Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 17th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 33rd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

Hello! Happy Monday :) Belgium's all on strike so we have no school, no transport and no shops today. Baking and wrapping presents it is...how wrong can that go??

Tee glad thing are settling - they cause such trouble these babies.

Popz I can't help, not yet anyway - I'm in the same position as La. I wish DH would calm down about the whole JS thing. I'm sick, bloated and exhausted and all he wants to do is play with my admittedly newly fantastic boobs Angry. Nice to be appreciated but I'd rather he gave me a lie-in...

Totally normal to lose weight - I haven't this time around to my knowledge, scales are broken so haven't weighed myself, but the limited alcohol definitely makes a difference Xmas Hmm

Nessalina · 15/12/2014 11:52

Hi all Smile I'm having such a hard time keeping up with the thread! No good reading on phone at night coz it makes me sleepy, so I'm watching indecent amounts of telly instead.
Re: DTD, me & DH haven't yet, though we were both super horny pretty soon after the birth and unable to do anything about it! It's probably about the point that we could give it a go, as I'm only bleeding a tiny bit now, but it's pretty hard to fit it in when you've a newborn and every bit of sleep is precious!

Leela5 · 15/12/2014 13:29

Oh my god I just ran upstairs at work and pumped really unexpectedly and loudly! Luckily no one was nearby Blush

laurenamium · 15/12/2014 13:43

I'm an emotional mess today. I keep randomly sobbing and I can't stop it. I'm also obsessively cleaning and getting upset that nowhere looks any cleaner/ tidier than it did Confused

Fleurchamp · 15/12/2014 13:59

Hee hee la makes note to self not to run up the stairs

We had a Xmas lunch today. I feel so tired now I can barely keep my eyes open Xmas Sad

Indigoblue2 · 15/12/2014 14:18

How far along are you now fleur?

willywallace · 15/12/2014 14:35

Nobody seems to be feeling great, hugs and cake all round viroids (and a little jiggle to the belly for you Min to get the little one moving).

I appear to be having digestive issues. Feel rubbish after eating but get hungry and shaky if I don't. Sigh, no cake for me.

Mm Popz, well I have quite a low sex drive anyway so I'm maybe not representative of normal folk. Our sex life is nowhere near what it was before MiniWil though. I actually found breastfeeding killed any drive I had at all and I would have been perfectly happy not having any for the year which I fed. (Obviously I did it anyway because I would have felt bad otherwise). Have definitely been better since then but tbh when you have a job and a toddler it does get pushed down the priority list. Probably not what you want to hear. I'm sure other folks are different though. I do think it must be funny for the menfolk when we get massively pregnant. Not sure how weird I'd find it if MrWil suddenly grew a giant belly, started waddling and had varicose flipping veins everywhere.

Fleurchamp · 15/12/2014 14:37

indigo I am 9 + 2 today going on my dates

Indigoblue2 · 15/12/2014 14:53

Oh you are nearly there fleur! Disappointed you didn't win X factor? Wink

RPopz · 15/12/2014 14:54

Kinda reassuring to know you managed to be horny again quite soon after birth Ness!

I don't have a raging sex drive - probably more so in the last few months of preg because of hormones etc. But he apparently has none, judging by the effort he makes! He swears blind he still fancies me too Zyla! And tbf he doesn't deny me physical affection generally, we still kiss, cuddle etc... Maybe I'm just being hypersensitive. I suspect he's just lazy... We were talking about it last night and he said he wanted to yesterday morning when I got back in bed for a cuddle with him... But apparently forgot to mention it "and then you went in the shower" ... Hmm MEN.

Glad all is well Tee. Bums on sofas and some online credit card bashing sounds just the ticket Smile

Lol La - I was forever letting rip in the corridors at work... luckily never got caught! Blush

Glad work's ok now pis .... I think the traumatic pants I get after dtd is a combo of preggo cm waterfalls and Mr P's er, contributions.... Hmm

Hugs and Brew to all feeling sicky/ emotional/ overdue Grin

Had Midwife appt this morning, got to hear the heartbeat which was lovely and she posted off my Prescription form thing to get free treaments etc.

Feeling good, counting down the days at work now.

willywallace · 15/12/2014 15:09

You and Mr Popz are like us but the other way round. That's totally the kind of thing I would come out with.

When are you finishing work Kato?

KatoPotato · 15/12/2014 16:16

Just for xmas break, I've got tomorrow and Thursday to go, then off 'til the 5th Jan!

Thursday is Xmas lunch by our restaurant staff and a skive really, and I'll probably go get my nails done too!

ZylaB · 15/12/2014 16:32

Lol popz at 'traumatic pants' Grin

For those of you with farty arse issues, I'm still really windy, I think it's just going to be that way now!

Feeding class tomorrow and hospital for growth scan and appointments with everyone on wed! I think I've decided that if I go into labour I'll try to do it vaginally, but if I don't before they want her out, I'll have a CS, I'm not too keen on my chances of an induction working without it ending with me or baby getting stressed and ending up with an intervention anyway, so I'll see if I can get a date booked! Then we can just wait and see if I go into labour before that date or not, it's starting to feel very real! [scared face]

cookielove · 15/12/2014 17:08

Hello all!

Kato I have always pictured you looking like Maggie Q, not sure why but thought I'd share :)

Eli has been sleeping last two nights 10pm -7am yay, but injections today boo :( I bet will mess them up!

KatoPotato · 15/12/2014 17:17

Cookie I would hate to shatter any illusion but gosh, I've just googled her and she is HOT! I do have the same hair, and have similar eyes, that's really quite spooky!

Bet her farts don't reek like mine today though...

willywallace · 15/12/2014 17:33

Who is Maggie Q?

I don't remember injections ever having a bad effect on sleeping Cookie, gx all will be well.

I hopefully have 5 days at work left, with the possibility of an extra 2 after Christmas but I don't think I'll need to do them.

Leela5 · 15/12/2014 17:41

Hello!!!!! Sorry to those feeling pants :(

Kato my farts are like death breaths. I've got added vegetarian to the mix.

Just been for booking in with mw - feel soooo much better for having chatted to her! Found out my blood group is o negative, never knew that! So I have to go for anti d injections.

Got scan letter finally - 9th jan. I'll be 13 weeks.

Right - we've just been reading through the bumf she gave us. Why the heck do I have to take a muffin to breast feeding class???

Dh was wondering if a cookie would suffice?

Leela5 · 15/12/2014 17:41

Cookie poor Eli :(

willywallace · 15/12/2014 17:57

A muffin? Like a bun? I genuinely have no idea, that is very weird.

Glad your appointment went well.

Leela5 · 15/12/2014 18:01

Yes it says 'please bring a muffin (cake)'!

Do I pretend to breast feed the muffin? Or is the muffin the breast?

ZylaB · 15/12/2014 18:08

la I've got feeding class tomorrow and I don't have to bring anything!! Omg, I feel like I'm missing out Grin

ChatEnOeuf · 15/12/2014 18:31

Hahaha La I've not heard that one. I would imagine it's to replicate a boob (though we used knitted boobs at our classes). Could just be to represent the additional calories that feeding burns up (500/day) - either way, make sure you get to eat it.

People told me that jabs would make DD sleep better, Cookie. They lied - nothing we did ever affected her sleep!

Indigoblue2 · 15/12/2014 18:32

I went for my initial appointment with GP this afternoon. She just asked me a few questions and then told me to go to reception and get a booking pack (sure you've all had this). I did so and got the pack and the receptionist booked me in for my booking app near the end of Jan when I'll be around 12 weeks. As I turned round to leave I noticed that one of the local gossips was standing behind me Blush Tbh I felt quite let down that I had to queue in reception with everyone else and talk about the fact that I am obviously pregnant. Felt a bit like patient confidentiality had taken a running jump.

I'm overall feeling pretty low today. I've still got sore boobs but no real nausea yet, no food aversions, the only thing I've got apart from tender tits are fairly constant mild cramps and twinges and a heavy feeling. I just feel really scared something will go wrong. When I told the GP I was anxious about miscarriage, she just kind of looked at me and said "Aww. If it does happen remember it's just that there's a problem with the foetus that the body has to abort." No shit Sherlock. I was kind of hoping for "Yes that's understandable and the early weeks are scary, but remember overall the chances are much higher that your baby will be absolutely fine."

Sorry for the rant! Feeling all emosh Confused DP very kindly pointed out that "at least you haven't just got one egg though". Sigh.

willywallace · 15/12/2014 18:39

God Indigo, that all in all sounds like a pretty shit set up. I remember going to the GP for my first pg as I assumed you had to. It was a total anti-climax. Told me not to eat soft cheese and gave me a number to phone. I didn't bother this time. That's really bad you had to do it at reception. Although I had to discuss the possibility of a uti with the receptionist the other day and some guy standing behind me within earshot. Envy GP doesn't sound like they have very good people skills.

If you have to pretend the muffin is your breast I will piss myself. Maybe they're going to show you how to latch onto it Grin Do you need to bring one with a cherry on top?
