Any June mums to be yet?

I've seen the group for May or June, but are there any other definite Junes yet?
Been getting faint positive lines for a few days but today have got a definite line, giving me a due date of around 6th June :)

Trying to stay cautiously optimistic at the moment as we had an MMC in May at 8 weeks.

So, who else is out there? :)

I have had a horrible experience with my GP surgery over my fertility tests, am changing to another practice as no way I would trust them with my antenatal care!
Was all geared up to spend £600 on private fertility tests so might get an early scan instead, a place near me does it for £99. They can do it from 7 weeks which isn't far away.

I'm in essex.

My early scan is £99 which I think is worth it for the peace of mind from waiting the extra 4-5 weeks. Smile

I will be trusting myself this time and not listening to the opinions of people who don't know me.

Decided to stop lurking and take the plunge... much to my suprise I got a BFP yesterday. My EDD according to a calculator was 5th June. No idea when I ovulated as I got pregnant in a WTF cycle after a mc at 6-8 weeks in August.

Terrified, giddy and hopelessly unproductive at work sums me up today. Really hoping this one sticks.

Hi ladies (lovely to see some names I recognise) Thanks

Huge congrats sunbathing. I've had my fingers crossed for you this week Smile Smile

Oh and I'm 32, no other children, mc in Aug - I'll add my stats (love a good excel spreadsheetWink )

So happy for you sunbathing!

Yay for the neck sprain - we must spread the word!!! Wink

It is hard not to worry but just take care of yourself and try to limit your stress levels and enjoy.

Welcome phryn and sunbathing. congratulations to you both. Glad you braved joining the thread. there are quite a few of us on here who have had a miscarriage so hopefully we can all get each other through.

I'm finding myself of constant knicker watch which is doing my head in!

Ah Nicker watch... I'm drinking more than usual (trying to get into better hydration habits) so between that and my desire to check out any CM sensation my loo should be giving me frequent flyer miles! I only tend to bother with panty liners at certain times of the month but think I might need to buy a big box to get me through the paranoia of the current time!

Not many symptoms here. Vivid dreams, feeling very hungry, hot in middle of the night, boobs not yet as sore as last time but feeling fuller and just a bit odd.

Sunbathing have added your stats.

Am seriously impressed with your PMA. I hope I'll get there but I think I'm in the coping by not really thinking too much about it and too far ahead at the moment. Positivity will come (I hope!)

Sunbathing your positivity is fab. I am trying the same. Because hopefully we'll be just fine and I'd hate to have missed out on the first trimester pretending it didn't happen.

we have told my dad and sister. Hubs I think will tell his parents soon and our other siblings. Might tell my 2 best friends too.
With my DD and also our last pregnancy (got to 8+5) we only told my sister as we were waiting for scan. So we didn't tell anyone about miscarriage. And it's made me realise that it seems completely silly to me know to keep it completely quiet. So we're going to tell anyone we wouldn't mind telling if things did go wrong, as if we do have another mc I know we'd def need the support of family and friends.
My symptoms (5+1):
foof twinges, a flipping rubbish cold (I remember getting this with DD too), and achey boobs.

Hey ladies :) Today i've felt exhausted and very fat and frumpy but not too sick! Boobs are hurting a fair bit now too. Should be 5weeks tomorrow if i'm guesstimating right. Least it's october now, just another 20 days to go till my booking in appt. Gosh it's taking AGES!

Lovely to see you all from the ttc threads :) sunbathing fab to see you here :D and fab to see you being so positive :)

welcome to all newbies :D

bubalou i've updated you on the stats list :)

I'm also suffering from nickerwatchitis

hey jazzy :)

I will tell people once ds's 'i'm going to be the big brother' t-shirt arrives :) not everyone, just immediate family because i'd need their support if anything were to go wrong. I can't believe i've known for nearly 2 weeks tomorrow and not told them, I'm doing really well for me!

Can I join in please? I've just tested twice today, both positive Smile. Before that I had done two tests as well, both negative so was a bit surprised to get a BFP! EDD is 04/06/14, and I have two DC already - DS 6 and DD 20 months.

It hasn't sunk in yet!

Welcome newbies :) .

I'm becoming a knicker checker too! I'm trying so hard to be positive this time.

I'm also a little worried about faint lines on the tests. I'm still getting them. They are getting darker each time I test but they are still quite faint. I know it probably just means I'm slightly earlier than I thought, maybe I ovulated late or something, but I can't help but worry that there is a more sinister reason behind it (see, this is me being positive Hmm)

On the plus side, I'm feeling really sick, tired, achey, emotional, and with every symptom I feel, I feel more and more relieved.

Hope you're all doing well today, sorry for the moan!

I'm going to do another test at the weekend and if that doesn't get darker I'm going to see the doctor for blood tests just to check the HCG is going up.

I didn't have any symptoms in my last pregnancy, which ended in MMC at 8 weeks. I think I kinda knew the whole way through that something wasn't quite right. This time I already feel way more pregnant, the same as I did with DS really, so trying to see that as a good thing, despite the faint lines!

Hey ladies,

I too am part of the knicker checking club - although getting less anxious as each day passes.

I'm 5+1 now according to my app but it didn't stop me taking another frer about 4 days ago. Blush

I've felt really pregnant, bloated, weird tugging and pulling in womb area, heartburn, nausea & dizziness starting a little too. But I just wanted to check and my result line went soooo dark within about 20 seconds I took it to be a good sign. For hormones sake anyway.

Fx for us all they are sticky ones.

Bring on the sickness!!! Wink
