Tiny Size 16 no longer does it for me. The weight gain has all gone on my thighs. I'm finding everything so uncomfortable so far. Last time round I was 3 stones lighter and I struggled with the pregnancy. I dread to think what it'll be like this time round :(

Tanny I live in leggings and trackie bottoms when I get home. Unfortunately due to my size I can't get away with wearing leggings out in public! Dresses are a nightmare as I'm short and when I tried a few on, they looked ridiculous on me :(

LondonSuperTrooper · 26/11/2014 11:02

Tiny how do I join the FB group? I know you told us before but I've forgotten Blush

I did my photo via my phone, there is an option for an attachment.

TinyTear · 26/11/2014 12:00

If you pm me or tanny your real name we can add you to the group. It is secret now so no one can find it

Just had a phone call from the consultant I saw on Wednesday, my hearts only just stopped pounding after panicking that something was wrong.

Shes just realised that she overlooked the fact that I have a bicornuate uterus (which was the main reason I went to see her Hmm) and wants me to have scans every 2-3 weeks.

im obviously happy they are going to keep an eye on me and that I will see beany lots but am a bit anxious about the fact it will involve internal scans.

ive been in maternity trousers for weeks and baggy t-shirt type tops, I bought some cheap cardigans and so far its working the only things I need are new pj's mine are getting very tight.

ill get dp to take a bumo pic later and post it.

Shetland · 26/11/2014 19:32

I bought some under bump maternity trousers for work a couple of weeks ago and they are already too tight - grrr. Dresses and leggings from here on.

smilingthroughgrittedteeth · 26/11/2014 20:22

Bump pic from today at 23+3

LIG1979 · 26/11/2014 20:30

Here is my bump shot although it is from a few days ago and it seems to have ballooned in the last day or two with bloating.

Chilli, jet pack and tiny - good news on the scans.

Little -glad everything was still hanging on during your earlier scan.

My bump seems to have gone BOOM today, it's like I've grown two inches out overnight!

Trying to complete a job application and all I want to do is sleep...

Blush I just realised I've been date counting wrong I used 2014 calendar rather than 2015 so I've gone back a day so still 19+3.

smiling oh goodness I hate suprise consultant call they are truly scary. I can't believe she overlooked something that was the topic of the appointment!

My bump seems less prominent now, like its spread around, could it be because of the anterior placenta.
I'm trying to work out where to take a photo, I should probably clean my mirrors first.

LittleBairn · 27/11/2014 00:49

Oh crap crap crap just remembered my maternity notes were in DH van.
The van that one of the guys accidentally tore the engine out of today, the van that is currently in the garage!

TinyTear · 27/11/2014 06:41

Eeek. That's your DH taking a trip to the garage tomorrow...

Shetland · 27/11/2014 07:17

That'll be an early start for DH then little ;)

LIG1979 · 27/11/2014 08:16

Oops little! Hope you get them back soon.

LittleBairn · 27/11/2014 09:10

DH just needs to find the van, he thinks its still on site.

Toucanet · 27/11/2014 23:18

Nice neat high bumps! Jealous, my usual excess tummy flab lower down still looks the same, hasn't transformed into a nice higher bump but perhaps that was always wishful thinking! Some waistbands are a bit snug & have gained 3kg somewhere so did tell myself that if this scan was ok might investigate maternity trousers. Feel under pressure not to gain though as boss's (skinny) wife didn't until >5 months! Interesting Little you think anterior placenta might mask it? Dr just said 'placenta is low', notes say 'anterior low covers os', whatever that means?

Hope you get your notes back ok not covered in engine grease!

lila thanks. Your maternity wear sounds trendy & comfy!
smiling how nasty to get a shock call! at least she's got those scans planned for you now.

So my first week of the christmas crazy is nearly over, I haven't had a full day off but did get a last minute cancellation yesterday so DP and I went to the cinema, it was lovely to switch off! 1 more day and then 2 days off, I can't wait!!

Def feeling more movement this week, and when I have been awake at 430 he seems to awake and wriggling away. IT makes being awake at that daft hour seem worth it!

LittleBairn · 28/11/2014 19:04

Got my maternity notes back, so pleased!
Just had my first hormonal sob in the supermarket of all places Blush the local food bank was asking for advent calenders for kids. Sad

toucant try not worry about weight everyone is different, it's mire about shifting it afterwards. A friend gained a huge amount but lost it really quickly compared to others who only put on a small amount but took ages to loose it.

lila I hope you manage to have a quiet weekend.

I know tut tut. DH took me, so many people and lights I'm not used to being allowed out of my room! Grin I bought the baby and I an advent Calendar to count down to V day.

LittleBairn · 29/11/2014 22:41

This getting very quiet. Has everyone moved on, now most are in their saftey zone of pregnancy?
