Any June mums to be yet?

I've seen the group for May or June, but are there any other definite Junes yet?
Been getting faint positive lines for a few days but today have got a definite line, giving me a due date of around 6th June :)

Trying to stay cautiously optimistic at the moment as we had an MMC in May at 8 weeks.

So, who else is out there? :)

I haven't been sick yet but pukka teas Revitalise (ginger and cinnamon) really settles my stomach in the morning. Had really painful cramps for the first few days but those have subsided now. 5 weeks today! Have a digi saved for the weekend hoping to see 3+ weeks.

Exciting to see the thread filling up! My DS came and jumped on me in bed this morning and headbutted my boob. I nearly hit the ceiling! Have really gone off cereal and am loving marmite on toast. Anyone else gone off certain things?

How exciting to see the thread filling up!

I've been feeling really anxious this week and have been on massive knickerwatchitis.

Ashamed to admit I splurged on some more frer tests and a clear blue digi yesterday - did the digi this morning and it said 'pregnant 2-3 weeks', which has calmed me a little.

Felt a bit queasy this morning, but mostly have just been feeling tired and a bit headachy - which is normal for me - and getting lots of cramps. I didn't have cramps with my MC last time, so I'm tying to tell myself they are a GOOD SIGN, but they're freaking me out!

Fx for sticky beans for everyone

I know sickness seems normal, but I just wanted to say my first pregnancy resulted in a happy healthy little girl and I had no sickness and next to no symptoms the whole 9 months. So I know it's hard but please try to not rest everything on symptoms xx

I had meant to phone midwife this morning but forgot. May try tomorrow.

Thanks Mrs- its always good to have the reassurance from someone who knows and who ended up with a baby!

My mum didn't throw up once during any of her three pregnancies (all which ended sucessfully with me and my siblings), and hardly felt sick. Whilst I'm hoping I'll take after her, and I know it's totally normal to get little or no symptoms that having something that proves everything is safely developing would be handy. Can't remember what thread I read it on but someone mentioned that having some kind of viewing window could be handy!

Hope you're feeling a bit less terrified as the day passes sunbathing. The post "yay BFP" reality hit is a biggy, but you can ride it out. Hope you get an appointment and that you can distract yourself to make the time pass quicker.

I agree with MrsBee - I had no nausea or sickness either with my first pregnancy and it resulted in a healthy baby girl.

It's natural to worry a bit though.

Hi ladies :) hope everyone is ok :)

welcome sixpence congratulations, have added you to the stats :)

i'm glad it's not just me who's still testing! I'm trying to be positive though. DS's t'shirt which says 'this guy has been promoted to big brother' came today. It's so cute!

crimebuster I've gone completely off coffee, I did wonder when I would, as it happened last time! I'm also loving marmite on toast :) It's one of the only things I can think about without following it up with a thought of oh gosh no I don't want that!

my appt is 21st too sunbathing i've added it to the stats - am trying to keep up with adding stuff but not sure if there's anything I've missed so far

I shall be 5 weeks tomorrow. Seems too early to tell family but I have kept quiet for 2 weeks now! Thing is if anything goes wrong I'll need their support so i'm not sure whether to just tell them all now ds's t-shirt is here. I keep flipping between wanting to keep quiet for as long as possible ie until after my booking in appt and then wanting to tell everyone!

We've told immediate family as we would tell them if anything went wrong anyway. We did the same last time.

Hello ladies! May I join you please? Got my bfp this morning. Only 12dpo today. Very early days but had a very clear bfp on a frer. Hello sunbathing! Can't get rid of me today! Wink

We've told immediate family. Last time when it all went wrong they were all so supportive, I was so pleased they all knew. DH phoned MIL and she said "tell ots to be really careful" as if I wasn't careful last time Angry. I know she means well but it made me feel so shit!

kyz I've got my first midwife appointment on the 17th Oct. Can you add it to the stats please Smile

Hope everyone is ok. DS only does mon-wed at nursery, so we've had a lovely lazy day together today doing baking and craft bits. Planning to do the same tomorrow too as feeling pretty rough!

Hi all,

Just checking in. It is so nice to see so many names I recognise from the ttc boards. Smile

I've been feeling the same as most of you - exhausted, rough, exhausted some more. I had been lucky to escape boob pain so far - it's begun! Blush Not too bad but feel huge and tender for sure

I'm the same as others have said when I take every new symptom as a positive.

On the downside I feel swollen / bloated and gross and I have to attend ascot tomorrow for a corporate event type do for one of dh's connections.

The people going I do not care for, I can't even drink to make them more interesting like I usually do, were getting picked up by the car at 9am and won't be back until god knows what time.

I know I sound ungrateful but I just want the day to be over already and can't imagine feeling the way I have felt the past two weeks squashed into a dress and heels making small talk all day watching a sport I find incredibly cruel Sad

I think I'm starting to feel slightly queasy but not sure if I'm imagining it! I have a really important deadline on the 14th and need to work at least a couple of hours each evening to get it all done, so I'm hoping the nausea won't kick in properly until after that!

We will probably try and keep it to ourselves for a few weeks but will tell close family after that. My mum is terrible at keeping these things to herself and we have a huge extended family so I'd rather they didn't all know just yet!

Hi all, can I join please? Got my BFP yesterday so I'm 4 weeks. Have only told sister and a close friend at the moment as OH wants to save the news for family for Xmas.

Having said that, we're heading to his dad's on Sunday for a fancy home-cooked Chinese meal which will involve a lot of fish and seafood (and wine I suspect) so how I'm going to keep this secret is anyone's guess XD

Only symptoms so far are sore tatas and "tugging" crampy feelings.

Welcome fortywinx and congrats!

I have totally gone off sweet stuff which is very unlike me! I have joined the marmite on toast club this morning it went down a treat!

Spoke to my mum last night, it was so hard not to tell her but am determined to wait (for now anyway)! The problem is lots of friends and family know we were having fertility tests so keep asking about those. I am lying through my teeth. Hopefully they will forgive me in the end! Will be lovely to tell everyone at Christmas if I can hold out that long.

Morning all, I'm not quite with it today. Feeling a bit light headed and sleep deprived I decided to close the car door and get my head in the way. I'm going to have a nice shiner tomorrow. Very puffy eye! Had to walk ds into nursery bleeding.

Ouch MrsE Sad That sounds like the kind of thing I'd do to myself, so I feel your pain (and embarrassment). Make sure you see a doc if start to feel dizzy or anything!

Welcome 40winks and lovely to see you here Mrs E. Hope your head feels better and doesn't bruise too much!

This morning did another IC test - line was even stronger and so quick to appear which felt good. I rang my GP thinking I'd just get the ball rolling with the midwife, but the receptionist offered me an appt with the doc to get a blood test to check it's a pregnancy rather than my body somehow having an hcg resurgence after the mc (and two BFN in the weeks following the mc). They also agreed to test my progesterone levels as due to having long cycles I've worried before it may not be high enough to sustain a pregnancy. Blood tests back on Mon but GP was certain I was pregnant which is nice. Booked my booking in appt on 27th Oct. Really hope that I actually get to go to this one. GP rather hilariously told me that "although it could be fine a positive test didn't mean I had to tell all my friends". He's a nice man so I refrained from saying "really? I thought the positive test meant I had to tell everyone I know and as quick as possible!"

Hope everyone is doing okay this morning x

Hi phryn, you've just reminded me ive got to change my name at the drs! Only been putting it off 3 years. There's always something more interesting to do. But dh will go a bit loopy if my xhs last name appears anywhere near this baby. I've then got to move drs quickly. Oh Lordy! Better get cracking!
