I haven't posted before but I've been reading. I never plucked up the courage to join! Anyway, I'm still waiting at 40+5. Had a sweep this morning but mw said it was more of a tickle and cervix is still quite long.

Ho hum. They said that when I had a sweep with dd and she came spontaneously shortly after.

And congratulations to all those who have delivered December babies

Anyone else still here and missed December completely? 2 hours 19 minutes to go until this baby's born not only in the wrong month but the wrong bloody YEAR!

Hello, DD was born 30/12 in the early hours, 7lb 11.5oz

Had a night in hospital as she wanted to sleep rather than feed, but she's been a boob monster ever since and we're now home.

Was 1cm dilated today so mw could do sweep at least. Have another appt on Monday and then will be booking induction.

41+1 Just had last mw appt and still only 2cm. Appt at hospital to check state of play and book induction.

Mw coming in 2 hours to break my waters. Was 3-4cm yesterday at check up. Ctx have 6-8 hours toget started otherwise will be admitted. 40+12 today!
