cookielove · 13/07/2014 19:23

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 10th grads thread...celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed Grin

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

There is a stats thread here but its a zombie thread so enter at your own risk....... eeeeek

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 26th outing!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal here once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a secret facebook group, if you want to join, Pm me!

So, roll call below please, viroids! Smile

Hee hee! That is sooo the kind of thing I would do! Grin

ZylaB · 04/08/2014 21:19

Bless you cookie

I had a strop at always eating jelly babies when I have hypos the other day, DH had to go to the shop and come back with a variety of hairdos for me :)

ZylaB · 04/08/2014 21:20

I'm 9 weeks today and madly wishing the next few away so I can feel more secure.

Pisghetti · 04/08/2014 21:32

Wish I could get a nice new hairdo from the shops....

Good point Wil I didn't gave to time to get heartily sick over familiar with Peppa.....

Haha Cookie !

RPopz · 04/08/2014 21:33

Haribos? Grin

ZylaB · 04/08/2014 21:47

Haha I didn't even notice the autocorrect!!

Yes, haribos not hairdos :) :)

wilmabedrock · 04/08/2014 22:31

Ooh any good hairdo haribo recommendations? I have tangfastics but they have started to make me feel sick.

Also, I badly need a new hairdo, must phone hairdresser tomorrow and buy dye. Pregnant and grey is not a good look.

ohfourfoxache · 04/08/2014 23:51

Grin Cookie

RPopz · 05/08/2014 08:09

I like the old schooly ones... soft mix or something?? Jelly babies and milk bottles!

HungryHorace · 05/08/2014 10:48

Wil, contact your maternity dept. You can have another debrief with a midwife and she can answer any questions you have. I was going to have one, but my booking in midwife took me through what happened with DD, so I didn't need it in the end.

I'm dreading the weight loss thing. Especially as I can't exercise for a while due to the c section. I'm going to do Slimming World though, and see how that goes. I'll do exercise from about 3 months as that gives my scar time to heal. I didn't try after DD as we were going for number 2, so I'm still quite hefty! I'll need to get back on the cross trainer as I lost loads doing that the other year.

Pis, I hope breakfast 2 stayed down.

Cookie, you daft sod! Not good scaring yourself like that.

Hi to everyone else. :-)

JuniDD · 05/08/2014 12:38

Just had my first pregnancy police experience. Colleague asked if I should eat a Nature Valley bar as it's apparently full of additives. Lucky she didn't see the Wispa I ate just before!

How's it going Horace?

wilmabedrock · 05/08/2014 13:59

Oh my god juni I hope you gave her a swift kick under the desk. Like you were snorting coke or something!

Thanks Horace my midwife didn't mention anything like that when I spoke to her about it but will ask at next check up.

Bought some maternity stuff today. Can't believe I need it already. I'm the same as you Horace, didn't bother getting back into shape after first one as knew we wanted another. Think that was an error though. I'm hoping I can get back into running at some stage although not sure how likely that is after pelvic floor gets its second battering Grin .

HungryHorace · 05/08/2014 14:17

After 2 sections, my pelvic floor is perfect...shame about the residual tummy overhang though!! Swings and roundabouts.

I got pregnant when DD was 4.5 months' old, so didn't have time post-section to really exercise. Really want to do much better this time and at least attempt to get my figure back.

God, bloody food police. Tell her you'll eat what you want!

I'm so bloody tired. Other than that it's going well, Juni. Just trying to get DS back to birth weight, but he's healthy which is the main thing.

I think it's the supervisor of midwives who can arrange a debrief, Wil. :-)

wilmabedrock · 05/08/2014 16:14

Ah thanks Horace. 4.5 months is nothing. I had 1.75 years to lose weight! Grin

cookielove · 05/08/2014 18:55

Take two of sofa shopping tomorrow!

I just did another pg test, which is so stupid. I've been worrying the last couple of days cos I've felt a bit better, so then I worried something was wrong... Ffs.

I know I just need to chill out, I am still knackered, but I worried I'd stopped throwing up. Have got a scan on mon, just need to make it to then I guess...... bangs head on wall

Slap me pls?

Pisghetti · 05/08/2014 19:47

No slaps from me I'm afraid. I'm working my way through a bag of ICs x

RPopz · 05/08/2014 20:07

I'll give you just a mini slap cos I did a further 2 sneaky tests after the initial 4... Wink But then ms kicked in with a vengeance and they were no longer necessary Confused

If you're not buying them everytime then its acceptable I think Smile

ZylaB · 05/08/2014 20:29

I bought them cos I've not felt sick the last couple of days :(

RPopz · 05/08/2014 20:45

I don't think I felt sick constantly until about 7/8/9 weeks. I was constantly man handling my boobs up to that point to check they were still sore.... lol Smile You might just be getting off lightly with it. Chin up missus xx

ZylaB · 05/08/2014 21:22

Eek it lost my post.

I think I'll feel better on mon when I've seen the scan is ok, I'll be 10 weeks then so if heartbeat and size are good I'll be more confident for a few days. Just seem to be wishing my life away at the moment.

Thanks rpopz
