Any June mums to be yet?

I've seen the group for May or June, but are there any other definite Junes yet?
Been getting faint positive lines for a few days but today have got a definite line, giving me a due date of around 6th June :)

Trying to stay cautiously optimistic at the moment as we had an MMC in May at 8 weeks.

So, who else is out there? :)

Well very well done cup!

Mrs, with the number of kids you've got, by now you know what you need! I never got the whole bugaboo thing but when I've seen the donkey it looks like a great idea.

Tranquilitybaby · 17/10/2014 23:50

MrsEo nope, I'd like a Buffalo! Lol

Tranquilitybaby · 17/10/2014 23:52

perpetual brilliant news about the scan x

TheDetective · 17/10/2014 23:52

I loved the buff when I tried it Grin. I didn't gel with the donkey! I didn't like the bee or cam 3 either!

Okay. I've got a pregnancy symptom! Irrational snappiness! I'm sat here growling at DP for putting trousers on hangers incorrectly! Oh the rage! Angry

jazzyjenbo · 17/10/2014 23:58

Well i will not need to buy any new prams, carseats or carrycots this time as i am the proud owner of 3 single buggies, 2 doubles and a triple!! Also 2 buggy boards and i have a baby carrier but personally i dont like wearing baby all the time but can appreciate why some ladies do.
My ds was 21mths when dd was born. The best tandem double i have owned and would recommend is the jane powertwin. You can attach carseat and the back seat lies flat.
The easy rider seat isva fab board (a friend has one) but personally once they are over 2.5 i get them to walk or stand on a buggy board when we are out. Dd will be 2.8 when this baby arrives and i'm not sure we will b using the double (although she has issues with her feet so cannot walk long distances, she was born with talapize/club foot)
Mothercare have loads on display you can 'play' with aswell!

Oh mine aren't maternity knickers in the traditional sense! Just the big black granny pants that you can tuck your tits into Grin sorry!.

HariboBrenshnio · 18/10/2014 06:36

Also not a fan of bugaboo but I do like the look of the donkey. I saw a lady with twins with it yesterday and did admire it for a moment, i wonder if it would fit through my door.. I had a cameleon but got rid as I hated it. Not looked at the buffalo and the bee looks too flimsy.

jazzy I'll have a look at that one!

Our cellar is full of DS's stuff, he's only 12 months so hopefully we won't need much except another cot, I'm buying a baby swing this time for sure and if a girl some clothes.

TiddlesUpATree · 18/10/2014 10:33

Hi ladies. Can I join? Got bfp last sat and ATM due date is June 24th. Had molar pregnancy last year and should be offered early scan but went to docs yesterday as have been feeling sick and she has asked hospital for immediate scan. Fingers crossed I will get it done this week xxx

Tranquilitybaby · 18/10/2014 11:18

jazzy I was a pramaholic in my time too, that was 7 years ago now though so it'll be like starting from scratch!!

Congrats Tiddles I'm due the day before you! I've got an early scan booked too x

Tranquility.. I use them all as i'm a childminder and have bought and sold on alot that i didnt get on with. If ppl are concerned about the cost of some travel systems the first 1 i had with my son was a graco buggy with carseat. I got it from argos and think it was about £150. .. You can always jazz them up with nice changing bag and cozytoes etc. I need a new changing bag this time and have my eye on one of the yummy mummy ones x

cuphat · 18/10/2014 12:10

I've just had an early scan. Baby is in the right place and we saw the heartbeat. They measured me as being a couple of days ahead at 7+5. They managed to do it abdominally which I was pleased about.

Congrats cup that's great news... It's such a relief isn't it!

Welcome and congrats tiddles

Tranquilitybaby · 18/10/2014 16:50

Aww lovely new Cup! So pleased for you x

cuphat · 18/10/2014 17:06

Thanks everyone. It definitely makes it more real, especially as I don't have any major symptoms!

MsJupiter · 18/10/2014 17:45

Tentatively signing in... Smile Think my due date will be somewhere between 26-30 June.

SuperGlue · 18/10/2014 18:18

Hi all, welcome to all the new arrivals, too many to name. It is exciting that there are so many of us now. I got my letter for first scan - 6th Nov so not too far away, will be approx 10 weeks by then so very happy to be called early this time.

I am feeling so nauseous today, it is miserable but I'm taking it as a good sign. Boobs are very sore too. I told my best pal today and she welled up with tears, she knows what a long road we have been down.

Still haven't told my parents or sister yet. Don't know why but feeling very reluctant to say anything. I sort of feel like I need to hug this news to myself for a while before 'putting it out there'. But it was pretty cool to tell best pal, that made it VERY exciting!

Best pal has taken dd for a sleepover (our dd's are best friends, so sweet) so we are getting a chinese and lighting the fire and I will watch xfactor. I am looking forward to that.

I am have a filthy cold and am all bunged up and coughing and that is making my stomach even more sick - anyone else like this. GP said it is a common side effect of pregnancy to get extra runny nose etc. It a pain because ordinarily I would take a clarityn and be done with it but can't now. But it is a small price to pay Grin

Sunbathing I'm sorry you're feeling low. Have you done another urine test. You could go to the gp and ask for bloods Monday to check your hormone levels are rising? I had that last time.

HariboBrenshnio · 18/10/2014 19:48

Congratulations and welcome to the newbies!

Had a lovely lazy day today. DP took DS to the park and to do the food shop and i got a lovely long nap, i can't get enough sleep at the moment!

sunbathing please try not to worry about symptoms. I'm 8+2 and only know do i feel anywhere near pregnant. No MS whatsoever though but tired and achy boobs & back. It was discussed with my October babies 13 FB group recently and lots of the women said they didn't get a single symptom until 12 weeks. It helped me to be a little calmer as from when i found out until a few days ago i had pretty much nothing.

I hope everyone is having a nice weekend. We're headed to the pumpkin patch with DS tomorrow!

ots · 18/10/2014 19:49

sunbathing Thanks try not to worry. I've read loads of people have worries about their symptoms going and it has turned out to be OK. Did you decide against an early reassurance scan? Or could you do as MrsE suggested and ask for bloods to be done?
