DS has been ill the last few days and nights on ABs now and doing better - we both got a full night's sleep last night.

Silver do you know what your bishop score was after your sweep? Mine was 6 and I went into labour at about 2am (sweep was at 4pm). Good luck!

Things are going slow but atleast something is happening!!
My mum has started her 200 mile drive to get here tonight and is planning to stay until the baby arrives and then for a few days to help us out so thats made me feel much better knowing she will be here in time!!
Tried to have a sleep before but only managed about 30 mins so had a warm bath and on the ball now

Our little baby girl arrived at 2pm today. Epic, epic labour. So pleased it's over (!) and she's a healthy little bruiser of 7lb 10.

Baby Blake born on 16/12/14 (my birthday of all days) after a whirlwind 5 hour labour and delivery. He obviously couldn't wait to arrive He's a very long boy and shot out weighing 8lb 11oz - ouchies! All very worth it! Congratulations Peace on the safe arrival of your bundle and best of luck to those in labour. Becoming a Mother is epic ??

As soon as my mum finally arrived last night baby slowed down
But rang midwife she said this is definitely it so ive been on the ball since 2am getting steady but slow contractions, i dont mind how long it takes now my mums here, i was so anxious she might not get here for the birth but she is staying indefinitely until this little girl arrives

Still slow over here silver but getting more painful which im assuming is a good sign?!
Sent OH off to work this morning so having some time with my mum, might try for a waddle round the shops if im feeling brave after lunch!
