose you'll tell us viroids the names fatty... nah, just kidding!

willywallace · 09/12/2014 10:50

Definitely ring Dulcet, you need to know what's going on at the very least. It's ridiculous that they would leave you the whole of the first trimester without any advice or anything.

Fuck I have monumental arse rain. I hope it isn't a sign of the big clear out in my case - bit bloody early. Feel like utter shit.

Leela5 · 09/12/2014 11:49

I feel like death today, so sick, so tired, alternating between bloating and thinking poo is about to fall out

freshstart4us · 09/12/2014 11:52

will and La so sorry to hear you're both sicky and having poo issues. Our tenants do mess with our systems! Stay hydrated and if you can get some rest... and Xmas Biscuit when you feel up to it!

RPopz · 09/12/2014 12:51

You are a delightful lot, pooing and sicking everywhere! Sad Hope it's not a big clear out Wil!! Confused

That's crap Dulce ...

rm00054 · 09/12/2014 12:57

Thanks for the advice about Lucozade, I'm much happier now I can see how I can survive the next fortnight!

Indigoblue2 · 09/12/2014 13:11

Tenants! Lol fresh! Might get mr indigo to draft mine a tenancy agreement offering a secure tenancy for 9 months and see if bean will sign the lease. Would surely put my mind at rest. Anyone else wanting a secure tenancy drafted while I'm at it?

Minion · 09/12/2014 13:19

Ooh can you get mrIndigo to draft an eviction notice too pls? One where the lodger leaves the tenancy in decent nick, nothing missing etc?

freshstart4us · 09/12/2014 13:22

Ooh yes please - a remaining 6 month term for me please, with VERY strict cleaning and departure clauses, none of this leaving the soft furnishings in tatters this time please!!!

laurenamium · 09/12/2014 14:02

Our boy will be Isaac James. Me and DP both agreed on Isaac before we even conceived!

Indigoblue2 · 09/12/2014 14:03

Aww that's a lovely name lauren! How exciting Grin

RPopz · 09/12/2014 14:05

Haha! I'll have an eviction notice too thanks. Not to come into effect until after Christmas though Wink

Indigoblue2 · 09/12/2014 14:05

Ok ladies, Mr Indigo will organise the agreements we are needing and we can get them signed by the relevant parties...

lildottie · 09/12/2014 14:08

haha love the legal agreements! you bonkers lot!

it's a good job I know I can't be upduffed right now. I'd be symptom spotting like a mad thing! funny how you notice yourself symptom spotting even without icing!!

love the name Lauren dh and I started thinking about names when we started ttc. I allowed myself to look at the list again for first time in over a year the other night. we have lots of girl named but barely any boys names.

dulce think of it like this, fighting for that scan is fighting for your child's rights - be bloody pushy!!
