Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 15th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is [http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception/2230396-Remember-Remember-JS-in-November-no-to-bum-fun-car-shagging-and-worms-Control-your-stray-wombles-and-windy-boobs-Shout-WANKBADGERS-at-the-world-of-TTC-and-get-your-cape-on-for-JUST-SHAGGING-32 here] in its 32nd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs [http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/postnatal_clubs/1472763-Just-Mumming-Along-viroids-2?pg=36&order= here] for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

I'm definitely team yellow too. Think it's much more exciting, for other family too. You definitely get curious around scan time but apart from that I don't really think about it that much. If you were bothered about the sex, probably best to find out though in case you need to get your head round having the opposite.

La, just watch the stickers in a rented place. They do take the paint off with them when you try to take them off.

wilmabedrock · 20/11/2014 19:56

Haha Popz, they're well cute!

RPopz · 20/11/2014 20:12

My mum was furious after the 20week scan we didn't find out what we were having Grin Now for some reason she's convinced we actually do know and just won't tell her!! Hmm

TheBooMonster · 20/11/2014 20:35

We kept it a surprise with DD, despite having 2 additional scans, it worked out pretty well because it forced us to get unisex things, which means even if we have a boy this time we will only need to get clothes. Our 20 week scan is on 27th 7 FREAKING DAYS AWAY!!!! and I'm hoping we'll be able to find out but we've got 3 additional scans this time so we'll totally find out later if not.

Ah she's beautiful furry GrinGrin

Ill totally be finding out. I found out with DD too. I think I just have control issues Grin I need to know the ins and outs of everything or I just worry and think of the what ifs. So finding out will help me be prepared especially towards bedrooms/ house moves etc as well as clothes. DP really wants a boy too so it'll give him chance to get his head around it if we find out earlier!

freshstart4us · 20/11/2014 21:12

Lauren I'm with you, control creamery definitely an issue here! Lol

Pis are you still out? After 9pm? Very impressed with your efforts! Grin

DulcetMoans · 20/11/2014 21:29

No finding out here - I've never wanted to know. Hopefully that won't change!

FreeZing here! Hot bottie, blanket and cats all trying to keep warm!

Pisghetti · 20/11/2014 21:30

Nah I was back about half hour ago!

Just waiting for a takeaway to turn up before I get into my pjs and slob out.

HungryHorace · 20/11/2014 21:51

My SiL apparently thinks that we've known both times and we didn't find out either time.

My mother joined her this time and decided that we knew beforehand.

Not sure why they wouldn't take us at face value!

splodge77 · 20/11/2014 22:24

Hallo, we're hoping to find out the flavour this time though didn't with DS. Scan in about 3 weeks time. Interesting to read everyone's work/mat leave dilemmas. DP & I both freelance so it kind of depends on what's going on work wise for us both as to who will take leave. Last time I was off for 7 months & would rather DP did more of the childcare this time but I tend to earn quite a lot less so may not work out. We're in London so childminders/nurseries are quite pricey. I'm sticking my head in the sand about all that for now. I've got quite a bump now - looks much bigger than it should at 17 weeks. Must be all those crisps I've been scoffing Smile

wilmabedrock · 21/11/2014 04:51

I'm in awe of people going back so early. My head was minced until weaning started. I would never have been able to get it together enough to go to work. Never understand how people manage it in countries with no mat leave.

How strange they think you're lying Horace. That would be a weird thing to make up. How are you coping with two little ones btw? Starting to get concerned about the sleep deprivation and life with a toddler!

Leela5 · 21/11/2014 07:04

Morning viroids. Im really sorry coz I know I must be annoying, but I'm struggling :(. This is the week I noticed symptoms going last time then I had scan and there was no baby. It's really bothering me. I've woken up with no nausea, no boob pain, no reassuring cramps. Please can you all tell me soothing experiences of no symptoms it late symptoms. Why am I not feeling nauseous like everyone else seems to be? If anything I get a hint but not much.

Leela5 · 21/11/2014 07:08

or not it

DulcetMoans · 21/11/2014 07:28

la, you haven't got disappearing symptoms, you just don't aren't feeling them at this exact moment. In an hour you might feel completely different. Yesterday you said about being knackered and having a heavy womble - but it's easy to forget those feelings when they aren't present and you are feeling nervous.

Keep positive and when you next notice you feel a bit shit, remember it! I'm doing the exact same thing - panic when it all feels ok but then an hour later there's a sign again.

Positive thoughts - today you are pregnant!

Leela5 · 21/11/2014 07:34

:( I know - I'm going to start writing down when they happen so I can look back at frequency. I think that's the only way I'm not going to go mad this next week until scan.

I've got stabby pains that feel like wind, but no sign of the nausea I was feeling

Nessalina · 21/11/2014 07:46

La - I used to feel fine in the mornings then the nausea would come on gradually through the day, and I'd feel crap in the evening. But I didn't start getting it at all til about week 8. Try to enjoy the non-vommy times! Grin

Pisghetti · 21/11/2014 07:48

Oh La you're not annoying. The first trimester is a horrible business. Every morning I woke up without morning sickness I could think of nothing else and had the most awful feeling of doom and I hadn't gone through the experience you have had to. It's so much easier said than done but there's nothing you can do right now but sit it out. As dulcet says make a record every time you do feel something and that might help reassure you along the way x

mountaingirl01 · 21/11/2014 07:55

la I haven't had any real 'symptoms' at all through this pregnancy. I felt really tired at first but even that isn't as bad anymore. I literally worry about all the time. My sister also didn't at this point to the extent my dad started questioning the pissy sticks. That's what I'm hanging on to. Going through mmc has completely taken away the experience for me as I'm just scared but TODAY we are pregnant and in only 6 weeks we will hit that golden mark Flowers

teejayem · 21/11/2014 08:06

I don't think I had proper sicky feelings until 6/7 weeks la. And it wasn't constant, just when I was travelling in the end. Don't panic :)

wilmabedrock · 21/11/2014 08:06

Sorry you're both worrying. I agree with whoever said they started feeling worse throughout the day. I have been mostly fine in the mornings throughout this pg but felt woeful in the afternoon or evening. I don't remember how I felt at 6 weeks. Think I had sore boobs but that was about it. And not everyone gets that. It's so tricky but try to relax and enjoy feeling well because it is beyond your control. If it helps, I'm still not convinced I'm getting a baby at the end of this. I haven't done one thing in preparation except buy a cot because it was going cheap. This I feel is not normal.

Leela5 · 21/11/2014 08:12

Thanks guys. This is just the most god awful mind fuck. I can't wait til I get a scan so I know. Today I have stabby womble pain but not sure if it's a pg symptom or wind! Smile

I was going to get fitted for new bra today but think I'll wait to see what happens.

laurenamium · 21/11/2014 08:13

La I'm pretty sure at 6 weeks I posted to say I seemed to have managed to miss the sickness Hmm how naive I was. It came about 9 weeks and it was ANGRY Grin dont worry about being annoying those first few weeks are awful and it's what we are here for!!

Leela5 · 21/11/2014 08:21

And is stabby womble pain normal?

rm00054 · 21/11/2014 08:26

Congrats furry she's a lovely bundle of gorgeousness!
Well done min passing your test! I also reverse into parking spaces, I used to be terrified of reverse parking until dh showed me how to do it properly! I don't think I'll be able to drive when heavily pregnant, I doubt my bump would fit in before the steering wheel! my stupid short legs means I need the seat all the way forward

la stop worrying easier said than done about your lack of symptoms, you describe exactly what I have and you're making me worry now! When's your scan? I've not got an early one I'm too unorganised so I'm hoping to join the December scan club.

I want to find out gender but DH doesn't :( we both really want a girl though, so think we may need time to come to terms with a boy. Or maybe it would be best to find out when I've got babe in my arms and have felt the overwhelming love for it whatever gender?

Pisghetti · 21/11/2014 08:32

I think so La I had pains remarkably similar to icing.

I wasn't too fussed on finding out the sex but glad we did now Smile
