Any June mums to be yet?

I've seen the group for May or June, but are there any other definite Junes yet?
Been getting faint positive lines for a few days but today have got a definite line, giving me a due date of around 6th June :)

Trying to stay cautiously optimistic at the moment as we had an MMC in May at 8 weeks.

So, who else is out there? :)

Welcome and congrats rosabeth

I am living in baggy tops at the moment sun bit you can still see a slight belly! I may have to find some tents!! Grin

HariboBrenshnio · 19/10/2014 19:25

Anything did you POAS again? I did one a week for 2 weeks after i got my first digital BFP just to check the weeks were going up!

Also sporting a bump here and 8 weeks. I've been hiding it under baggy clothes too! Don't really want to pull out the maternity tops for good just yet.

I know this is such a small detail in the grand scheme of things but i'm so nervous about being weighed at my booking in appointment on Wednesday. I'm the heaviest i've ever been after having DS and worried about what a raised BMI will mean. Plus my boobs are massive which always pushes my BMI up :(

HariboBrenshnio · 19/10/2014 19:27

Could i be added to the stats sheet? I won't let me add anything.

DS 1yo, due may 28th (probably arrive in June!) and next appointment is 22nd of October.

rosabeth · 19/10/2014 19:37

I'm glad I'm not the only one sporting a bump. At only 6 weeks, it's not exactly baby but it sure does look like it. And I'm quite anxious not to draw attention to my stomach, especially at work. Just trying to keep cardigans wrapped around me at the moment. Although I am obsessively looking up maternity clothes (and baby clothes.......)

AnythingNotEverything · 19/10/2014 20:07

I did Haribo. 2-3 weeks now rather than 1-2 on Tuesday. We told my in laws on Friday as we were going away with them this weekend, but will probably tell my mum tomorrow and wanted to make sure!

Welcome Rosa!

Hello, can I join, if there's a seat left on the bus? I got a BFP Friday evening on an IC, another on Saturday morning, bought a FRER and got one on that on Saturday evening. I've been soo nauseous since Thursday, all day every day. I hope that is a good sign? We are delighted, but nervous, especially me, I just want everything to be ok. My EDD is 25th June.

Hello....Im due 11th June...first time pregnancy and its all feeling a bit unreal at the moment!! Only told parents so far. Got first doctor's appointment tomorrow and not sure what to expect. Dreading telling my employer as Ive only been there 3 months! Hoping I wont show for a while. Anyone else due same time? Anyone in the Surrey area?

AnythingNotEverything · 19/10/2014 21:19

Hi Loiterer and Lynne - lots of room! Hop on.

Lynne in my last pregnancy I saw the GP. Told her I was pregnant, and she literally told me to register for an appointment with the midwife on my way out. It was like a box ticking exercise. Don't get your hopes up for anything exciting!

Felt a bit sick this afternoon. Only 5 weeks so not looking forward to it kicking in but nice to feel something Smile

JennyOfOldstones · 19/10/2014 21:52

lynne I am in Surrey! Congrats on your BFP! It is my first too.

I had to buy lots of baggy tops to hide my bloating. And jeggings are the way forward!

There you go then Sunbathing, it's all good! X

New ailment to add to my list, dodgy tummy. TMI but not quite the runs, but not far off. What with that a mild thrush, I'm doing well so far!

Tranquilitybaby · 19/10/2014 22:49

Well I'm off to the heamatologist in the morning. I'm hoping to get an iron injection for aneamia. Long story but my stomach and bowel can't now cope with oral iron that I've been on nearly 20 years. So I desperately need it to feel well. I spent most of yesterday in bed in a huge amount of pain and had a 3 hour sleep this afternoon. I'm completely wiped out. I'm ballooning beyond all reasonable size and I'm honestly sporting a 6 month bump. It feels quite hard so I think it's all water. I also can't bare my old bras. Just too tight around my back. I don't actually remember having such heightened symptoms this early. I'm wondering whether it's twins now. Honestly I know each pregnancy is different but this is just like pregnancy x100 for me. Compared to all other 8 pregnancies I have never ballooned in this way or had the sensations that I've had. I just feel full to the brim already. I was taking soy isoflavones to conceive so there is a slightly higher risk. Time will tell clearly I might have just turned into a wimp!

MrsE I hope you get your injection. And I hope things settle down symptom wise soon.

jazzyjenbo · 20/10/2014 00:14

Lots of chat this evening!
Welcome to the newbies

MrsE, your symptoms/anaemia sound awful, i have been feeling tired but you really do sound exhausted. You do sound like with the extra bloating etc that you may b the first of our bus to b expecting twins. Ru having an early scan.

Haribo... Try not to worry to much about your BMI, although they say over 30 is obese (mine is 30) in reality there are many factors that increase body weight such as muscle mass and although they will do the gtt test in most cases gestational diabetes doesn't develop. I have always been considered low risk aswell. Luckily i have managed not to put on any weight so far, the extra 5lb bloat/constipation of last week has gone and i now weigh the same as i did in dd's pregnancy and the last one.

ots · 20/10/2014 00:17

Great to hear your symptoms have come back sunbathing

tranquility sorry I can't from a mobile, anyone using a computer who can add tranquility?

I've got a bit of an odd problem and Dr Google has not been very helpful. I've got a feeling of pressure quite deep inside. I notice it mainly when sitting on the toilet. It's not painful, but similar to the feeling when you're about to come on. DH thinks it may be my uterus stretching? Has anyone experienced this?
