Hope this works and that this thread sees the arrival of lots of wonderful little babies!

Good morning ladies. Had loads of pains again earl hours this morning. Thought yes this is it.Dh reckons its gonna be today. Dont mind if it is because my parents are still here.
I have 2 step sons girlygale. one 16 and one 18. And no I never used to get on with the youngest at all. Hes always been a Daddys boy and it used to realy get on my nerves when he was younger. He used to pick on my eldest ds loads too so our weekends used to be horrible and dh and I used to argue about it all the time. Things have got better as theyve all got older though thank goodness. Though as you may have been able to tell hes feeling a bit pushed out by the new arrivels. My 2 taken to being big brothers realy well and atleast my ds2 isnt the 'middle' brother now. No tips Im afraid just try to be patient and remember hes trying to fit into your life as much as you into his. Good luck xxx

It's my due date today ad nothing so far. Did have strong contractions last night every fifteen mins but went away again. Hopefully it's a sign.
Youngmum, you have my sympathy with DP. My DH has been pretty crap recently to say the least. They are selfish sods aren't they? We seem to have sorted it out now, but I do worry once the novelty of the baby wears off once it's born he won't be particularly supportive. No advice for you really, just understanding...

youngmum - how are things going now with you and your dp? men can be insensitive arses sometimes cant they? mine has certainly had his moments

right ladies...i need tips on how to try and help get this baby making an appearance. My back kills, i feel like ive been kicked in the fanjo, i resemble a weebl and im willing to try anything lol

lol wuzzle have u tried all the usual suggestions? Pineapple curry sex walkin that raspberry stuff??? I'm feelin fed up 2, & my back is killin me!

so far all ive tried is sex Bendy is it a case of the hotter the curry the better?? not too fond of pineapple, but im willing to try anything lol. will have to but some of the raspberry stuff...would holland and barret sell it?

hee hee, yeah i think it has 2 b a really hot curry! Gonna have 1 2nite! Yeah holland & barret do sell that stuff, i still haven't got round 2 gettin any! none of these things prob work anyway lol but its worth a try!
Yeah the backache is horrible, the last few weeks is the only time in my life i've ever had backache, its weird! Hopefully its a sign its all startin! I've been having quite a lot of strong bh last few nites, but they not regular at all, they just come & go throughout the nite! Have u been gettin them?? x

He ended up sleeping on the sofa it was nice to have my huge bed and quilt to my self !!!

My back is killing to so i know how you ladies are feeling. Am going to get some rasberry leaf stuff today want this one out of me asap and i havent tried anything yet even though i still got two weeks to go think i best get a move on>

yeah ive been getting those bh thingies (as least i think its what they are). it feels like a really uncomfortable tightening of the stomache. not pain per say, just really uncomfortable and annoying. ive been getting period type pains across the bottom of my stomache too, have you??? im starting to think that i'll be the last left on the thread lol. whens your due date??

youngmum, glad to hear that things with your dp are looking up...men eh? let us all know where you get the raspberry leaf tea from (the only place i can think of is holland and barret). im trying to get the ball rolling too lol

I get relly uncomfortable bh too and lo is causing alot of pain in the pelvic area she sure does wiggle alot xx

Yeah thats what mine feel like aswell, so so tight like my belly gonna pop! lol, & period type pains. I always seem 2 get it in the evenings & the middle of the night. I'm due 30th so i'll prob b last 1 left!!! When u due?

i think im going for the tablets i dont like flavoured tea so am not going to make myself sick on it!!!! I was going to go holland & barttes too wont be going for a bit got to wait for dp to come home so he can take me town so i can spend all his money lol xx

i think madras is quiet a hot one i not keen on curry but may well be joining you girls on that idea too

wuzz the gym balls r excellent, i've been using mine 4 last few months, mine is just the argos 1, its good. They r so comfy just 2 sit on & watch tv etc, ESpecially when u've got a backache! I never sit on the sofa anymore, i just sit on that, I love it! & nice 4 rockin bout on 2 when u have bh! & aren't they meant 2 get the baby into a good position?

i was thinking bout getting one but i dont think ill beable to sit still in labour i cant sit still now and it only my back that hurtin maybe i shud get my tens machine out see if it helps!!! Have you both got a tens machine????

have done birth plan, have u? The 1 my midwife done was shit so have done it myself.

oooh, i'll deffinatly be getting a gym ball on tuesday then. do they deflate small enough to put in your labour bag for the hospital? i know the hospital supply them, but mine only has 3 )i think) and knwoing my luck, they wont have one when i do finally go in)

mw is coming to my house on wed to go thru my birth plan ive wrote a few bits in my notes and will prob do some more b4 wed she even sed i didnt have to do one if i didnt want to!!!

i think they really help with the pain in labour youngmum, i'm def gonna use it! The 1s at the hospital look really good! But yeah at the time i prob wont even sit still! lol.
not gonna bother wit tens, i no i'll hate the feelin of it, Every1 says they really good tho!
