Any June mums to be yet?

I've seen the group for May or June, but are there any other definite Junes yet?
Been getting faint positive lines for a few days but today have got a definite line, giving me a due date of around 6th June :)

Trying to stay cautiously optimistic at the moment as we had an MMC in May at 8 weeks.

So, who else is out there? :)

SunbathingCat, I feel the same. Sending strength. The odds are on our side.

ots · 18/10/2014 20:21

Its so hard being pregnant after a MC isn't it, particularly a MMC. I keep thinking 'just hold on til 12 weeks' and keep telling myself that the odds are in my favour.

It's really hard though... Sending love to all of you playing the waiting game x

Massive hugs sunbathing. The waiting game definitely does your head in. My lovely SIL warned me to expect fluctuating feelings of pregnancy (she had a mmc followed by two pregnancies that progressed into our two gorgeous nephews). Even though the levels in all likelihood are rising and the pregnancy is developing our bodies are so complex and we won't always have a smooth and clear progression of symptoms. She has vanishing and returning nausea around the 7 week mark but all was good in the end.

Defo agree with seeing your GP and asking for a blood test or scan (only you can now what is best for you). Just keep breathing and get through Sunday and who knows symptoms may return by the time you speak to your GP on Monday.

Try not to worry, sunbathing. Apparently it's normal for symptoms to come and go. Definitely speak to someone about your concerns, though. Fingers crossed for all of us - these first 12 weeks are such a worrying time.

Ladies, can I join in? Actually got my BFP over a week ago, after putting off testing for over a week after AF was due. We'd been ttc on and off (off when I changed jobs) for a year, and my GP had actually sent me for preliminary investigative blood tests. I did the 21 day progesterone test but was waiting for AF to get full bloods done. Wouldn't you know it, AF didn't turn up. We were due to go on holiday 3 days later and I decided not to test as was worried would jinx myself and bring AF on. Holiday went by, still no AF. Tested on return and got an instant dark line. Yay! Due date is June 11th.

We have an 18 month old daughter who is a joy most of the time.

I am 6+2 by LMP and feel like crap. 24/7 nausea and dizziness. Last time around the nausea peaked at 8 weeks so I'm dreading it getting worse, esp as I work full time in a overheated hospital. But, as I told hubby, I'd rather be pregnant and sick than not pregnant.

Welcome ememsmum congrats on the BFP

sunbathing just wanted to say my symptoms keep disappearing and coming back with a Vengence so know how your feeling.. The line getting darker on the ic is a good sign you are producing more hcg, I know it's so hard after a mmc but sure everything will be just fine def ask for bloods at the midwife appointment. I'm sure as you say tomorrow you will feel like crap again!

AnythingNotEverything · 18/10/2014 22:46

Welcome ememsmum. Congratulations!

Well, no one guessed at today's wedding but we came back to the apartment to out DD to bed after an afternoon out with the inlaws, and she wouldn't settle. She's now settling on me in front of the tv. Ah well. Sober evening dos are rubbish and my friends were so drunk they were heckling during the speeches Confused. Probably for the best.

Tranquilitybaby · 19/10/2014 07:12

Sunbathing I can completely sympathise with your worries. I feel sick but think that's mainly nerves and anxiety rather than hormones.

A lot of woman don't get any symptoms starting until at least 8 weeks, your line's darker, so focus on the good stuff. X

MrsExtraOrdinary · 19/10/2014 09:24

So to top it all off I think I've now got thrush! Definitely pregnant then Shock I've done no work all week I've felt so rotten. I'm having a dither about how the fuck I'm going to cope with this pregnancy. My smil is visiting shortly. I look like death. She doesn't know and I won't be telling her.

TheDetective · 19/10/2014 12:12

Sunbathing I spent yesterday evening reading through my old posts on my previous AN thread. I couldn't remember when I started feeling symptoms.

It turns out I had on/off (but more off than on) nausea from 4+5 (that will be tomorrow for me then! Something to look forward to Hmm). Vomiting started at 6+3 ironically it was mothers day. Then at first I wasn't vomiting every day, it built up. Same as sore boobs and tiredness, it was on and off.

So what I am trying to say is, I think this is normal :)

I haven't felt anything yet.

Mrs I have similar worries, how I will cope with pregnancy and how it inevitably makes me feel. Sorry to hear you feel so shit :(

Big welcome and congratulations to all the newbies. Especially Jupiter, so excited to see you here! (We are on the same PN group).

Deutschybaby · 19/10/2014 12:57

Hi, can I join you all please? I think I'm about 6 weeks pregnant but I (dopily) can't remember when AF last arrived!! Hoping to get an early scan in the next week or so to date me. This pregnancy was a complete surprise - other half and I had booked our wedding for the end of May 2015! But we are over the moon, and wedding has been brought forward to early December (though nobody else knows yet).

This will be my second, DD is 4. Symptoms have been sickness but at varied times, and I'm absolutely exhausted. I've been going to bed at 7 some weeknights!

MsJupiter · 19/10/2014 13:24

Hi Det! Good to see you here too and Kyz. I think I must have missed your BFP so congratulations Thanks

Is there a stats list? I have been looking through the thread on my phone but it keeps crashing. I am 38, already have a DS who will be 2 next week. EDD calculated from LMP alone is 21 June but as my cycles are v long & irregular it's likely to be more like 29 June.

Still can't quite believe it at the moment. We struggled to conceive DS and this has been much quicker. I feel like I shouldn't get ahead of myself in case it doesn't stick but at the same time I'm so excited and happy. Grin

Symptoms so far are v sore boobs (keep feeling like I am leaking milk which is weird); any possible other symptoms are masked by the severe cold & cough I've had all week.

Tranquilitybaby · 19/10/2014 13:28

I sympathise MrsE, I still haven't hot rid of the thrush. Really don't want to use any meds for it, but natural yoghurt isn't quite clearing it. Hope you're feeking better soon.

Congrats Duetsch lovely news x

Congrats and welcome Duetsch!

Still no symptoms. Might POAS when I get home just to make sure. Feel like maybe I've made it all up!

Chookford · 19/10/2014 18:47

Welcome and congrats Duetsch and anyone else I may have missed!

I seriously have a bump now! I'm not sure what to do with it... I know it's all bloat and it will even out but God it's hard hiding it at the moment! Is anyone else really struggling?!

rosabeth · 19/10/2014 18:58

Hi all
Mind if I hop on too? I estimate my due date for 12th June, but we'll see if the midwife agrees (only just started ttc after coming off the implant, so periods hadn't yet returned to normal).
Have a DS aged 5 years. BIG age gap as DP took some time to get around to the idea of a second DC (first was rather unexpected).
Feeling OK, but a bit nauseous today and boobs a little sore. I saw this thread when I first got my BFP, but wasn't quite ready to believe it! I've POAS so many times by this point and the line is getting darker and darker, so it must be real!
