Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 15th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is [http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception/2230396-Remember-Remember-JS-in-November-no-to-bum-fun-car-shagging-and-worms-Control-your-stray-wombles-and-windy-boobs-Shout-WANKBADGERS-at-the-world-of-TTC-and-get-your-cape-on-for-JUST-SHAGGING-32 here] in its 32nd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs [http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/postnatal_clubs/1472763-Just-Mumming-Along-viroids-2?pg=36&order= here] for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

Seeing MW on Thursday so she'll maybe tell me then and hopefully that it's not popped back out again

Santa! I know him!
Ace film.

wilmabedrock · 22/11/2014 19:45

Jeez La you must be. I need a job like that. although I'm too fucking antisocial.

Popz some babies drop dead early I believe, especially first pg so you never know. If you can't sit with your legs together that's a surefire sign Grin .

What's your date again Min? Is it the start of Dec? How exciting!

Minion · 22/11/2014 20:51

The 10th is drop day! I think I'll go over tho.

wilmabedrock · 22/11/2014 21:16

Ah you never know. Noone has been super late on here so far have they? Furry probably the latest. Has anyone heard from Juni?

RPopz · 22/11/2014 21:43

Sitting in a ladylike fashion is definitely hard work these days Wil Blush

RPopz · 22/11/2014 21:46

Having a mini panic that I haven't felt any movements all day... Hmm I'm not one for counting and I've been busy all day so prob wouldn't have noticed. Not felt much this eve though, trying to wake him up with 7up... DH thinks I'm being daft and has had a few beers... Confused

wilmabedrock · 22/11/2014 21:52

The other day when this happened to me, I went to lie down somewhere quiet and gave it a bit of time. I tend to notice movement more when lying down than moving about. It's easy when you're busy to not notice movement but if you get nothing in a wee while then phone in. Don't go to bed without feeling happy about it popz. I know I'm a hypocrite because I never phone the mw, but you should do if you're concerned.

ChatEnOeuf · 22/11/2014 22:03

RPopz if mimipopz isn't moving normally, please get checked out.

I need some hand holding...tell me about migraines in pregnancy. I have them rarely, aura worse than headache. Last time I had one I miscarried two days later. Argh!

RPopz · 22/11/2014 22:14

It's usually more active in the evenings/ in bed. I just started panicking cos I'd been sat on the sofa for a while watching tv with DH and couldn't remember feeling anything. I've felt a couple of soft movements since I started on the 7up I think.

Maybe just extra paranoid as my irl pref friend told me she had pre eclampsia today, she's already got GD so is unlikely to go beyond 37 weeks now if that. She's had a crappy pregnancy and I feel a bit like I've had it too easy so far.... Hmm

RPopz · 22/11/2014 22:16

I'm sure headaches/ migraines can be a preg symptom chat ... no expert though. Hugs x

wilmabedrock · 22/11/2014 22:18

Rising oestrogen levels can cause them Chat. Haven't had a migraine this pg but did have an awful lot of headaches in first trimester. Lie down in a dark room?

wilmabedrock · 22/11/2014 22:21

Now popz, everyone knows that if you have an easy pregnancy, you get your comeuppance when it's time to give birth Wink . Just joking. Truth is most people have it relatively easy. Try poking minipopz?

wilmabedrock · 22/11/2014 23:25

Aaargh raging heartburn Angry

laurenamium · 22/11/2014 23:26

Shock £100 for 5 hours bar work la?! I used to love bar work for the same reasons as wil, but switched to a tame old man pub when I was pg with DD to avoid the mania and people fighting/ drunkenly falling on me...I do miss bar work!

wilmabedrock · 22/11/2014 23:39

I think when I worked in a bar I used to get about 3.60 an hour Grin . I'm so fucking old!

ZylaB · 23/11/2014 00:47

Just saw The Imitation Game, was really good! Made me cry at the end though and I never cry at films!

Nessalina · 23/11/2014 02:49

I used to work in Wetherspoons for about £4.80 an hour Confused And they don't let you keep tips so no chance of a boost!

Rpopz - did minipopz get squirming in the end? If it's still quiet tomorrow just give your maternity assessment a ring. Don't hesitate. They don't mind checking that all is ok, and it'll give you peace of mind!

J was a nightmare yesterday - I fed him constantly and he wouldn't nap at all! Luckily he conked out after last feed and has given me a nice long very unexpected sleep!

Nessalina · 23/11/2014 02:51

Oh Chat, headaches are very normal, something to do with more blood in the system than usual IIRC? Not something to worry about, but you mustn't take ibuprofen for it, only paracetamol is approved as ok for use in pregnancy Smile

wilmabedrock · 23/11/2014 05:46

Growth spurt Ness?

Welcome to my early morning complaining session Grin . Damn my back, can't sleep at all. Have a massage booked for next Friday. Really hoping it helps.

How do you feel now Chat? I hate migraines. I don't get an aura thingy but get awful nausea with them.

teejayem · 23/11/2014 06:03

I'll join you wil, had a horrible dream and woke up about an hour ago convinced I was m/cing because of awful dream. Fortunately it was just gas, but upsetting nonetheless. Now I can't get back to sleep, it's pouring with rain outside, my back is giving me poky sciatic pain and fuck me I want a Burger King bacon double cheeseburger.

TheBooMonster · 23/11/2014 07:16

My sister works in a university owned bar and gets living wage! I fully intend to pester her to hand in my cv when I've had bump and am ready to go back to work!

RPop how are your movements today?

I'd been noticing 4 distinct periods of movement a day but have felt nothing since yesterday morning, I'm trying to convince myself that being in my feet at work all day has just lulled baby to sleep and / or that they've simply moved and are kicking the (anterior) placenta so I'm not feeling anything, I keep getting a popping sensation that I'd normally associate with hunger so maybe that's it... Either way at 20 weeks if something untoward has / is happening there's not much they can do at 20 weeks and if I phone the midwife and they say to go to hospital I'll end up missing work which will make me look like a drama queen if everything is fine...

OP posts:
wilmabedrock · 23/11/2014 07:31

Well I wouldn't worry about looking like a drama queen and you should definitely phone if concerned. But also maybe at 20 weeks you can't feel everything?

What a horrible dream. I haven't been getting any weird dreams thank god. You have really made me want a bacon cheeseburger. Starving! Starving and tired.

couldbeanyone · 23/11/2014 07:47

Chat I am having a lot is headaches, most days I get one. MW said very normal, take paracetamol, keep hydrated and eat regularly to keep them at bay.

Leela5 · 23/11/2014 08:06

Sorry to all of you having pains/nightmares this morning. Ness I hope you have an easier day today, little tyke. I've got a crampy pain this morning, could just be wind!

Work dragged last night, I was very tired. Got in at 2:30. Wide awake now of course!

I worked as cocktail bartender for years in top cocktail bars and now I work the floor of a cocktail bar one day a week. The customers are generally seasoned drinkers and tip well, plus we have service charge.
Because I'm a cocktail bartender originally I know how to recommend drinks to people and we make sure people get best service and feel special, which is why I make a lot. It's not normal bar wage at all! It's hard work though - if I don't give good enough service I can't put charge on so I have to be on the ball and make sure they are looked after. Had a few idiots last night causing trouble. They got a stern 'I'm pregnant don't mess with me' look.

Back to my worrying this morning. Yesterday was a quiet day symptoms wise, which I think was because I was in the house and had had quite a good sleep. Symptoms get worse if I'm tired or dehydrated.

Going to see new hunger games movie today Smile

Leela5 · 23/11/2014 08:07

Ooh chat I forgot to say - I get headaches too. Drink lots of water x
