Just Shagging - Thread 11 for Graduated Viroids!

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 11th grads thread...celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed Grin

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 27th outing.

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal here once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a secret facebook group, if you want to join, ask in-thread.

So, roll call below please, viroids! Smile

Just back from the early bird appointment. They went through the Down's syndrome tests and gave me a list of things I can't eat. Midwife next week, it's all moving quickly!

KatoPotato · 08/09/2014 11:31

Morning Viroids!

Just phoned my GP and it's a new self refer to midwife system here, but the number just keeps ringing out! advised to phone straight away, and before 12weeks, but I'm still so scared something is going to go wrong (4 weeks 2 days today) should I wait a wee while?

Also, I had hoped to chat to GP about what I should or not be doing excercise wise, currently I'm doing 4 classes per week, and I know Kettlercise do not let pregnant women take part - something to do with the relaxin hormone?

Also I'm still on a calorie restricted diet 1200 calories (I've lost 5 1/2 stone in two years) and need to know if I need to increase this now?

Pisghetti · 08/09/2014 12:28

General advice is that you can carry on doing exercise you are used to but if the class isn't recommended for pregnant women then it might be better if you switch to something else for now? Your ligaments become relaxed and more prone to overstretching and injury when you're pregnant.

You should really switch to eating maintenance calories. If you use My Fitness Pal or similar that should tell you what your maintenance calories will be based on height/weight/activity levels.

Congratulations on the 5.5stone loss!

KatoPotato · 08/09/2014 13:17

Well I got through to 'Call the Midwife' - Thankfully wasn't Miranda crashing through her desk.

Booking in is on 10th Oct and Scan on 3rd November! EEEK!

Going to go to the gym on weds and ask for a chat, Spin should be okay, and migh task for a new programme to be made in the gym.

laurenamium · 08/09/2014 13:18

There's a new royal baby on its way! No due date yet but I wonder if it will share a dd with one of us! I wonder if Kate and wills were just shaggers Grin

KatoPotato · 08/09/2014 13:26

haha! I wondered the same!

I am the original Princess Kate, and DH has a ginger brother, so I'm going to theme my official announcement around that!

ZylaB · 08/09/2014 15:53

Ok, looks like we're fixed on the name Hannah, I just had a mad moment and ordered some lovely fabric letters to spell her name for the nursery :)

Obviously this is more important than things like a pram, or a cot, or anything like that Blush

wilmabedrock · 08/09/2014 17:00

Haha zyla, let's hope you don't change your mind!

God good on you Kato if you keep up the exercise. I think nothing is further from my mind when pg!

I have had such a nice day but have to go out for dinner later and can't really be arsed.

ZylaB · 08/09/2014 17:11

Im sure we won't wil we've started calling my new little bump Hannah and both love it :)

ZylaB · 08/09/2014 17:12

splodge77 · 08/09/2014 17:26

wilmabedrock · 08/09/2014 17:32
