Try raw ginger sliced with slices of lemon in water - really tasty! Theninh on the hits at the bottom of the glass :) Or I put it in curries, stir frys etc.

I am feeling so much better today, was pretty much laid up in bed all day with sickness and diarrhoea. Was almost on the verge of going to a & e as at one point the stomach pains were so bad but fortunately they eased. Still worried that there are problems with the baby have another 3 weeks until private scan.

So sorry and sad to hear your news duck. I know that no words will heal the hurt you're feeling right now. Stay close to dh and dd, they'll get you through even the toughest days. when you're ready to ttc again, look up the ttc after mc thread on here, they're the best bunch of people and know exactly how you feel. Many hugs hun, do look after yourself xxx

I attacked a box of ritz biscuits this morning. Currently finding I can't eat anything until around 11am as feel too sick. The ritz seemed to help a bit

Number it's comforting to know someone else is getting these cramps. My early scan has been moved forward a day to tomorrow. They are quite sore but I can't help thinking perhaps it's wind!

Any news from Stone?

Duck, I know everyone's experience is different but just to let you know that this happened to me earlier this year at this point (nothing found at scan, bleeding accelerated etc). It is truly rubbish. I minimised it at the time as I thought 'it could have been worse' and 'at least I have Ds') but it hit me afterwards, the loss and awfulness. Please be kind to yourself and let yourself be pampered.

So my scan letter was sent to my dad's house (my old address) and my mum opened it!
Cats out of the bag now, but the good news is my scan is on the 12th when I will be 8+6

Just need to try and relax until then.

Finally got my scan letter today. 16th December. Very relieved to have a date to focus on.

Also had my flu jab today which is good as it's doing the rounds at DH's school!

I can't get enough of frosties at the minute. Poor DS is 10 months and his food choices have suddenly become rather limited! I can't stand the thought of purees. Bleugh.
