I too am shattered constantly - I feel it is much worse than a few weeks ago. Trying to mark some school controlled assessments and I just can't manage a few before needing to have a little snooze! Glad it is not just me

I managed to escape work early and am now in bed (by 6:30pm!) it's pitch black outside so that is completely justified, right?!

lovely to see more scan pictures :-) I have felt like I have had slightly more energy recently (14+0) but this might be because I have had an extremely lazy half term and have so far neglected to do any work!! (I must get a move on!!)

just being in bed at this time whilst its dark is totally justified!!

Thanks Bradders! DH still at work so am enjoying the peace of a darkened room, with the cat happily curled up on my feet! It's blissful after a hard day and long commute

I agree- totally justified! I felt like that for weeks but all of a sudden this week (13+3) I have so much more energy. Having said that I did go to bed at 8:30pm last night so that might be why!

Am now thoroughly annoyed, after lying here awake for an hour, despite ensuring I didn't have an evening doze. This is not going to help my mid afternoon desk yawning!! Hey ho, at least it's Friday and almost the weekend!

I'm pretty convinced I'm having a boy now and surprisingly happy about it. I thought I wanted a girl but the more I think of the baby as a him the more excited I get. Of course it could still be a girl which would be equally lovely but 'he' would be the first boy born into my family in over 30 years!

Is anyone really struggling to sleep? I wake every half hour or less and seem to spend the whole night wriggling around. I'm so tired but just can't sleep and poor dd is having to cope with a lazy tired mummy all day long.
I remember the insomnia last time but it was much later on once I was too uncomfortable to sleep.
I've tried everything and I'm thinking of asking dp to whack me over the head with a spade now haha.

Cute photos! Getting jealous as I don't even have a date for mine yet though I have a reassurance scan on Wed when I should be 10.5 weeks. Getting very nervous again even though I feel much more sick and tired than in any of my pregnancies that went wrong

Glad u have a reassurance scan next week longest it may be worry seeing if they can chase your 12 week one!?

My scans on Monday I cannot wait! Feeling excited but nervous keeping all my fingers and toes crossed everything is as it should be! I'll be 12 exactly weeks tomoro.

Tits love the sound of your jumper! I'm wearing flowing shirts in work still trying to hide my little/big bump (for 12 weeks) and my sister walked into my office today and just said omg with big eyes at my stomach, I bet when I tell my staff they'll tell me they did wonder as I usually wear very tight fitting clothes ha! only a few more days!! Eeek!

Thanks sunshine. I did and they had lost my form (typical!). Sent in another and they sent me my booking appointment by text yesterday so hopefully will get a letter soon. My own fault for leaving it late. Didn't want to jinx things.

Ah that's good longest FX u get it through soon then. It's hard to know what to do for the best isn't it, u don't want to go too early but then leave it late and things can get delayed! Hopefully it'll all fit nicely into place and you'll only have a short wait between scans

Piglet don't mention twins please as everyone thinks I'm having twins as Iv got a bump already and when I went to see a community mw when I was really sick at the beginning she said it could be twins and now I'm pooping myself for Monday when I have my scan

Had my scan yesterday :) was so worried beforehand but am over the moon now! It was amazing to see the little baby :) the sonographer said its a fidgety one!

Lovely to see pics. we had our scan the other day, baby was very active and didn't really stay still!! We had the nuchal scan and the fold measurement was at the top end of the 'normal' range so we were then seen by another person who went through everything with us so had a bit of a roller coaster of a day when it came to emotions, one minute beams and smiles, the next tears....waiting for results of the bloods next week when will know more. Keep looking at the pic and smiling though. Anyone know anyone whose had a baby at the top of the 'normal' scale without any defects?
