Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 15th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is [http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception/2230396-Remember-Remember-JS-in-November-no-to-bum-fun-car-shagging-and-worms-Control-your-stray-wombles-and-windy-boobs-Shout-WANKBADGERS-at-the-world-of-TTC-and-get-your-cape-on-for-JUST-SHAGGING-32 here] in its 32nd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs [http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/postnatal_clubs/1472763-Just-Mumming-Along-viroids-2?pg=36&order= here] for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

So despite receptionist saying there was nothing she could do this morning ... I just logged onto the online booking 'just in case' for the third time this morning and have managed to book in to see my favourite GP next tuesday!! hurray! thanks for being so understanding virouds Flowers

bother it would be rude not to eat them once they are exposed to the air! What a waste that would be, and whilst there is a chocolate shortage going on as well.

BothersomeB · 19/11/2014 12:25

Mountain - that's fab news - well done for persevering. The 'rules' do seem very odd. I was referred by my GP weeks ago but have since discovered that you can self-refer online to the hospital I want to go to...who knew? Congrats anyway - must be a weight off. Thanks for alerting me to the chocolate shortage...best stock up now then eh? Ah, hello December 17th... Grin

Pisghetti · 19/11/2014 12:29

Ooh bother you lucky monkey! I've bought Lindt calendars for DS and me (one each - I don't share). DP is eyeing them up forlornly but as he is buggering off for Christmas he can sort himself out!

Great news Mountain!

Leela5 · 19/11/2014 12:41

That's great mountain!

Ok I'm going to have one little moan - my back. The centre of my back hurts no matter what point of my chair I sit on at work. Do you think it's because of boobs/bra? I'm wondering if I should fess up to hr and get a workplace assessment to try to get a more supportive chair.

laurenamium · 19/11/2014 12:42

Why are dispersable tablets so disgusting? And why oh why am I throwing up again. My book says that I should be glowing, it definitely says nothing about looking like a puffy walrus and cuddling the toilet!

Minion · 19/11/2014 12:44

Loving the poo update dulcet, in the spirit of such things! I'm now up to 3 a day! Deffo a clear out going on.
Yay mountain!
bother I know I couldn't stand the thought of tainted chocolate out there, you're doing your bit for humanity ny eating it! just on case!
la I was always feeling sick at night especially when I was tired. Very odd but all good signs I think!

Well viroids, I did it. I passed my driving test. Hooray! Just don't go out on the roads round cheshire anytime soon though, best be safe eh!
Ha

Leela5 · 19/11/2014 12:47

:( poor thing lauren that's crap

Well done min!!!!!!

laurenamium · 19/11/2014 12:56

Well done min GrinGrin

mountaingirl01 · 19/11/2014 12:57

go min! awesome news.

la could be your bra if boobs are growing?

lauren I can't stand dispersible tablets, I would be throwing up just from drinking that ughhh hope you feel better soon

wilmabedrock · 19/11/2014 13:01

That's great news Mountain. Bloody grumpy medical receptionists!

Aargh I can't remember what I wanted to write because you've all chatted loads and I'm so slow.

teejayem · 19/11/2014 13:01

Hurrah! Well done min!

I am also work struggling. I am fortunate in sitting in a closed environment with only a few other people so I can get away with flagrant mnetting. I do feel better concentration wise than I did weeks 5-10 tho, that 'fog' has lifted a bit. This hasn't stopped me from basically doing all my Xmas shopping on-line and pricing the food up for xmas day. Doesn't help that my industry tends to wind down massively pre christmas so I am really quiet work-wise anyway which I don't think helps the boredom. Had a horrid row with Mr Tee last night about money and it spilled over into bed, and then this morning. I am really worried about what we're going to do about our house (we rent and it's lovely, but I don't think we can manage the cost on a reduced income) plus a zillion other things which climaxed in me bursting into tears and saying we were going to have a horrible xmas and I hated his indifference and then lots of other resentment about the inlaws. Blush. oh well.....

DulcetMoans · 19/11/2014 13:05

Yay min! Great news! Now you can drive yourself to the hospital for MINIon to pop out!

Pleased you got another appointment mountain. Online booking - its the future!

Thanks for the poo delayed celebrations. I thought I might need another one about an hour ago but it snuck back up! Grin

Pisghetti · 19/11/2014 13:07

Yay well done Min!

Fleurchamp · 19/11/2014 13:08

Well done min

Sorry you rowed tee my DH has already been pestering me about when I will return to work after having the baby, will I go back full time etc. and that has upset me. We don't even know everything is ok yet!!

I am a great believer that where money is concerned things usually work themselves out, you will manage and there is no point worrying about it now Smile (pep talk over).

RPopz · 19/11/2014 13:18

Hooray min well done! Grin Did you work the preggo sympathy vote? Wink

Ah Tee that's crappy. I hate going to sleep on an argument Sad Hope you can sort it out tonight xx

Great news Mountain Smile

La - I get that too, moreso as I get more pregnant. I don't know if I just have really bad posture though... its as bad slouching as sitting up straight!! Our work chairs are terrible though...

teejayem · 19/11/2014 13:42

I agree fleur - we have managed worse (I certainly have when knob ex left me with a mortgage and about 35k of gambling debt some years back). It was just one of those rows that got out of hand. Although we have made some peaceful communications. He remembered it's 12 weeks tomorrow, so gets a point for that....although my slightly hostile 'Well, we don't even know if it's all okay yet' reply, was perhaps on reflection a bit snippy.

freshstart4us · 19/11/2014 13:56

Ah tee I'm sorry to hear you've rowed with your DH over money, those are always horrid fights to have. Can't believe he's asked you when you're going back though - doesn't he know that's illegal?!? Angry

lauren (I think, it was a coupl'a pages ago) can we be scan buddies? I have my first on 8 Dec as well, time is dragging horrendously, I desperately want to do NIFTY but just cannot afford it at the moment as am having a major cashflow crisis, just before Xmas too, oh such joy.

I've never had an Advent calendar but as DD will be 3 this year, am very excited that she will have one for me to ogle and envy!

And min HUGE congrats on passing your test!! Sending some of that lovely non-alcoholic wine from last Fred!

BothersomeB · 19/11/2014 14:04

Congrats Min - don't know how you managed it...I've had my licence for 23 years but have nearly driven into various things several times since being upduffed...is that a symptom? Lack of spatial awareness? Or is it just me? ANyway, bloody impressed that any upduffed individual could pass a driving test!

Ah,Tee - I hope you and MrT make up and work out the logistics/finances. At least these sounds like reasonable worries...I sent myself to bed last night because I was feeling so unreasonably arsey that I knew I was going to shout at MrB for no reason...so at 9pm I just said 'I'm feeling really stroppy and tired so I'm going to bed to make it smell really farty for when you come up'...he loved that. Grin

Moving house next weekend - from our big 3 bed house back to my old 2 bed flat...we'd put the house on the market when prices hit a massive peak a few months ago, thinking we'd move back to the flat (that we've been renting out) with a wedge of profit and think about what to do next...have been thinking about moving further out of London anyway (maybe even relocating altogether)...then had to decide whether to carry on with that plan when I got upduffed. Decided it was now or never...so here we are! His folks already think we're mad selling the house - can't wait to see their faces when they find out we did it knowing I was pg. Are we barking? Confused

freshstart4us · 19/11/2014 14:08

Things seem to be going well so far, 9+6 today, still getting lots of womble aches, pains and rumbles, alternating arse rain/constipation and the charming all day sickness coming and going. Now adding frequent dizzy spells to the mix which is making things interesting on public transport. Roll on booking in and first scan, I am already very thick around the middle though (wouldn't have anything to do with the 3 jam donuts I had for elevenses this morning of course!) so I think I'm going to start looking pregnant a lot sooner this time than with DD!

BothersomeB · 19/11/2014 14:08

Argh - tee - sorry, just realised my post about sitting on a wedge of cash is bloody insensitive when you're mid-money-worry. Sorry lovely - am an arse. Flowers

minimooo · 19/11/2014 14:13

Congrats min! That's fab news!

Aw, lauren you poor thing, I have also gone back to puking this week. It's so miserable when you think you're past that stage and then wham! It gets you again Flowers

Lauren, fresh, can we be a scan trio? I also have a scan on 8th Dec. I will be mostly mildly trembling in the corner until scan is over Confused

Hope you work things out tee. Arguing is horrid Flowers (also sorry to hear about what your ex did - what a really shitty thing to do. Sounds like you're well shot of him) x

freshstart4us · 19/11/2014 14:16

mini you and me both, scanxiety trio it is. Confused

Minion · 19/11/2014 14:26

It helped that my tester was so nice and chatty. I nearly got a major for not going to the right hand lane 3 sets of traffic lights before I needed to, but he said he ummed and aahhd about it and gave me the benefit of the doubt as I did manage to get across, just took my own sweet time.. Well, it was an independent drive ha!
popz, I tried for the sympathy vote but I think I won him over with my sparkling personality instead.. Smile
bother funny you should say that a gal from work said she lost all spatial awareness when she was pg? she even crashed into cars 3 times when trying to park, and I'm having a bit of a time keeping enough distance to other cars on my left... Maybe it's a 'thing'?

tee, back to work? Back to work? Cheeky get.. (Though my husband tried the same a while ago), it stopped when he could finally feel the kicks etc, think it became a real person to him at that point, I guess the stony death stare he received too helped..

ZylaB · 19/11/2014 14:35

Grats min well done :)

teejayem · 19/11/2014 14:38

aw bother don't be daft, I didn't even read your post in that way!! :) xx

Thank you for the Flowers I think we will be back to being civil tonight, I am acutely aware that very small things are making me a screaming harpie at the moment, and this is the first real blow out we've had for a really long time, so I'm sure it'll be fine.
The going back to work thing I know is 100% influenced from his Mother. It was one of the first things she asked when we told her we were up the duff, and it's solely because she thinks she'll be in line to be a paid childminder for us so she can quite her horrid nhs job when/if I did go back. Not going to happen!!! Hmm
